There was an ad from swiggy stating they will deliver diwali sweet boxes. I had selected the same and paid online(on 6 nov 2015), but never ever got any confirmation . My gift too never got deliver. Their customer service is pathetic. I had been following up for my money, but they are neither returning it nor responding to emails or calls. The so called escalation team managers are 24/7 busy in some work(as per the executives).
