Dear sir,
Last year in august 2017, i did purchase swipe elite plus mobile, which has got the cover and the screen rising due to the battery's blooming.
I contact service center
(Sunania electronics harda, madhya pradesh), they say warrenty will not be queer because the set has been damaged.
Please tell me how i am responsible for the deterioration of the battery due to flowering
Let me fix my set under warranty

    Purchased Swipe Elite Power mobile from Flipkart. Within 10 days mobile condition was worst, that the entire display went blank. Couldn't resend back to Flipkart as replacement period was less. Since, warranty was available given the mobile to service on March 26th. Mobile has been sent to company on April 26th. Till now not received mobile and service is so bad. I want my mobile as new with compensation of two months.

      My swipe elite is having some problems, these includes my phones camera in which the primary camera and the flashlight is not working and it open the front camera which shows the inverted as well as mirrored image and display. Second my phones battery has swollen and i am not able to find battery for my phone anywhere. The phone while starting shows optimising of apps which takes up all the battery thus i cant use the swollen battery as it may blast. Kindly suggest me any solution for the above mentioned problems. The phone has become a problem and its not even one year when i bought this phone.

        I recently purchase swipe konnect star mobile from online flipkart hoping that mobile is good with features as it was 4g volte latest. But was extremely dissapointed with the handset as battery was getting drained all the time when i was giving call or receiving the calls this was happened right from the begining i. E. From day 1, so i lodged complain to swipe mobile customer care they directed to handover handset to service centre here in panjim, goa so i handover the handset to service centre there. After 5 days service centre person call me and tells me battery is the issue for your new handset and he told it should be replaced so i said ok do it. After 2 days he said battery was ordered from service centre in pune. So again i called swipe customer care and explained them the issue and they appologize for inconvenience and assured to send me battery on or before 25th may 2017 this they had assured me 4th time. Now again i called up the service centre today i. E 29th may 2017 they said due to technical reason they had not been able to send the courier. Now this had really made us angry. So we decided to launch complain against the company as if they cannot assure and sell quality handsets dont atleast fool the customer very dissapointed request to take some action against such frauds.

          My battery has swollen due to which it is not fitting in the phone. I need new battery and not able to get the one from anywhere. Can you suggest which battery could be compatible with swipe elite 2 phone!!!

          The support for the swipe phone, especially for battery is well below the standard. Replacements are not available anywhere... Not even swipe's own website. Within 6 month the phone becomes non-usable due to this battery problem.

            After only 1 week o[censored]se of my swipe elite 3 its battery got draining very fast and after a month it got swollen... Now its been a month since i have given it to service center. Every time i ask them they always says it will take up to 10 to 15 days... They are ignoring my request and its battery is not available in any shop.. Not even in service center so i am unable to use phone. And its more like a dummy without any use... Plz help or suggest what should i do.

              I purchased the phone on 28th July 2016. After 1 months that's on sept 2016 its battery got swollen & there were some more issues-Touch was not working so I visited nearest service center that is service center in RTO Ahmedabad. The phone was under repair for 3 months, I got it back that too after so many calls & visits to service center & dealing with there arrogant attitude. Finally I get the phone back on with the phone having 4 big noticeable dots on screen which is horrible don't know what was happening from July to till now at your service center. Also the service provider not suppoting for these kind of issues.

                Hello Am Pavan Kulkarni Owning Swipe Elite 2 Plus Device it has been almost a month since i have given my Phones battery for Replacement but when ever i ask about the status they say like your order is pending for spares and it will take 10-12 days to ship from our end i asked them more than 3 times all 3 different days they say 10-12 days. so my question is Company trying to escape from us do they really care about their customers it is so bad for a company that they dont keep a regular stock updates and only serve their order when an work order is placed please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                I'm Amar Das from West Bengal. I have same problem with Swipe Elite Plus mobile battery. I submitted it on 13th Apr'17 with full payment. I spoke to customer care today. They till says it will take more 10 to 15 days. So worst service it is and we are so helpless.

                  I have send my swipe tablet Ace strike to swipe IMEI Non;[protected] to swipe telecom Lap reality warehousing pvt. Ltd building no 5 block 3 gate no2323/1 Naga Road Warhol I pune M aharashtra 412207 vide Indian postal courier No;EE[protected] IN on15.12.2016 on the company advice for some minor repair. Till then I am continuously requesting above said company for my tablet who are deferring the matter on one pretext or other even they are assuring but all in vain and deceiving me. Sir I am a force personnel and facing great problems for my mobile. Will you please take this matter before company officers or can I refer the matter to Lonikhand police Maharashtra for lodging FIR even though I have sufficient evidence for my case.?

                    I, santanu de, am a customer of swipe smartphone. Recently, touch screen of the smart phone was not working properly and it was in warranty period. Therefore, i went to the nearest authorized service center (Excel compuzone (Swp077), lg 10, akashdeep complex, sapna sangeeta road, opp. Tanishq showroom, indore - 452001). The work order number is mp-ind-ec-1080 at this service center. But during two months it is pending and nobody is taking any action regarding the problem. Every time the executive are lying to me.

                      I have purchased one tablet pc during november 2014 model swipe mtv
                      Lash from univercel mobiles of karur, tamilnadu (Which was imported
                      In april 2014). My daughter played games one time and we have
                      Witched off the mobile tablet and after 2-3 days we have switched on
                      The tablet to receive the incoming calls. One day the tablet was
                      Witched on the internet automatically and the entire prepaid balance
                      Of around rs.300/- has come down to zero during night time when we
                      Were sleeping. Then again i have switched off the tablet and for
                      Ometime i have not used and i have recharged the mobile balance after
                      Ometime and again the tablet switched on and the entire balance of
                      Rs.150/- has come to zero and the tablet automatically switched off
                      Because i have not charged the battery. After 2-3 days i have switched
                      On and recharged the battery and the tablet automatically switched off
                      And i could not switch on because there was a message "unfortunately
                      Update has stopped", then i have contacted your authorized service
                      Center at madurai tamilnadu m/s. Mobile gallery and given the tablet
                      For service and they have installed the software charging me rs.450/-
                      In march 2016. It worked for one week and it automatically switched
                      Off and i could not switch on the tablet because of the reason
                      "unfortunately update has stopped", on[protected] i have contacted the
                      Ame service center and they have charged rs.450/- and updated the
                      Oftware. After 10 days the same thing happened and there was a
                      Message "unfortunately update has stopped", now please let me know
                      What i have to do and again & again i am not afford to spent rs.450/-
                      I could not use the tablet smoothly from the day of purchase till now
                      And i have been spending, please let me know the reason and help me to
                      Come out from this situation. Please oblige

                          My phone swipe elite plus with work no. 2313 was given in" ravi telecom", Jalandhar on 29march, 2017 .They promised us 25-30 days time and its already been 40 days, Nobody is ready to tell when we are getting this phone. Very disappointed with this company. I just want the phone back whether repaired or not or want the money back. Just keep that peice with the company. Atleast give us the valid reply if somebody is getting this complaint because calls are nit working for the customer care employees.

I just used that mobile only for 3 months, suddenly my mobile got a display problem, So i gave my mobile to a service center by 2016/12/20 to repair it. 5 months over, but still I haven't received any proper reply from the center, Still they telling the same words, that they still not get the spare for my mobile. I need to recover my mobile soon, I am here without mobile, You must take some steps to return my mobile. I am suffering a lot without mobile.

                                Recently i have purchased swipe strike volte tablet costs 5999/-. And had problem in the display. I had given tablet to repair in the below address.

                                He almost kept tablet 2 weeks, without repairing anything and told that not able to repair here and dont have proper tools to repair.
                                And with this incident we took this tablet to bangalore service center near sp road. They also denied to repair because, hubli service center already open the tablet to repair.

                                Once again, i went to hubli service center to get it repair. He is not giving any job sheet for the customer after taking devices to repair. And also not giving proper responses to the customer when we asked about estimated date.
                                He took 3 weeks of time and telling now that give money for the repair. But the product is under warranty.
                                I am very much disappointed about swipe products and services.
                                Please close your hubli service center immediately. He dont have any proper tools to repair and not having manner to handle customer.

                                  We have ordered an swipe mobile phone from naaptol on 18th may 2016 and we received after a few days. Description of goods:swipe 3g mobile with gorilla glass. Receipt no: [protected]. Order number :22898966. We have paid an amount of rs.2999. They have also provided 1year warranty. There are problems with the handset regarding screen. Naaptol has sold the product for us with the assurance of gorilla glass protection which means that the screen will not be damaged in any case. But the screen has many issues till the date. When we contact the customer care, they do not solve the problem and they give contact number of their showrooms and tell us to repair at our own cost. And we have also met the swipe service centre and repaired. They have charged us rs.900. After few days the display of the mobile has come to the original position. With the above reasons we request you to kindly take up the complaint and to instruct swipe company to replace the mobile or refund the amount of rs.2999+900 which was paid to the swipe company.                                       Today I found that my mobile has automatically open various functions & applications.

                                      I take it to service station STAR MOBILE, Rajkot. They have told me that, your mobile is infected.with water, hence display not working properly.

                                      The said job done on chargeable basis, due to water infected. As I know that my mobile never touch water, than how it is possible.

                                      I request to please intervene for better service.

Since 4 months I have been trying to get that mobile repaired but I am getting only next dates and fake replies & harassment . How unfortunate it is that a normal problem has not been rectified till date & it is to bring to your notice that its warranty is also getting expired soon. in month april 06/04/17 i am getting my hande set and get him 2800 rs. for tuch change without any ression change my phone tuch change but problem in hand set motherboard or software . but after 11 days it got display hang or software crash and i again reported this problem to your swipe care Center, Tele World, Yamunanagar (Haryana[protected]Mob. No. [protected] got complaint work order no RECEIPT no 88 on date 18/04/17 Due to this delay in repair, 4 & half months warranty period also got wasted & who is going to bear this loss.

                                        so we request you to last time provide either new handset or extend warranty period by more 4 months. Otherwise we will forced to knock consumer forum's door.
