    second month key paid not working.
    than after battery dead.
    within four month i kept this phone 5 times on customer care.two times generate work order also.
    if within four month customer care changed all accessory-mother board, battery, disply but still problem is not clear .
    now my phone is in pune center.now again they are telling it will take 15 days.
    previous also i kept my phone on swipe customer care upto 1 month .

      Had bought the above phone vide invoice dated 03rd jan, 2017 and received on 05th january, 2017.

      There was a manufacturing defect in battery and phone, return request was rejected by shopclues.

      Battery given on 07-08th january, 2017 to your service center received on 27th jan, 2017 and handset given on same day, which after speaking to your customer care it is expected to be done by february end.

      Owing to no use since bought, you are requested to change the handset or refund my money as 2-3 months is a long time and i cant wait for this inconvenience caused by you.

      My Phone battery is ballooning and Not fitting now. Called customer care and they said the warranty will cover for only 6 months. But In my invoice and app it shows one year. Please help.

        I brought a new mobile phone from flipcart but two and three days after moblie phone heat as well as bettary go to dead and i compaint to filpcart and no respone get from filpcart regarding this problems. My problems resolve until.
        Swipe and flipcart trated me badly regarding this problems. Please resolve this problem and take the effective action towards this problem. I highly oblied to you if you resolve your problems.After two and three days i take my actions towards this problem. It is legal action.

          I bought SWIPE ELITE 2 Mobile. This mobile has battery problem. With in one year mobile battery will damage and you will have charging complaint. If you go to Customer Service Center they will tell give your mobile and collect it after 15days. We didn't have spare parts you have wait for one month after paying amount for the particular spares. That spares cost is very high when compared to other mobiles spares. I refer go to other mobiles except swipe company mobiles because of poor customer service.

          I had also battery problem in my 10 month of mobile phone . The battery start bulging (Swelling) .When i go to service centre they take my phone and tell me that wait for month. After month they said that some extra time needed .When we give them money why we waiting for a long time. When i make call in company they tell me that we have not spare ...so why r u not making ...why r u selling these phones which has not spare parts.VERY BAD SERVICING AND DO NOT BUY THIS PLEASE...

                First of all, i made a huge mistake by purachased your product.
                secondly, if you really not put any interest about service of my phone...then please tell me...but don't make me wait for a decade or more to bring my mobile back after service..(which u even don't know, when that possible).
                .
                So my sincere request plz plz...look after whether my mobile servicable or not. But plz don't tell any nonsense kind of thing that thae specific mobile part is not available...i[censored] can't then don't sell your product online or offline.
                It's very DISGRACE...

                Swipe elite 2 has a proven battery issue, battery is swollen and puffed up. they have to provide new battery since it is their fault.phone was brought on 06 september 2016 through flipkart. so many complaints are given but they did'nt take any action

                  I want to know where in delhi and other metros micromax has one showroom atleast for the customers to go in and see the product irrespective from where they buy the device. At least they can go and see the device. I want to buy one micromax tablet but wants to take demo. i live in rohini delhi so i want a near showroom where i can see all the tablets check features and then buy. do you have showroom in rohini, delhi? it is not possible to buy tablets, phones by seeing just pictures and features in internet whether it amazon, snapdeal, flipcart, ebay. They should put customer complaint number on top of their website which is not there. This is very bad practice. If any device faulty or what they wanted did not get then where to complaint? so i want to see the device, check it and then buy..you must have company showroom in 4 corners of the metros for the customers to come and see the product. this will enhance sale..market is get more and more competitive because of very high price of these android devices. Millions of these android devices which have whooping prices in thousands gets damaged, irreparable making customers angry, disgrunted, irritated. These android device one small fault and becomes not repairable and your whole money goes in drain in just one to two years. so customers are highly selective not letting the market to grow. Their is no way a customer can upgrade or downgrade an android device. Any wrong method used and the whole device get dead. I dont know why google has made like this. You cannot upgrade or downgrade a device. If you do chances of the device getting dead is very high. Customer wants features of their choice so they try all methods to get them and the set becomes dead whereas this problem is not their with windows. I can install any windows in my tablet phone laptop. i have done this thousands of times and enjoyed it. my laptop is running past 10 years perfectly o.k. i downgrade upgrade and do everything nothing happens..

                    I bought swipe elite plus in jun 2016. After 5 months use its app started hanging and then on one day in December it could not boot. then i submitted phone to service centre with job ID- GJ-SUT-SNS-1288. after 17 days device came to me after repair. i used it for 10 days but in these days it again started showing the same problem. again in january 2017 it could not reboot. i showed to service centre and again they have send for repair against job no- GJ-SUT-SNS-1355.

                    I am very dissatisfied as swipe has sold me a faulty device. there is some issue in hardware. Please help. i am going to file a case in consumer court for cheating customer by giving defective product.

                    I need replacement.

                      I am purchased a swipe tab on Oct 2016, The tab display got dimmed and grey lines come on the screen in a one-month o[censored]sage. Dec 2016 I approached service centre, they informed me that two week time required. After 3 weeks I called service centre they said that 'Parts not available' after one week I called customer care of swipe they don, t have any idea when the parts available. My tab now in RIP(Rest in peace) mode.

                              The battery and touch screen starting giving problems during the warranty period itself. Gave the at the vashi swipe service centre. (Om sai telecom)

                              It is 2 months and the phone is still not repaired.
                              I called up the swipe service centre several times, everytime they say that parts are not available.

                              Desirable resolution : if the company cannot repair my handset within 2 months, it should immediately arrange for a replacement.

                                  I have handed over my phone to service centre as that is suddenly stopped working. My work order no is KAR-MYS-RCS-272. I am following up almost every alternate date but they where telling that waiting for motherboard from company.Please resolve my issue at Earl iest.This product was purchased during Dewali sale on Flipkart.I have purchased this phone to get Jio.Now that this phone is at service centre, I am unable to use Jio sim .I prefferd this brand thinking it is Indian.

                                    I bought elite plus mobileb in the month of June and faced touch screen issue and approached the service center they told the display was damaged, and asked me to pay 2300 for chanching the same. I payed the same after few days the center found closed . when I approached the customer care after repeated followup they told the mobile is in testing department. I have been following my mobile for more than 3 months, there is no response . they are cheating the Indian customer in the name of make in India. Can any one suggest the best way to bane their product.

                                      I purchased swipe elite 2 mobile in Jan 2016 but after use of 3 month battery swelled up and I registered a complaint in service centre where initially there response was it is not under warranty but later got ready to provide me new battery which i got after wait of almost a month and could lasted for another 3 month now battery was not under warranty and I have repeatedly request for battery which is unavailable at any service centre. ...I am urging to all swipe elite 2 customers please be unite and complain against company in consumer forum for cheating customers as company has used a faulty battery in its mobile. When other companies can call back their products then why not swipe should provide battery to all its customers.
