I have purchased the Symphony Storm cooler in May 2012. This is a complaint for the most pathetic after sales customer services provided by the Symphony Team. I Have had registered a complaint with Symphony over the phone on 12th May 2014 - Service Request No. SVM12E12017 and was informed of a revert within 24 hrs from the service executive. a Till date after completing almost 2 months of registering my complaint I havent seen any...
