Hi, i had ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread from domino's pizza, bangalore, (Fyi, the order number: [protected]), on 29th, 2018 at 22:08 hours, i have paid the sum of 308 rs. Via netbanking, the order was confirmed from the outlet.
I waited for 45mins, then i called the outlet their response being careless. Then i had to call swiggy customer service, all they do is ask the restaurant in con-call and ask me to hold forever.. I literally had to come out of the meeting to hold the call.
My order till today, 4th august, 2018 is still active and none (Domino's and swiggy) of the customer service is trying to act on it.
I demand 100% refund + compensation from both swiggy and domino's end. Because both have shown carelessness towards resolving the problem. And the main objective of the swiggy was to "deliver food so that we can enjoy the good food at home" did not server its purpose, i had to roam at midnight in search of food.
Swiggy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
