I buy touch 80 cooler on 1 april from kota. And it's air is only like a fan not having any cooling.. Fan is more better than this cooler. I complain it mechanic came check pad and said that after some day it will give cool air but still this cooler giving only dry air. Not have a single bit of moisture in air.. This cooler is simply equivalent to a table fan than why symphony charged 13500 for this.in this range we can buy best cooling air.....

He Changed the pump motor of the cooler saying it is not functioning and charged me 1250 for it (850 for pump motor + 400 Visiting charges).
