I bought a Symphony Air cooler model name winter on 26-5-15 from above mentioned dealer. On 28-5-15 the pump stopped working, I called up the dealer to lodge a complaint and next day when nothing happened i raised a complaint myself on 29 may-15 on symphonylimited.com website. The complaint id was JP-AD-30E15003 it wasn't resolved till 1 June 2015 and i got the piece changed from the dealer after heated discussion...

I ordered a Symphony Diet 35i Coller on 11/5/2015 on shopcles.com they have delivered me the product on 27/5/2015. There was poor cooling and water was dripping out.
