I have bought symphony storm 70 i cooler on[protected]. After two-three days the fan of the cooler started creating problem. But, after regular and timely registering complaints to the authentic phone no. Of the customer care center (May be situated at mumbai), there was no any proper solution provided. Now, they are asking for money as they are saying that your warranty time has been lapsed.

    I had complained a month ago, after that much time no one from the company called me... I called customer care many time but they hav't provide me any solution... My cooler is in warenty period and its not working...

      I had purchased two air coolers symphony, winter model on[protected] at a cost of rs 26000/- from swarm electronics r. S. Pura, jammu, j&k, india. After few days, i approached the seller to change the model as the said model did not fulfill our requirement, however, the seller refused to do the same inspite of the fact that one cooler was even packed as it is. So it is requested that i want to return my product and change the same. Kindly do me favour and oblige. Otherwise, i am left with no option other than approaching the doors of consumer court.

        Cooler returned to dealer for replacement but dealer did not had replaced it with fresh set. Today complaint to company wide no. Bt-da-11g16001. They refuse to respond.

          I Purchased a Cooler of symphony Model Siesta Serial Number is[protected] about 2 months ago, i got noising problem after 20 days of purchasing date and complaint to service center about the problem after that their service boy came but didn't resolved the problem and said to me that the fan blade is cracked and now it is now available in our outlet i'll provide it as soon as possible, but today is 15th day from that that still i didn't get any solution and the service boy also not answering me properly.so please resolve it as soon as possible .my contact number is [protected].

              • i have purchase a symphony cooler diet50i of rs.10200/- on 16th june 2016 bill no. Skws1149 at 7 pm from m/s shri krishna weighing system - waidhan distt.-singrauli (M. P) 486836 for my children’s study room approx 1400 cubic ft as per suggestion of dealer & company given catalogue advice but it can not cool the room i complain next morning of purchase 17th june 2016 both shop owner & company service center. The company service engineer & its head mr. Ansari said that it is a facing cooler not for the room you talk to dealer i have not sold to you & dealer said that i have not make the cooler in home you contact the company. My children & family feeling mentally hrashed.
              I go to dealing with renowned company for the product but the dealing of symphony limited dealer & company person i was very shock for this misbehave & unsatisfactory service. Please look in to the matter do need ful action as earliest possible. I am waiting for your valuable response.

              Company not pay any intrest to solve my problem he says you contact to shop owner. Shop owner demand me approx Rs.1400/- as vat tax then he provide me another cooler not my choice he provide me only those cooler he had in stock available. Why I should pay VAT Amount, what my fault.But till date not any company person or shop owner not contact him self. I made many call to shop owner but the company and shop owner rigid on their decision. Please do needful action for help me.

              My problem is as it is. Company person say false that he solved my problem.No ones contact me, either company person or shop owner from the date of complaint on your website.
              Matter not resolved by company or shop owner.
              Company not give any response. Please give me advice " Is the time to consumer Cort Or further any action or step taken to solve my problem by your team.

                Its been 3 Weeks, I bought Jumbo Cooler. Even on the rainy day I couldn't feel coolness, our beds are wet with sweat in the morning. And the bad fishy odour even after changing water cleaning tank, it feels to vomit. I feel bad for choosing JUMBO might not be Symphony. This product is no use for me. I cant go and fight with Shop keeper because he has nothing to do.

                It would be satisfactory even if you take this product back without refunding me, at least I will have free space in my home, and can say that company have taken back.

                  The symphony cooler company i thought would be best in the market, bought the cooler around two years back and after 1st year the water motor stopped working as it could not pump the water to the body, i got it replaced, second year the fan broke, i registered a complaint with company which is in ahmadabad, gujarat. I was told the fan would cost me 1250+350 service charge. I agreed but the service guy came with wrong fan. When i asked why the fan broke, he told me that you did not changed cooler pads from company hence the motor (1 year) malfunctioned and second year fan broke... Is this an answer from a respectable company representative. Is this the quality of products that symphony coolers company makes. Quite disgusting. Some body asked me for what cooler we should buy i simply said better to buy local one rather then branded one.

                    We bought a symphony storm 100i tower cooler on 8/6/15 and its not working from the same day. The cooler is not cooling. Its say that it will cool in the area of 500 sq. Feet and not cooling in the area of 300 sq. Feet. We complained about it in the company but no results. The technician come but did nothing. The pump inside the cooler is not working properly.

                      But your Technician didn't receive my call since 15 days
                      Area compland manager
                      Mr Khurshid ahmed mob.no [protected] also didn't respond on my complaint

                      But nobody visited to see the problem after many follow-ups until 6june
                      I purchased symphany trusting it's brand name but of no value..

                        I brought a cooler and 3 days after raised a complain on 30th march, the same was attend to after 2 months. Service engineer checked and confirmed the below reason of issue closure. "this product design is faulty and we cannot fix this issue as this product is sold asis"

                        Contacted the customer care regarding this and they mentioned that some one would contact me before end of the day. On three occasions with same status.

                        Requested for arefund or exchange and reason given "we cannot entertain such request as this is not as per our policy". Since then 15 days have gone by, with no response.

                        Sincere recommendation to any future customers would be to "never never buy any product from symphony - it's a fraud company". With no moral or customer service ethics.

                            I have bought this cooler on 8th of April 2016 and now its not working. so I have asked for exchange the product but they said they will not do it. But my question is that, its under warranty time and just one and half month old.if your product is stop working after 2 months than I have to spend lot of money on its repair and maintenance after warranty time. your product is not able to sustain for 2 months and I believe it shows your product quality. I need exchange of my product.

                              I bought a Symphony diet i50 cooler on 4/4/2015. On 3rd may 2016 around 2:00am IST I woke up choking in a room filled with smoke. The cooler had caught on fire and started circulating fumes into the room. I put out the fire immediately and logged a compliant with the company via sms as their website complaint system was not functioning.

                              After 2 weeks of continuous calls and follow up a technician showed up on 15 may 2016. After the inspection he stated that the whole set ( motor, fan and outer shell ) would have to changed. I told them in advance that I wont be paying for the fault in the machine, for that the technician stated that the problem occurred as it crossed warranty period. So are these products so substandard? after I refused pay the there has been zero response from Symphony limited to rectify the issue. They have stopped replying to my messages. I am seeking redressal for the physical damage and mental and bodily issues that I went through post this incident.

                              Thee complaint number for the incident is BL-SL-3E16002. Recently I got a message from the company after one month that the complaint has been closed. yet I don't have a repaired cooler.

                                Since Last Two Year . Its Regular Complaint Lying Pending No One is initiating.
                                Even on Personally Calling symphony service Engineer . He Committed to attend Complaint but no one attended.The Blower is not working .
                                Its an Harassment to me and I shall Log a Complaint to Consumer Forum Now .Three year back Chip Changed at Sector 47 as it was under Warranty that Time by service Engineer Mr. Dinesh on Dated 23.6.2013. After two days of this service this was get out of Order and till now not working.
                                In my Previous Complaint some one call me from Patiala and told me that he is referring my complaint to mohali.No Action till Now.

                                  I have booked a complaint on the customer care call centre of Symphony but to my utter surprise, they have given the after sale service to any non-sense agencies who do not owe any responsibility. My complaint was booked 4 weeks ago but till date only phone inquiry is being made and i hope after the summers are over the Great Symphony cooler will be repairs.

                                  It is really shocking, if you cannot keep your status.

                                    I am Nitin Sharma a resident of Noida Sector - 120.I have a symphony diet 22i cooler which i am using since last 2 seasons and due to some load fluctuation problem it got dead and not working.So, i thought i should contact customer support and it would be a large customer support due to big name in coolers but when called then found a same lady always picked up the phone who told me that she will send a technician then I regularly followed this lady during this time but finally i shocked to see a message from symphony which stated that "Dear customer we are unable to contact you since last three days so we have closed your complain" and situation become more critical when technician came same day and asked me around Rs.1500 to resolve the issue and after a long discussion i send him by saying no.
                                    So, i completely lost my faith on this product and their service.

                                      We have purchased air coller on 16-april-2016 from hari om electricals shop. On the same day we got to know that water is leaking and we have registered the complaint on same day. Electrician has come and he told us that water pipe is broken and it will be fixed in 15-20days. There is no response from any one from the company.
                                      Now they are telling that company os not responsible for pipe.
                                      We are purchasing the cooler for worth rs 10000. And there is no responsibilty of company for providing us the broken pipe or you can say broken cooler.

                                        I have purchased symphony air cooler on 15.05.16 through zopper online portal. The product is defective. There is no cooling as specified in the details of the product. This costly product gives irritating whistle sound. I feel cheated to have purchased. Neither zopper is taking responsibility of the defective product, now symphony is taking it back.
