My complaint closed without any technician visiting to my place in my presence. Compliant no.GH-CE-2E15035. - Within Warranty.
My humble request to all please don't commit the crime of buying the Symphony cooler it just not waste of your money but also you are buying shani dasha for your self.
I have been calling up the complaint number since 20th April, every time the complaint no. is getting registered as "0" number. Finally on 2nd May my complaint got registered with some so called valid number mentioned herein above. On 4th May received the sms with some secret code. By evening 8 pm got a call from ([protected]) some person about the complaint, requested to send the person by evening 7:00 pm on 6th May as both o[censored]s are working.
On 6th May by 12:30 got call from another person ([protected]) about sending the technician and confirming that the technician will call before reaching my home. But the technician reached at 3:00 pm directly to my residence and called me. As it was highly impossible for me to come reach home requested to come by 7:00 pm. The technician shown inability to come after 5:30. I again called the [protected] and requested the same he also shown inability.
On Thursday 7th May tried the [protected] and tried to explain my problem to the customer care executive, another surprise this person also shown inability as server is not working and requested to call back after some time. Then I called up same number on Friday 8th May got same answer server is down.. this time the customer care executive noted my number and assured me that he will call back once the server is up and will share the service office number of my locality.
Then I called up [protected] from where I had received first call on 4th May, they told please give us call we will try to send the technician on Sunday (confirmed by a lady), surprisingly the gentleman on 4th May had told me that they don't work on Sunday.
I tried calling on Saturday but there was no response. I tried registering another complaint with paid service but again the great system of symphony my two complaints got registered with "0" number. Then I sent sms on complaint registration [protected] on Sunday (10th May), to which received a reply "please be patience your old complaint is still under process...
And on Monday (11th May) I received another sms stating that product repair estimate not approved by you and we have closed the complaint... A big surprise for me as no one have given any estimate...
I called up the customer care from landline on [protected] to understand how come my complaint got closed here I received another shock the system was showing that my complaint got registered on 6th May, then I asked the customer care executive if my complaint is registered on 6th May then how did I received the secret code on 4th May from Symphony to which there was no answer...
Story doesn't end here I called up [protected] and asked for help the lady transferred my line to one gentleman who gave me another mobile number of Mr. Vijay who is in-charge of service [protected], who was in Noida market. After 4 unsuccessful calls Mr. Vijay answered my call and told please provide my contact details to another person, who will take care of the complaint and passed the mobile to another gentleman. The person noted my mobile number, address and assured by evening the complaint will be resolved. As expected there was no technician called or visited to my residence on Monday (11th May)..
On 12th May I tried to call up Mr. Vijay who didn't took my calls through out the day finally around 6 pm Mr. Vijay answered my call and again noted my complaint number, my address and told me that the technician is your area only will get the complaint resolved...
Since 7:00 pm (12th May) Mr. Vijay again stopped responding the calls and my complaint is still unattended for 10 days after a valid complaint registration..
Again I am appealing to all the people who are falling for buying Symphony please please please don't buy symphony...
