Dear Sir

I purchased Swipe Elite 2 Mob hand set by online for my sister. Unfortunately its battery has been became complaint. She approached authorized dealer of Palakkad district in Kerala to get it replaced. But there she did not get the same replaced as the battery was neither available with dealer nor in company.

People like us are purchasing the phone after accumulating monthly remaining. Company or dealers are not that much interested to give after sale service. I am requesting your kind hnour to provide the battery at the earliest as I wish to not to keep her phone as e-waste.

Please make me in position of the replaced battery.

Any clarification that you are willing to inform me can be provided in my email id i.e [protected]@gmail.com or mob [protected].

    I have purchase a swipe mobile phone Swipe 12.7 cm (5inch) 13 MP Dragon Trail Android Phone - Konnect Plus, amount Rs.4999/- from homeshop 18 vide TV advertise in between June to july 2016.The phone is now out of order/in damage condition, not opening, not charging, not responding. So kindly replace my phone with higher snap dragon processor phone like Rs.5999/- phone please.I will pay the difference.My phone no. [protected].

      My phone's touch wasn't working thus, I give it to customer care, but it had been 3 months they are answering me that it is yet to serviced. Please help me to resolve the problem and deliver the phone as fast as possible. this shows that your service is very poor. Where many other companies or brands are very fast at it. Please send me status for my phone whether it is being serviced or not.

        I gave the phone to the company on 27.1.17 due to a faulty camera. The product is in warranty till the month of July 2017. Since the 27th of January 2017, I have been given false promises of the time required to repair the phone. They are not taking any responsibility at all. I am tired of calling them again and again as they keep giving me false dates of me getting my phone back. I even emailed their supervisor team but they keep doing the same thing. I don't know what to do. In this process, they also are reducing my phone's warranty period.
        Kindly help me

        In response to your above email and the current work order KRK-BAN-XMS-2128, I am really surprised and frustrated that your department can't even keep their promise to a customer. Your department mentioned in the above email that by 25th of April 2017 I would get my phone back. Today is the 3rd of May 2017 and I still haven't got my phone. I called your customer care today at 11.13 am and I got another deadline (10th May) by which I would get my phone back. It's getting really difficult for me to trust your company now. Your company has got me in a trap as I have no one else to escalate this issue at.

          I have given my device to the mentioned service center on 25.02.2017 only . Till today I have not yet received any response regarding the repair of my cell phone. I really hate this service as they are taking so long time. I am herewith sharing my Ref No related to compliant: Krhvlve405.
          I am really fed off with your service regarding my cell phone. It's more than one and half month. Still, I didn't get any positive response from your side. As per your previous mail, You said me to wait 5-6 working days. But till today I have not yet received any positive response from your side. If the problem is not solved within two or three days I want to complain about this issue. Hence, I kindly request you to consider this serious and resolve as early as possible.               I have purchased a mobile of swipe connect (5, 1) whose item code is 183212/sku:001 3g (Corning gorilla glass)/colour black/size code:000/sku details : black amounting to rs. 3419.48/= vide bill no.[protected], docket no.[protected] on dated 24.08.16 from m/s. Nsa tradex private limited.
              Sir, touch pad of that mobile has broken, i was taken that mobile for repairing purpose on 03.04.2017 at your service centre at m/s. Mobi core, office at 1a, nandan bagan street, kol-700004. Firstly they have made a bill amounting to rs. 1250/= as out warranty of touch pad broken, their job no. Was not mentioned on the bill. Whether there was warranty period then why they took the amount of rs. 1250/= as touch pad broken? In spite of that they have not given any delivery date. Only they said that for repairing purpose 45-60 days time to be taken. I have a doubt for taking such time as they said there was no supply from company.
              Sir, i hardly request you to please repair my swipe konnect 5.1 imei no-[protected] mobile as early as possible so that i will be really great full to you.

              I bought a swipe mobile phone (Swipe Konnect 5.1) having IMEI No. - [protected] from M/s NSA Tradex (P) Ltd Dt 24.08.16 vide invoice no.[protected]. Which's Gorila Glass is recently broken So, I have submit my swipe mobile phone for repair of broken gorila glass on Movie Care office - 1A narendra bagan st. kol - 4 at 03.04.2017. But they said that repairing charge of that mobile is 1250/- and also said that it took so many time from 45-60 Days. But i need it urgently. So please do it as soon as possible.
              I am vasi from chennai. i purchased elite star on 31jan2017 thro flipkart. Within one month i got display problem so i given to SK info sytem for repair on 9mar17.                 I have purchased Swipe elite 3 mobile phone under Invoice number FDYSF[protected] DT.[protected] from Flipkart.
                Neither the incoming calls appears on screen nor outgoing calls disconnect after finishing talk. For that reason I showed my device at your service center at Katihar (Bihar) on 02.04.2017; but they say they will send the setto Delhi.
                Please either correct the device immediately or change the set. Service center says that the sensor of set is not working.
                Please do the needful.

                  I bought Swipe Elite Plus mobile in the last week of Dec'16, while using I found there will be a network problem in the handset, hence I submit the same in the service center on 30th Jan'17.

                  At last, after the long period (60+ days) 01st Apr'17 I’ve received my handset from the Service Centre, while checking the same, I found there is no any changes in my mobile, still the problem not yet rectified. Immediately I’ve handed over the same to the Service center there itself.

                  The service center people told me that, this will take another 40+ days...
                  (Work Order number TN-MAD-MG-715).

                  Already they damaged my mobile. So I don’t want it to return back.

                  Hence need your speedy action on this and, “I don’t want the damaged one, I need fresh mobile else they have to return my money”.

                  Kindly help on this.

                        I would like to inform you that I have submitted my handset on 28/01/17 because as soon as I had open the box the display started blinking and it didn't worked properly and from then to till date I haven't received any information of my phone it's almost 2 month.
                        I had purchased this phone from snap-deal on 16/01/17. It didn't worked for a day this was a very bad experience and I'm going to complaint about his because when I'm trying to contact service centre their call is not reachable and they are not picking up the call this is really very disgusting. In my life I won't be buying this swipe product and won't suggest anyone to buy I need reply on this mail as soon as possible or else I'm going to complaint on consumer court.

                            I have purchased the swipe virtue mobile hand set from shopclues and the Order ID: 96586351
                            IMEI/Serial No: [protected] from last 8 months the mobiles battery is expanded in thickness and is not fitting in mobile.
                            I am trying to contact the service center (which are very rare) but proper response from service center. it is become so much hard to locate due far from my place and nobody answers the phone calls, some of them are wrong number. Really i am surprised what is going on.

                            Now i am taking the last step to resolve the issue.

                            Please look in to the matter any resolve as soon as possible(Hope you will replace the battery with new one).

                              As i have purchased tablet vide model no.[protected] on 04.03.2017 from mumbai
                              2nd day while opening back cover for inserting sim card, small tab which is holding the tablet is broke down. As i have launched complaint with local dealer from where i have purchased the tablet, he told me it will take 4-5 days to get it done/ to order new cover. We were in the impression that he is following up with company. But actually he was not doing anything. Then after week time we went to him for resolution, he said nothing has been done yet. Then we approach service center located at dadar (Swp251), mumbai for the resolution. We had been told that with in week time we will order the cover and replace the same with your old cover. Which is still no done. Please try to resolve the case at the earliest.

                                  Why it is not provided service centre in arunachal Pradesh...if prblm whre we go for? If provide it is better for ur company..i just purchased bt if no centre whre i can concerned it?

                                    As i purchased swipe elite plus as on 31/12/2016 in within a month the phone has been dead i have submitted it on service centre. They told me that phone will give you back in within one month.
                                    As i submitted my phone on 9/02/2017 but till today 14/03/2017 i have not received my phone as you are saying that the parts are not available that's why you are not able to dispatch this product. What is my fault???
                                    Is my faults is that i purchased this mobile.
                                    Sir u are giving us one year warrenty in which 2 or 3 months phone is in your service centre then what is meant by one year warrenty if you are selling this type of product which become dead in one month then who will purchase your goods??
                                    Sir, please take a look.
                                    And please give my phone back in good condition.
                                    So that we can refer other to purchase this product.
                                    And make your service fast.
                                    Otherwise no one can purchase your product.

                                    Do not buy this mobile, I have given my mobile for repair in MOBILE INN shop, 3rd floor, Anthem Arcade, Gujrathi Galli, Koti. They stole the orginal parts and replaced with duplicate. Now my phone is useless. Very bad experience

                                      I have purchased the swipe elite mobile hand set from flip kart and the Order ID: is OD[protected].
                                      IMEI/Serial No: [protected] but from last 3 months the mobiles battery is expanded in thickness and is not fitting in mobile.
                                      I am trying to contact the service center (which are very rare) but proper response from service center. it is become so much hard to locate due far from my place and nobody answers the phone calls, some of them are wrong number. Really i am surprised what is going on.

                                      Now i am taking the last step to resolve the issue.

                                      Please look in to the matter any resolve as soon as possible(Hope you will replace the battery with new one).
