I had purchased this Symphony 22i cooler back in 2018. Used it for only one season. Again opened now and started using. But for some days it suddenly not working. I tried contacting CUSTOMER support but no luck. They don't have any CUSTOMER support method other than whatsapp. My compliant is not attended from now than a week now.

      To whom so ever concerned

      I have purchased new air cooler on dated 29.03.2021 from Ahmedabad opposite Sola high court, SG highway.
      I have started at my house and i found that it is running with noise and difficult to sleep at night.
      Then my spouse has complaint for the same, but they told that they will send technician for checking. But he told that no solution for noise and salesman must explain during purchase/
      Then my spouse approach to show room for replacing with AC and difference money will be settled but showroom.
      On third visit at your show room person refuse to take bac or any replacement. My spouse argued with them that your salesman has not explained regarding noise issue, and they straight away refused.
      So I need a solution at the earliest.
      I m ready to purchase new AC form same place and difference money will be settled.

      Today they have give no but no one is [protected] but not getting connected

      Still no response and i want to return the piece as i am not satisfied.
      I think i have wasted my money and not good experience.
      Also Croma showroom persons not responding properly and i m getting irritated
      Service no XY[protected] is also cancelled without my concerns and without any action,
      How & why it is cancelled.

        I had purchased this Symphony 22i cooler back in 2018. Used it for only one season. Again opened now and started using. But for some days it started making noise and suddenly one night blast sound came and burn smell was coming. Very dangerous that too in night. I tried contacting CUSTOMER support but no luck. They don't have any CUSTOMER support method other than whatsapp. My compliant is not attended from now than a week now. Avoid buying this ### coolers from symphony. Very poor after sales support.

I mailed but didn't get any reply. I request the company to refund my amount. Now I am not at all interested to accept their product.

                Good afternoon sir,
                I have ordered Symphony Sumo 115xl on 31.03.21 vide order No. SYM[protected] and delivered on 03.04.21.
                But I received only cooler without any accessories like leg set with caster wheels, Manual, Warranty card and Invoice.
                On the packing box sticker we noticed that including 4 caster wheels leg set with this cooler. Local shops are also giving this accessories with cooler without any cost.
                How can I stand cooler, and how can I submit any issues without invoice, without warranty card..??
                So please send accessories and other papers which are including with cooler.

                  I have placed an order for 115L Symphony Sumo with order No. SYM[protected]. Cooler received on 03.04.21. But I received only cooler in that box. There are no other accessories like casters wheels leg set, Manual, Warranty card.
                  So please send Symphony leg set with caster wheels, Manual, and Warranty card.
                  Other wise I return this Cooler..Why because How to stand this cooler and how to produce any issues without warranty card and Manual..
                  On the out side box of sticker accessories are printed. Please see in attachment.

                    The issue raised with symphony on March 2020 and till now the problem is not resolved.
                    Service engineer is not responding and cheated me. I have paid 1200 Rs, he did not provided the bill and now he is not replacing the pump.
                    1. Air cooler pump was making noise.
                    2. At the first visit, the service engineer has replaced with a bigger sized pump. I paid him 400 Rs service charge and 900 Rs for the pump. Later i noticed that the water was coming out of the cooler.
                    3. After several follow ups, he came and replaced with my old pump. He told me that the pump is out of stock and will replace once i receive it.
                    4. Even after several follow ups the service engineer is not responding.
                    Please suggest and support how to get this resolved.

                      Hi,

                      I have purchased the new cooler on 2nd April 2021 .after reaching at home i have started the cooler and found water leakage happening so i called to dealer for replacement of Cooler .he dint agree to replace and started rude behavior and asked me to call customer care team.

                      I have booked a complaint with Symphony on 2nd April 2021 .
                      case no-HY[protected]

                      Service team came on 3rd April 2021 and checked and they told that part is missing .they tried to repair but its not working .

                      as a consumer what i have to do.no one is listening to me and dealer is doing miss behavior to me .

                      i ma helpless now .i have invested 5600 to purchase this cooler .

                      i want a strong complaint for the dealer and Symphony to replace or refund my money ..

                          I ordered my air cooler on 31/03/2021 (order number SYM[protected]) from the company website and it was delivered to me today morning and it is leaking from the drain plug so I called customer care and he tells me my pincode is not showing on system please give another pincode otherwise cannot register complaint so I said how can I give another pincode when I live here to which he replied our system does not have this pincode call with another one and then hung up on me. Now no one is picking up the call. It is a new cooler and they delivered it to my home so I expect this issue to be fixed.
