Symphony Waste, I have purchased a 3BHK flat years back, the Soorya Homes Soorya Symphony Horamavu Bangalore East builder had promised me several amenities in the agreement and they had failed to fulfill the same. One of the biggest examples is insufficient water and electricity supply. We have made half of payment of 28 lacks to the Soorya Symphony Soorya Homes Bangalore builder and now we want our money back and the builder is refusing to pay me back. No, parking space, Low Quality Windows, No Fire Safety Equipments, no Water Supply, No Lighting in the passage area, No Lift, No Children Garden, all cracks in the wall. No Water Proofing, Low Quality Windows, No Fire Safety Equipments, Dirty Water Storage in the parking area, which might lead to Dengue Disease. Total west of money with Soorya Symphony Soorya Homes Bangalore.

Symphony Limited customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
When, i reported the Electric Shock to Technician. He, said its quite normal, This happens as we do not wear slippers in home and expected to get shock ( Orange light can be seen when verified through Tester ) as it is getting earthing from our body through ground.
I was confused and shocked with this answer by him :)
Looks like he was a Trainee Tech. who just knows to change cooling pads.
Note : one singe cooling pad of size 1feet x 2 feet Honey comb pad of symphony. costed me for Rs 650/- DONT KNOW WHY SYMPHONY PADS ARE THIS MUCH COSTLY.
Then i said that means, every one should wear slippers or put rubber carpets near the cooler after ever new cooler purchase.
I asked, him to check with his senior Tech, then said that main fan motor has lost 1 phase. I still doubt on his diagnosis.
BOTTOM LINE.
I am expecting, a call from symphony, to show correct solution for my issue. or i will approach Face book Media, to tell about Symphony products and support.
