Sir, i have purchased symphony site air cooler, after 3 year it's motor failed, then i had made services request to symphony but from services center i had got a call in that services engineer informed to sent cooler to services center without any visit, after that i have made many complaints then after 1to 2month. I got service and in that services engineer have changed my cooler motor with blower fan due to he was not able to remove old blower as said by him, and ho charged for it 2600₹ for motor & 800 ₹ for blower fan where as in ur spare list it was of 2135₹ & 645₹ respectively so i have completed again then he had down price to 2450₹ & 740₹ which i had paid with extra service charge 400₹, after that he had fixed ordinary cooling pads (₹70) which worked very bad and through waterso i had complaint again and again but service engineer talked very badly with me, i want you to take proper action against him to make you company service reliable, details are as below for service center & my complaint no

    I purchased Diet 50i on[protected] after 2 days[protected] its cooling button not working. I complaint customer care on[protected] complain no is ND-JS-20D17020 on 22-04-17 technician come at my place and said its pcb is not working tomorrow i will replace it on[protected] i called technician he said pcb is out of stock in 2-3 days it will be replaced. On[protected] i checked complaint status its showing complain has been closed no. Immediately i called customer care no [protected] they make another complaint ND-JS-25D17033 after[protected] i called customer care and service center multiple times they always saying please wait 4-5 days your issue will be resolved till now my issue is not resolved today i check complaint status its shows Your complaint No ND-JS-25D17033 has been resolved

    And after repaired it's again stopped cooling...And so bad customer care response...He gave me particular time to arrive...But he couldn't come...Bad service also...

      We had bought the cooler on[protected], symphony STORM 70I. A part caller POWER has been burnt due to high voltage. But since one month we r simply waiting for it to b repaired. Customer care claim that the part is not available and they r simply delaying the dates. Whenever we try to register a complain. Then at first they listen to us and send us a msg regarding a service request no. To be used whrn we r satisfied with the service. The repairers come even. But a statement which keeps on repeating SIR THE PART IS NOT AVAILABLE. I want to complain about the company that if all the parts of that brand r not available then why the coolers r being sold in the market. Also if it is being sold, prime responsibilty of the company is to provide after sale service to the existing customers. There is also a provision regarding using the parts of the new product. I want to complain against this company on behalf of many people who r a victim of this mental harassment. Hoping for a quick response.

        I purchased a Symphony Cooler Diet 50i, and the cooling function stopped working. I lodged a complaint (DE-SA-5E17003) on May 5th, 2017. The service engineer has not yet arrived. No one from the Service center, Sam Service (R), Mobile No: [protected], contacted me yet. When I called their number, most of the times, it is either switched off or no one picks the phone. On two occasions, when they did pick up the phone, I did not get any definitive answer as to why they did not contact me and when the service engineer will come.

        Problem-the drain plug broke off.
        Please tell me from where I can get a drain plug for the same.

          I bought a symphony touch 110 cooler last month. It start leaking after few days. I raised request to symphony and got the service request no -
          ND-GE-30D17002. Technician is keep coming nearly 7-8 times to repair. But problem does not solve at all. Even technician take out each n every part of the cooler and assembled it again. After assembled, it start again leaking and now cooling is gone completely as well.

          Now fan is better than this cooler.

          Service agency not able to solve the issue and now they are helpless.
          Kindly do the needful as company unable to solve the issue.

            We took this cooler last 15 days the fan gas not working properly
            i am kiran having phone num [protected] from hyderabad, i was facing a problem with cooling of my symphony touch 35 model which was bought 1 month ago i raised a complaint with Service request no:HY-SR-9E17023 i was 2 days i did not get even a proper responce from the service provider

              Hello symphony,

              We purchased your product diet 50i yesterday from the showroom bajaj electronics, dilshuknagar branch hyderabad, after we took the product home and we turned on the device. Only fan is working. Cooling is not working at all. When we called the showroom. They said they will not replace the product and send a technician to repair it and make it as a second hand. I paid the full amount of money and took the product. When the product is defect. Why you are not replacing the product and repairing it. How its against company policy. You sell defect products with out quality control and later make it second hand take the full amount of money. I want the product to replace. I know once it repaired it will keep on getting on repairs after 1 year. Then you try to pull out the money in the name of service. Either give my money back or replace the prodcut.

                I have bought storm 70i on 21/4/2017, after coming home I found that water pump of cooler is not working I informed the same to shopkeeper he asked to lodge a complain I called customer care and they took complain and a day after a service engineer came and changed a part of pump, but after that the pump has started it is unable to supply adequate water to the pads and as a result it is not throwing cool air, I have lodged another complain on 23/04/2017 but customer care did not took my complain as according to them my previous complan was open and a service engineer will come and look into it after taking follow up of the engineer for nearly 10 days as he didnt came I found number of the service head aurangabad {pande} after contacting him he assured engineer will attend on monday (01/05) but no one came or called and finally When I called and told him of consumer forum he sent a engineer on 04/05/2017 how just came and had a look at cooler and said everything is ok I kept telling him it is not cooling, after showing him another cooler which I have of symphony throwing cool air at the same place he agreed and called pande sir that there is some fault but he is unable to find it .Pande sir called me and informed that he will look into it and today I tried calling him several times he is not picking up me call. I have got annoyed by running after them please help me get back my money.

                    I have brought one cooler with model name : Silveri and serial no:[protected] on 14 April 2017.
                    As soon as i started the cooler water started to drip out from the cooler. So I approached the shop from where we had brought it, he says that we cannot do anything in it we are here only to sell and to take care of service call. Contact service center for this.
                    then I contacted the customer support and lodge a complaint about our problem in it after two days a technician came to your house and cut some plastic parts from it and left the house saying I have completed my job what was suggested to me by my company.
                    After we started the cooler water started again to drip out of the cooler within few hours of working so I again contacted the customer care and registered a new complain and today on (3 May 2017) after 4 days of complain he came to our house just removed the water sponge and went saying that the water out because of the pressure it is falling from the top. Again the water is dripping from the cooler if you are not able to send a good technician please get me know.
                    I have brought this cooler for my family to get relaxed in this summer but it is not working and the technician you are sending is not doing anything he comes and leaves the house giving silly excuse I am really frustrated with the answer he provided this is how a technician should do to repair a cooler.
                    You are providing a code that must be shared once a customer is satisfied but I have never shared the code then also my first request got closed how is that possible could you please explain me this.
                    This is the last time I am lodging complain if my problem is not solved this time I will approach to consumer court on this regards.

                        Hi, this is aditya tatiya from thane. I had purchased your cooler about an year ago.

                        Cooler details -
                        Symphony hicool i 31liters.

                        Dealer: ezone, viviana mall, thane west.
                        Customer id number: [protected]

                        Shipping address: b/506, jagruti apartment, kalwa naka, thane west, 400605.

                        Last night, my mother was sleeping in her room and at around 1:30am the cooler caught fire. She woke up a while later when the cooler was already in flames and there was smoke all over the room. She panicked and was immediately taken to the doctors due to the suffocation caused by the smoke. Meanwhile, the cooler, despite the flames, was still running, so i plugged it out and somehow managed to stop the flames. Also, things around the cooler are seriously damaged due to the flames caused by the cooler.
                        This morning i called an electrician to check the main wirings of the house and he concluded that there was no fault of the wiring system, and it's the cooler that is faulty.

                        I would like you to take necessary actions for the trauma caused. Kindly do the needful. Thank you.

                          I have purchased symphony winter cooler last year. Since i purchased there was n number of technical snags came into. E. G
                          Spark from inside the cooler, current from outside of the cooler.
                          The same issue has been resolved by service agent of symphony however till date i did not receive any permanent solution. From last few days again issue of sparking and firing from inside the cooler starting. I did not use this cooler last year and this year also i am not hoping i will able to even start this cooler.

                          Ravish bhutani, I've experienced the same issue, my symphony hicool i 31 liters model caught fire last night in my room and led to serious damages and my mom got suffocated due to the flames and smoke

                            I bought symphony diet cooler on 3-4-2017 from national trading centre GMD road Moradabad. This cooler is not working from[protected] before this it got repaired on 8-4-2017 but now service centre is not providing the services. I want to change my cooler. I am not satisfied with symphony services. Symphony call centres are not responding well to us.

                              I have ordered for water pump and got it fixed on 6th March. Its not working from a week and I called the service person and he asked me not raise the request and he'll come and change it. Later in the night he again called and asked me for service charge. I already paid Rs. 800/- for pump and Rs 400/- as a service charge and he is asking it again. I don't see any place on the symphony website to raise the request. I have the receipt and he also said on that day if I face any issues then call him. Now he is behaving like this. His mobile number is [protected](Aleem)

                              I feel like this is not the right way of dealing with customers. If they do like this soon people start loosing trust on them.

                                Hi booked complain for service of cooler with ref no HY-KU-11D17007 on 11th april 2017. one service engineer S.KUMARAVEL, Mobile No: [protected] was assigned to me, but he never turned up. and worst part he was not reachable on number shared with me. i filed another complain with ref no HY-AK-22D17015 on 22-apr-2017, he came on 23 after repeated request. but the worst part is even i explained the all issue on phone, he did not brought the spare part alone with it. he diagnosed the issue and charge us 400 rs. i told to fix the issue by replacing the item, and he repliyed he has no spare parts and he will come next day for it. and it will change another 400 rs for next day he comes.

                                So why this worst service provided by you. please look into it and take necessary action so consumer are not make scrape goat for your worst service.

                                  I buy touch 80 cooler on 1 april from kota. And it's air is only like a fan not having any cooling.. Fan is more better than this cooler. I complain it mechanic came check pad and said that after some day it will give cool air but still this cooler giving only dry air. Not have a single bit of moisture in air.. This cooler is simply equivalent to a table fan than why symphony charged 13500 for this.in this range we can buy best cooling air.. Is thia my mistake that i believe in brand value of symphony.. I think symphony should give answer about this and should change this product.

                                  I bought a Symphony touch 80 cooler on 3June 2018 from Arora electricals Fatehnagar Delhi in Rs 13700. This is not a good product, no cooling effect at all. The manufacturer and dealer must think about their brand value and reputation. I feel cheated in the name of a reputed brand name symphony. The company must take it back
                                  Poor or no cooling from symphony touch 80 now what should I do ...symphony brand should replace this cooler directly from every costumer ...plz money is very valuable think of[censored]r trusted customers

                                    Service request no : gh-aq-20d1701.

                                    I requested service of winter cooler as a preventive measure although it had no problem.

                                    I was told the charges are 400 for which i agreed.
                                    Next day i got a call from symphony i also want to change the pads. I said, if necessary you can change the same as well.

                                    After 2 days symphony mechanic came and changed the pad asked me to pay 800 rupees. I asked him what about service of cooler. He refused to do anything else. He even didn't plugged the cooler to power outlet.

                                    He explained 400 rupees for visiting me and 400 for pads.

                                    I had not requested a visit but the service.

                                    I don't find any logic in 400 rupees visit charges as i had not requested a repair but a plain service just before start of summers.

                                    I don't think anybody in this earth can justify charges of 800 rs for installing pads in cooler.

                                      Hello I have purchase symphony air cooler from u r showroom that is Shivam Road Hyderabad branch

                                      I asked requested for the air cooler which gives cooling air as per my request they suggested that symphony air cooler gives very much cooling air
                                      Where as its not even providing cooling air as also completed regarding the same to showroom manager reading the product to no response

                                      As Reliance digital a brand I entered the showroom for the purchasing but where f the employees or company is not giving the required services and miss guiding the customer that it gives the cool air very bad

                                      I request for change of product or else I shall go for higher authority for Miss guiding the customers
