Hi i bought May 2017 from TATA Clickq, Swipe elite Plus buy on the day mobile was problem, i sent service centre they taking more then one month, again i received same problem, really i dont know they develop best mobile or cheating all people. Today 5.07.17 i give to second time service centre. Battery two hours only standing this capacity is 3000 mah. And so much heating. I ask service centre for this problem they simply said this model is happen always. Very worst support and company.

    I have purchased a swipe elite plus mobile (imei : [protected] and [protected]) through flipkart on 6 October 2016 (invoice date: 9 October 2016). Within 5 months the phone was getting hang and I was not able to operate the phone. I promptly took the phone to your service center (we care) at Dadar east for repair. The service center kept the phone for over one month without giving an alternative phone during this period and I had to follow up by personally visiting the service center on multiple occasions to check the progress. Finally when I received the phone, it again gave me the same problems immediately when I inserted my sim card. Since then I have submitted my phone twice at the above mentioned service center and the phone is still giving me the same problems.

    I have been completely frustrated with the product and service provided by your company. I request you to replace the product or refund my money promptly. I am also attaching copy of the invoice with this email. Please note that the service center hasn't provided any acknowledgment whatsoever for the servicing done.

    I have suffered enough and determined to take this issue to highest authority possible including the consumer disputes forum.

      The auto focus feature of camera is corrupted now. Camera is not able to focus but it is capturing images without focus i.e., blur images.

      The service center people are saying that the camera is of that king only...but how can it be possible.It has 13mp auto focus camera not still camera ..

      There are also many issues same as mine on net where camera focus is not functioning correctly.

      When taking photos, the camera lens tries to focus and refocus continuously, and but now, it is not at all focuses. This is leading to very blurry photos. It occurs when using the camera itself, and also when using it apps such as Snapchat. Both for photo and video. Pictures are also blurry in manual mode

      There are also many issues same as mine on online with other handsets where camera focus is not functioning correctly.

        Respected sir,
        As on the date of 13. June.2017, i had submitted my complain against the swipe telecom company, regarding the subject that they had not treated my request in proper way for the repairing of the mobile.
        Although, an email from the consumer forum has been received by me that they had requested my complain to the swipe elite telecom and the company will consider it, may be in 8-10 days as a time limit.
        But until now, i have not received any response from the company. As now the same problem is occurring again that is the battery of the mobile phone started swelling again.
        So, i again request you to consider my complain and to provide me justice.

          There is a extreme complaint against swipe telecom regarding their services.i have mobile of swipe telecom model name is elite plus.the mobile has software problem of network of sim connection.sim slot 1 which is 4g supported, but no network is shown of any company"s sim.i am extremly harassed with this problem.kindly do the needful action to resolve my issue

            Hello! I buyed a mobile in swipe just in between 1-2 months I got a touch problem then I gave my mobile it to the service center and they told that it will take up to 10-15 days after that I call to service center they told that it will take extra 20days at any cost I won't buy any mobile in swipe. I also called to service center at so many times but they didn't lift my call.
            So I suggest that don't buy swipe mobile to my friends and relatives.

              On the 21st march i had given my mobile phone (Konnect 5.1) which is just 6 months old,. I had bought the phone from flipkart, to the swipe customer service at kolkata. The complain number is wb kol mc 2684. My display is broken. They said they will charge me 1340/- to which i agreed, as long as i get my service and part for the phone.

              Every time i call up, they say the part for the phone to be replaced has not arrived. I even called the bangalore customer care office (Head office) from where the part is supposed to come, they are also giving dates after dates, no sign of replacement.

              Therefore i urge all customers to not buy any phones from swipe as their post purchase service is really terrible, you can say they just don't care, they are just horrible.

                I own a elite note mobile.. Initially its display got broken which took around four months to give me a new display pack at rs of 3000.00.. Meanwhile my mobile stopped charging.. It get charged when mobile is switched off.. And mobile started heating a lot.. Its within warranty period.. So i sent it to their warehouse in pune.. Now its been a month and they did not repair it.. I bought the mobile in november.. From january mu mobile is with the service center... My work ordre no have been changed three ties.. Now i am using the fourth one.. They wont answer calls, emails.. If they do they tell just 8-10 working days answer.. I am sick of that

                  I placed a replacement battery request on 24th may 2017, and was told to get the battery within seven working days. I was made to pay the full advance payment for the same i. E. Rs. 960.
                  I have still not received the battery despite several follow ups with the service center. When i call the swipe customer care i'm adviced to wait 10 more days each time i call.
                  I am stuck with my money blocked and my phone is dead.
                  Please suggest what can be done in this case.

                    Sir, i had deposited my phone at swastika alter india service, saheeed nagar, bhubaneswasr, odisha on 10th may 2017 with docket number od-bhu-gs-1342. The phone reached bhubaneswar on 8th june, while collecting the phone i found that the same network problem persists for which it has been sent to pune that was also confirmed by swipe customer representative mr satya. I called the customer service from there and not get any solution as they are just stick to their opinion 1) can not provide standby mobile 2) a new job sheet to be made 3) it has to be go in the same process which will take another one month to receive my phone 4) can not extend the warranty period. So i returned without collecting the phone. I have made only one issue i. E network issue and after 12 days of testing at pune, the phone you just send the same phone without repairing.
                    So pls intervene into the matter as customer care do not listen to my complain.

                      With bothe SIMS put in slots, it fails to get signal, where as they work OK in any other other mobile phone.
                      I have swipe mobile phone (dual SIM), Elite Note. it has failed to recgnise signals from both the SIMs. Kalewadi pune service centre is unable to repair. pl. tell what to do? My residence is near pimple nilakh, pune

                        Dear sir/mam,
                        I pragati singh want to complain about my mobile phone swipe elite plus which i ordered from flipkart on date 26-oct-2016. From the delivery date i. E. 31-oct-2016 the mobile phone wasn't performing well. Its sensors were not working properly. I requested a return from flipkart but instead they fixed with us a technician visit, which also could not be processed since the time of technician visit was not reliable to me. So i ignored the sensor problem since the return limit had exceeded and the phone can't be returned now. From very next month the phone's battery started swelling up.in december it was swelled very little which was not identifiable but till mid of january it was swelled up severely n due to swelling up of battery my tempered glass broke and since i wasn't able to submit my mobile to service center because the timing of opening n closing was between 10am to 6 pm, and in these hours i used to be at my college so i stopped using phone since january and put it switched off and also the swipe elite plus phones have a non removable battery. On 6 march 2017 i took the phone to the swipe service center at allahabad (My residing place) where when the technician at the shop took out the battery and at that same moment the battery was blast out. And the phone was having a warranty period of 1 year as well as its accessories were in warranty period of 6 months. The technician assured us that we will have our phone back just one months later. But as they said it hadn't happened we kept on the calling the service center and they kept on saying we will contact you soon as the phones will reach on allahabad's service center. On around 12 april my father went to service center to take his phone back where he found that the technician was replacing the battery of any other swipe elite plus phone into my phone and he (My father) rejected to take it since he was placing a used battery and demanding 850 rupees for it which is injustice. He came back and i kept on calling the service center and they insisted us to wait and said that we have to pay money for it even though it was in warranty period. I got my phone back on 5 june and he didn't charged for it. But when i checked my battery it pretends totally like it is a used one and on touching the battery's surface you can feel all the circuits and my phones battery now falls more faster than ever did and it takes a lot of hours to get charged fully. My phones sound quality has also degraded and it hangs much more than it ever did. It gets heated up at minimal usage and charging. All in all it didn't got better after the repair of 4 months in fact it got much worse than it ever was. Hence i request consumer forum to take justice actions since i am not satisfied with the service of swipe telecom towards my phone and want a compensation of the loss of months of my warranty period and also for the money which i wasted in buying this phone. I will be highly obliged if consumer forum will take action in context of it as soon as possible.

                            I gave my mobile on may 26th for service which had a display problem. They said that it will take 2 weeks to service as the spare is not available, i said it's ok i will wait. I called and asked after 15 days, they said that we have got the spare, but if you are not under warranty we will fix immediately or else you have to wait for a month. So the thing is if we pay money they will fix it soon or else they will ask us to wait more than a month. Then what is the purpose by doing these kind of money gaining tricks. Please ask them to work on the priority when we gave the mobile and not on the money.

                              I purchased swipe 4g mobile through naptol order ref:34225589 on 21.4.17, i used for 2 days, it was over heating and battery back up is 3 to 4 hours, handed over mobile at super telecom, sigra varanasi. Job sheet no:up-vrn-sut-1075 on 28.04.2017 till today i have not received, mobile is send to factory, no proper response from factory. Request a refund.

                              I have purchase new mobile elite 2/6/17 but not properly outgoing voice clier please my problem solve
                              Battery swells badly and phone overheats alot. Useless phone. Company says swells battery is not covered under warranty as i overcharged the phone.

                                The ringer volume decrease automatically and when i try to increase it does not happens then i have to restart it and then it works then after some time the same problem take place and sometimes the vibration also stops then again its start after sometime please do something this us the reason i miss some important calls from my home, my office, help me out

                                  I brought swipe elite 2 model smartphone few months back. After 2 week usage its battery got damaged and it takes 2 days to replace from authorized service center in cochin named adr technologies. And after 1 week again it shows over heating problem. And they given the phone after 1 week (Main board replaced). Then after 2 weeks usage again it shows network problem. Then again i given the phone in adr technologies at date[protected]. Still i did't received the device. When i contact adr technologies, they told me that the phone is at swipe main service center to replace the main board.

                                  With in 2-3 moths i only used the phone in 1-2 weeks only. Rest of all time the phones is at service center. I brought it for rs:5000/-. So please let me know what should i do. The last service center slip id is kr-coh-adr-1157.

                                  I didn't faced this kind of bad experiance in any other brand phones i used.

                                    I was very proud to get a scope to buy swipe (Elite-3) (Android 6.0 version) handset through online trading before two/ three months. After received the handset on c. O. D basis i thought, that now i have contributed something towards make in india movement as the co' is totally indian based. But after some days i realized that there are some co' who are totally fraud in respect of quality assurance and dealing with after sale services. They have franchised so many service centers with unraveled persons, who can only throw annoyed reply towards customer with horrible behavior. My said handset evaporating hot air at the time of charging and attending any call. Battery is totally useless. Once i complained the same with service centre, no remedial action is taken care of by them.
                                    Therefore, it is my earnest request to future customers, try to avoid the cheaters who are just not doing right business but playing with the indian sympathy.
                                    Until i get full compensation from this co', i will be continued to tear out by hook or crook the goodwill earned by the co' tiil date. Users kindly cooperate and join me.

After 8 months in use my phone stats hanging and finally after few days all softwares get crashed and when i power on my smartphone show only swipe logo. Finally i approached nearest service center but lucky my phone get repaired. Authorised service center inform me it has only some software issue. But after one month o[censored]se same thing happened. I again approached him on may 5, 2017. He finally afte trying said that he could not repaire it so sending this phone to company for repaire. Today it is more that one month. Everytime when i approach customer care they it will be dispacthed in 8 days. But those 8 days never passed till now.
                                      My smartphone job sheet no. Is kgr-sms-hp-164.
                                      I finally suggest all of you never buy such company phone.

                                        Swipe Company Mobile Handset issue

                                        Swipe Work Order No. DEL-NV-GCS-1224 dated 06th May-17,
                                        Data cable faulty,
                                        Company call center confirmed that data cable has been delivered to service center on 20th may-17 but service center is denying for receipt of data cable even checked the same today as well.
                                        This is cheating with customer.
