Dear Sir, I have registered complain regarding my cooler's Pump on 18/07/2015 on customer care no [protected].The customer complain No Given to me was GH-SB-18G15003. But the service from them is still awaited. No one has visited to even check my Cooler(Model No Window 70XL). One a call was received by me regarding customer satisfaction so I told that person that No one has visited me so i am not satisfied. But I have not received any response since then. When I called them on 11/08/2015 they told me that My call is Closed & after argument they issued me new complain no GH-SB-11H15002 WITH COMMITMENT THAT MY PROBLEM( Cooler is not Working) will be resolved in 24 Hrs.I have received Call fron person having No [protected] on 12/08/2015 that my problem will be resolved with 24 Hrs. But till Now No one has visited me. I Have received a call on 15 Aug 2015 that person(Contact No [protected]) wants to visit your site now & I informed that person that today is national holiday so I am not as my House so He Informed me that he will Visit Next Day but no one has visited me till Now.     I purchased symphony hi cool cooler March 2015 from Bhiwadi. Its motor fan is not working since July 14. I have complained in symphony customer service three times but no action has been taken there end till now. Also complaint closed without any solution or contacted us.       Had purchaged a water cooler of company symphony model winter i but sorry to say that after repeated complained to custermer care no no one take care for the same on complaint made on 15th july no fa - sa - 16g15002 some eng mr dilip anand came and when we show him the cooler he said wire is not under warrwnty u have to purchged it fm market and i[censored] want to replace the same fm me i will charge for the same and he only made cleaning of water pump and when we asked him to do proper cleaning of tank he refused for the same and told we were not paid for this i[censored] want to clean the same u have to pay my rs 200 service charges also they had given us secret code for the same and there eng dont even bother to take it from us.

      Even after this we had made futher complaints 2 - 3 times on customer care but no response.

        Dear Team, I hace purchase a Storm70 Symphony coller, after 2 months it's motor is burned after that his engineers came at my home & changed the same again a pump burned & with this body of coller is giving current . As my side i said to both dealer & Symphony mr. Ashish tyagi ( Area Manager of Ghaziabaf ) for change the same because due to this if current or fire related issue in the body of coller then who will be responsible.           I registered on 30th May 2015 for a faulty motor in my Symphony Storm 70i. I was told that it will be attended within 24-48 hours. I got a call on the next day from local technical center that technician will come in the evening. we waited, no one came. I called on 1st June, and I was told that technician will come immediately. Again no one came. Next day on 2nd I called customer care and I was told that technician will come definitely before 7 pm. Again no one came. On night of 3rd June at Mid-night I received an message that "Dear customer We have closed your complaint. To get it repaired please re-register". i have logged 6 complaints till now. This is absurd. No one came to my house to see the problem. it has been a month. They are harassing me mentally. I want to replace my product. Vibhu Prakash [protected] [protected]

          I have reported to Khursheed Ahmad and Tejash Gandhi concerned official/ employees of symphony several times about said problems having its complaint Nos.GH-WA-9F15041, GH-RK-19F15022, GH-RK13F15031, and GH-WA-3F15025.but despite all efforts of mine, no further action has been taken in this regard which is indeed regrettable and highly negligible.

            I had purchased Symphony Air cooler online through Homeshop 18 and the same was delivered on 11/06/2015. When compained to Homeshop 18 they gave me customer care no of Symphony Air cooler.I lodged complaint thrice and they are closing my complaint without resolution. My complaint No are as below 1. MZ-TI-13F15002 dt 13.06.2015 2 MZ-TI-20F15009 dt 22.06.2015 3. MZ-TI-28F15001 But they are simply closing our complaint without resloution. I request you to kindly help me.

              I bought a Symphony Air cooler model name winter on 26-5-15 from above mentioned dealer. On 28-5-15 the pump stopped working, I called up the dealer to lodge a complaint and next day when nothing happened i raised a complaint myself on 29 may-15 on symphonylimited.com website. The complaint id was JP-AD-30E15003 it wasn't resolved till 1 June 2015 and i got the piece changed from the dealer after heated discussion with service guy and dealer. The new piece didn't worked at all on the very first day itself, the pump had issues. The service guy finally turned up on 2nd June and fixed the pump. But as soon we started the cooler the fan blades had issues, they went into and upward direction towards cieling, i logged a complaint that moment itself with a complaint no JP-KD-2F-15010 which they closed on 4th June stating the part is not available. The pump of the cooler again stopped working and was corrected in due course but the fan blades issue still remain unresolved. A new complaint was logged on 4th June no JP-KD-4F-15016 which they closed on 11th June. I talked with KD infotechs Mr Pradeep several times, then to Mr Arjun Lal Service head Rajasthan and then on Monday 15th June and Today 18th June I spoke to Mr Vora Zonal Service head but to no avail.

                I ordered a Symphony Diet 35i Coller on 11/5/2015 on shopcles.com they have delivered me the product on 27/5/2015. There was poor cooling and water was dripping out. I have lodged a complain on 28/5/2015 to Symphony care (Complaint NO AS-RE-28E15005) but till yesterday they have not solved my issue though their service engineer came to me on 29/5/2015 and 30/5/2015 but not able to solve my problem. I called several time to Durgapur Office ([protected]), but they are asking me to wait and telling they will solve the issue. Yesterday they told me that their service engineer will visit but no so visit no solution. The most poor thing is that they have send me a message 13/6/2015 that they are unable to reach to me so they are closing the complaint. I am attaching the snap shot

                                I have purchased sympony tower diet 35i air cooler in march 26th 2016. It's serial number[protected]. Dura pump is not working since 6 days. I have complined and complaint number is HL-LP-29D-16009. I got technician contact number. I tried that number no response.No technician contacted or visited. Please take action on this.                                 Very shocking. Why such poor service by 'Symphony'. Does this company only know how to earn money more and more.???? Very disgusting.
                                very poor product by symphony specially symphony diet 50i and its diet product. Its pump is as just fan 0 %cooling. I regret to purchast this product from symphony and wastage of money. Its better to purchase a fan of just 1000 rupees only. No difference between these ptoduct . I warn other buyers do not waste your money . you will regret and remember this review if you will commit this mistake.

                                  My complaint closed without any technician visiting to my place in my presence. Compliant no.GH-CE-2E15035. - Within Warranty. My humble request to all please don't commit the crime of buying the Symphony cooler it just not waste of your money but also you are buying shani dasha for your self. I have been calling up the complaint number since 20th April, every time the complaint no. is getting registered as "0" number. Finally on 2nd May my complaint got registered with some so called valid number mentioned herein above. On 4th May received the sms with some secret code. By evening 8 pm got a call from ([protected]) some person about the complaint, requested to send the person by evening 7:00 pm on 6th May as both o[censored]s are working. On 6th May by 12:30 got call from another person ([protected]) about sending the technician and confirming that the technician will call before reaching my home. But the technician reached at 3:00 pm directly to my residence and called me. As it was highly impossible for me to come reach home requested to come by 7:00 pm. The technician shown inability to come after 5:30. I again called the [protected] and requested the same he also shown inability. On Thursday 7th May tried the [protected] and tried to explain my problem to the customer care executive, another surprise this person also shown inability as server is not working and requested to call back after some time. Then I called up same number on Friday 8th May got same answer server is down.. this time the customer care executive noted my number and assured me that he will call back once the server is up and will share the service office number of my locality. Then I called up [protected] from where I had received first call on 4th May, they told please give us call we will try to send the technician on Sunday (confirmed by a lady), surprisingly the gentleman on 4th May had told me that they don't work on Sunday. I tried calling on Saturday but there was no response. I tried registering another complaint with paid service but again the great system of symphony my two complaints got registered with "0" number. Then I sent sms on complaint registration [protected] on Sunday (10th May), to which received a reply "please be patience your old complaint is still under process... And on Monday (11th May) I received another sms stating that product repair estimate not approved by you and we have closed the complaint... A big surprise for me as no one have given any estimate... I called up the customer care from landline on [protected] to understand how come my complaint got closed here I received another shock the system was showing that my complaint got registered on 6th May, then I asked the customer care executive if my complaint is registered on 6th May then how did I received the secret code on 4th May from Symphony to which there was no answer... Story doesn't end here I called up [protected] and asked for help the lady transferred my line to one gentleman who gave me another mobile number of Mr. Vijay who is in-charge of service [protected], who was in Noida market. After 4 unsuccessful calls Mr. Vijay answered my call and told please provide my contact details to another person, who will take care of the complaint and passed the mobile to another gentleman. The person noted my mobile number, address and assured by evening the complaint will be resolved. As expected there was no technician called or visited to my residence on Monday (11th May).. On 12th May I tried to call up Mr. Vijay who didn't took my calls through out the day finally around 6 pm Mr. Vijay answered my call and again noted my complaint number, my address and told me that the technician is your area only will get the complaint resolved... Since 7:00 pm (12th May) Mr. Vijay again stopped responding the calls and my complaint is still unattended for 10 days after a valid complaint registration.. Again I am appealing to all the people who are falling for buying Symphony please please please don't buy symphony...

                                    I purchased Strom 70i cooler on 24th April 2015. After few hours running, blower was stopped to work. I purchased this product from sargam electronics indirapuram Ghaziabad. Sargam replaced this product with new one. But yesterday (11th May 2015) I found major issue in this product. Water pump stopped working along with front button console for swing and pump buttons. I am very unhappy with this product. I spent 16k to buy this product to rescue summers after spending this much of amount product is not worthy for me. I wish to replace this product. I don’t want to continue with this product. Kindly rectify my query. From my side, this is the worst product I even seen from symphony.                                       I ordered for a symphony air cooler through shopcj on 27 and got the product in 28 April. however within 1 day the product stopped working. I filed complaint with symphony they gave me a complaint nbr :MU-SD-29D15004 I was told that within 48 hrs a technician will come to repair the product. Since then no one has called me or no one has bothered to come to chk the product. I feel cheated for 5750 rs . no one is taking responsibility for repairing the product. The symphony call centre people gave me Nbr for vinay [protected] and narendra [protected] and both of them not answering my call. I just want to say it is the responsibility of symphony to inform the technician to come and repair the product. I want the refund of the amount or wnt them to repair it asap.

                                        I buy symphony cooler its model no. Is diet 22I After a week I purchased tha its pump is not working. I call company regularly but they are not taking proper response. I booked complain now its more than 3 day and no servise boy has come every time I call them they make excuse. M really fed up now.
