I bought a symphony cooler model 50i not more than 2 months ago. The cooler has a design issue. The wheels come off every time it is moved once it is filled with water. I filed a complaint( #KA-DE-20F14002) on 20/06/2014 and a few days later the service engineer who came to assist at my house agreed that this is a design issue but also stated that the company would not change the model. He put small pieces of cloth where the wheels go in and said that the wheels would not come off. I indicated to him that the tank was damaged on the left due to the wheels coming off every now and then(photo attached) and he said that he will put in a request for a new tank and it will be replaced in a week. I also showed him that more than a few lights/indicators on the top of the cooler were not working and he said he would change the whole thing in 3 days. Both the tank and the faulty indicators have not been changed. Also the wheels still come off when the cooler is moved after filling the water. After that I got hold of someone in Kanpur, UP who oversees this area, Shashank Pandey([protected]) and he said that he will take care of the issue. But the next day onwards he stopped taking my calls. I need this issue resolved ASAP. I need a full refund for the cooler or an exchange for a different model which does not have the same problem. Kindly help.

    My Symphony cooler Diet 50 swing isn't working. I logged a complaint and received a complaint number: BL-VK-30F14009 on Jun 30th, 2014. It is 8th July 2014 and till date no one have called or emailed my regarding the status of this request. I tried calling to the service number provided but I there is no person to take calls. Calling the service number leads to an automated voice response system which informs that my service request is under resolution. After some search I found that this is one of those companies which does not have any service model established whatsoever. Thus people who have bought the product either should take care of the repairing on their own or just throw the product out of the window. My humble request to all, please do not buy products from this phoney company.

      I purchased Symphony Geazers on 4th November 2013 from Albino Electricals, Faridabad (Tel. +[protected] and observed following problems:-

      After one month of purchase, its heater stopped working and it was replaced after one month of complaint

      For last 2 months, there is water leakage and no one has turned up inspite of various complaints.

        Sir, I'm Navneet Singh phone no.:- [protected], I register a complaint online through there website regarding pump not working in my cooler symphony diet 50i which I purchased in April, 14 and my complaint no. is IN-NA-1G14014 and after waiting for few days I again call local service center in Indore M.P number is [protected] and they gave me another complaint number that is NAC2G14005 but they never show up and I am really in trouble because I can't show my cooler to local electrician because by doing this my warranty ended. Please help

          I purchased a Symphony winter cooler in 2011. The cooler comes with a very cheap quality plastic body that sometimes gives electric shock on touching the body, which is quite risky for human life. Within a short period of one & a half year the fan, the pump and the switch were broken.This is being repeated every single year till now in 2014.Everytime they charge Rs. 1450/- towards the charges of blade(fan) and levy a service charge of Rs. 200/-. This is proving to be a pathetic and heavy on my pocket.Production of such types of cheap quality coolers being sold in the market at a price between Rs.[protected]/- should not be allowed to continue. May I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and replace this defective (SYMPHONY WINTER COOLER).             Hi All, I had bought cooler from snapdeal on date : 19- April -2014 (Invoice Number :3BE3AF/14-15/101). After few days only cooler motor stopped working even remote control is not working. i have made complain on 1- june 2014. after registering complain they provided complain number BL-DS-1F14004 and message service exectuve number MURALIKRISHNAN(mob number :[protected]). But till now i never got any call from symphony nor they are picking the call. Till today i have tried more than 60-70 times but i have never got any response from any one. This is so frustrating and irresponsible behavior from symphony service care. I want to return the cooler and get my money back. Please help me on the same. Thanks Kamal

              I have purchased the Symphony Storm cooler in May 2012. This is a complaint for the most pathetic after sales customer services provided by the Symphony Team. I Have had registered a complaint with Symphony over the phone on 12th May 2014 - Service Request No. SVM12E12017 and was informed of a revert within 24 hrs from the service executive. a Till date after completing almost 2 months of registering my complaint I havent seen any service executive to help service the cooler. However I have received five to six calls of false promises that they will come one fine day. The sad part is that they still are unapologetic at all. To add to this they boast fully share their Area Heads number - Snehal who is the Ahmedabad area head and ask to complaint about them or do whatever for they know it is going to come back to them and no one in symphony is interested in helping the customers. But I will make sure to never recommend Symphony to anyone on this earth for sure. It is better to buy an unbranded assembled cooler from a roadside shop and not expect any warranty, service or help then to buy if from Symphony and expect anything. I am not expecting any kind of response on this complaint from Symphony after knowing the kind of customer service and team they have held. Regards, Vishal Ahmedabad.

              Dear Symphony CC,

              Post this complaint here, i have again received 4-5 calls that they are going to come within a day or two but I havent yet seen them near my house. Moreover the summer season has also ended, so thank you so much for providing such a wonderful experience and making me realise that it was the biggest mistake in the world to go for symphony coolers a company not worth relying on atleast with the customer services.

              I once again request all the buyers to never go for any symphony product.

              I have made several complaints last year also and this year too. There is no reply back from Symfony. I purchased this cooler last year and its not working properly.

                    I have purchased a Symphony cooler in May 2014. After 1 month its stopped working. I have raised a complain on 2nd June regarding the same. Till now no one from Symphony has called or attend the service request. There is no call center in symphony where i cal follow up. Its only a IVR where i am unable to register another request as my earlier request is still pending. Now on 18th June i have got a SMS that the service request is closed.                       Hi Team, I bought Hi Cool i symphony air cooler on 13th May and very first day the LED indicator for cooling was not working and after 3-4 days the remote stopped working. I called your team and they came and changed the LED and told me that they don't have remote in their inventory and will provide us next day. Till date i didn't get the remote. I called them even last week but still no one came at my home yet. This is total unprofessional and unethical of doing business. Also i was not expecting these problems within 30 days of purchase.                         I have purchased a Hi-Cool Smart i (Residential Cooler) on 5th April 2014. My first complain logged on 7th April with Complain no. ND-FM-6D14001 for the issue water pump was not working. Within 1 month the same problem again found for water pump motor and PCB is not working. So, I again logged a complaint (ND-AQ-27E14005/ND-KS-23E14008/ND-AQ25E14012) and also mailed to Mr. Sanju Srivastava having M.No- [protected] and Email id [protected]@gmail.com, and regularly called him to share the status but no any prompt support found. I never expect service like this form symphony. I logged a complain on 23rd may 2014 and my complain no. is ND-AQ-27E14005/ND-KS-23E14008/ND-AQ25E14012 for the issue high noise in pump motor & one switch of PCB is not working. Your service engineer visit on 27th may 2014 and try to convene me that this noise will defiantly came and when you run the fan this noise will not came or disappear after more discussion with your engineer and Mrs. Rinki (M.No-[protected]) he changed a pump motor that is Duplicate can be seen in below snap shot. My PCB is not changed yet as suggested by your engineer and I am still waiting prompt response/Support from your side. As discussed with you I am sending you existing and current water pump snap shot that will help you better. By doing this type of things organization will lost a customer relationship and trust. Please do the needful on priority basis such that we feel more trust for a long time.                         PCB still not changed.

                        I observe this is very bad service from your side from last 2 month and need to refund my amount.

                        I never want to face this type of issue in future.

                            Hi Team,

                            This is the email from a frustrated customer for worst service from Symphony guys. I have raised couple of requested for servicing of my Cooler.
                            Complaint num: H-CE-8F14001.
                            This was raised on 8th June 2014 and today its 16th June. Its been 8 days and no one visited. I got message on my mobile that this was assigned to Anil Dhamsana: [protected]. I called him on 10th and he said sorry for delay and he will fix it on 11th morning. From 11th i called him almost 15 times till date he never picked up. Today i called from diffrent number and now he was saying we havent closed the ticket, but i got message that ticket was closed. And more over i asked for his supervisor number and he said iam the supervisor and iam the head. U cannot complaint any one, Do what ever u can he said. This is the way one will handle the customer? I need immediate attention and the action to be taken on Anil. Else i will be submitting the call recording to higher officials to take action on this.

                            I have purchased a Hi-Cool Smart i (Residential Cooler) on 5th April 2014. My first complain logged on 7th April with Complain no. ND-FM-6D14001 for the issue water pump was not working.

                            Within 1 month the same problem again found for water pump motor and PCB is not working. So, I again logged a complaint (ND-AQ-27E14005/ND-KS-23E14008/ND-AQ25E14012) and also mailed to Mr. Sanju Srivastava having M.No- [protected] and Email id [protected]@gmail.com, and regularly called him to share the status but no any prompt support found.

                            I never expect service like this form symphony.

                            I logged a complain on 23rd may 2014 and my complain no. is ND-AQ-27E14005/ND-KS-23E14008/ND-AQ25E14012 for the issue high noise in pump motor & one switch of PCB is not working.

                            Your service engineer visit on 27th may 2014 and try to convene me that this noise will defiantly came and when you run the fan this noise will not came or disappear after more discussion with your engineer and Mrs. Rinki (M.No-[protected]) he changed a pump motor that is Duplicate can be seen in below snap shot.

                            My PCB is not changed yet as suggested by your engineer and I am still waiting prompt response/Support from your side.

                            As discussed with you I am sending you existing and current water pump snap shot that will help you better.

                            By doing this type of things organization will lost a customer relationship and trust.

                            Please do the needful on priority basis such that we feel more trust for a long time.

                              Dear Symphony Limited, Its 40 degree climate in Chandigarh, I bought your cooler Sumo Jr at 30th June, it was working very well after 10 days i found when i put the water it smells like some wire burning inside, after 2-3 days i found spark noice inside. I register a complaint and your person came he said motor is burned.. need to change.. (after 15 days o[censored]se your motor burned). he said this will be solved by monday. i adjusted 2 days without cooler on top floor at 40 degree temprature. now he is saying it will take 4-5 days more.. Please give my money back or give me another cooler before I die from Heat. my complaint number is CH-AS-14F14004 Thank you, Ram

                              why should i face the problem if i have paid you money. your service engineer says he has to order its part from Gujrat and it will take 4-5 days. already 3 days i am living in 40 degree heat. you must arrange replacement.

                              I am really frustrated with your service now, you took 7 days to order motor from Gujarat and your service person came back with motor, now he checked and said problem is in capacitor not motor, Its wire was burned, he just changed in 2 mins and cooler works well.
                              Now i am planning to file a complaint against you in Court. I faced problem because only your engineer did not checked the problem and he said directly, problem is in motor.

                              I am looking better reply on this from your company.

                                I bought a cooler from a well known showroom of aligarh n for a comfort I opted d best company in d market that is symphony.but the shopkeeper delivered a cracked peice at my home. Now when I complained he dont answers my call.n not even the customer care helped me to get me a fresh piece. Plz help me [protected]

                                  Bought one Symphony Winter cooler on 31st May, 2014 but after two days of buying product from them cooler's Water pump stopped working. It is so pathetic if product stops working after only two days of the purchase. So what's next i filed a complaint and now on 2nd June, 2014 but still i did'nt got a single call from them for resolution. I want a very strict action against them,

                                      I Purchased Symphony 22 ltr Diet Air Cooler, it is working fine, after 15days fan is not working, i called to customer care number, they given complaint number and service man name (complaint no: HY-DG-20E14016 and service man name: MD Azeem), they given this message May 20th 2014, but still he did not come and contact me also. Summer also completed. Please help me

                                        Hi, I am very frustrated with the after sales service of Symphony. Its just a month back i bought Symphony diet 22 i water cooler and the pump stopped working. I had raised a complaint around a week back ( complain no. BL-DS-23E14001, on 23rd of may). Till date no one from the service centre has reverted. And moreover, they just have automated system to takes down the service request. Have called some 20 times. This is the response i have been getting right from the beginning: "Dear customer, Your complaint No BL-DS-23E14001 has already been forwarded to symphony authorised service center & under resolution. We appreciate your patience & cooperation. " What do they expect when they say they appreciate our patience. Either refund back my money and take your pathetic product back or provide the service asap. Hope posting here makes some difference to them. Regards, Vinay

                                        Warranty period service is worst

                                        I bought one Symphony air cooler diet 22i on 6th april 2014 and found one problem when start in cooling mode. I raised complaint twice (7th April 2014 and 10th April 2014) but no one respond to this.
