mY SYMPHONY Complaint # HY-SA-22d -15016

2 YEARS AFTER, I MEAN 2 SUMMER SEASONS 3+3 MONTHSMY SYMPHONY DIET 50i, GETTING ELECTRIC SHOCK, IF I TOUCH BACK NET OR UPPER WATER CUP

Please, do not invest for some thing only runs for 2 seasons i mean 6 months.Its plastic quality is very very poor and delicate. if any thing happens to plastic then entire should be thrown out the cooleer

DO NOT BUY SUCH PERISHING PRODUCTS.

In addition to this.

When, i reported the Electric Shock to Technician. He, said its quite normal, This happens as we do not wear slippers in home and expected to get shock ( Orange light can be seen when verified through Tester ) as it is getting earthing from our body through ground.

I was confused and shocked with this answer by him :)

Looks like he was a Trainee Tech. who just knows to change cooling pads.

Note : one singe cooling pad of size 1feet x 2 feet Honey comb pad of symphony. costed me for Rs 650/- DONT KNOW WHY SYMPHONY PADS ARE THIS MUCH COSTLY.

Then i said that means, every one should wear slippers or put rubber carpets near the cooler after ever new cooler purchase.


I asked, him to check with his senior Tech, then said that main fan motor has lost 1 phase. I still doubt on his diagnosis.


BOTTOM LINE.

I am expecting, a call from symphony, to show correct solution for my issue. or i will approach Face book Media, to tell about Symphony products and support.

    I bought Symphony air cooler thro eBay on 23rd March 2015. The cooler was delivered on 27th March thro reseller Vivek Ltd. The Product is extremely noisy, unbearable to use in the room. The cooling effect is very low, it works like a pedestal fan. I lodged the complaints to Symphony ( Claim No. BL SO -19D15003), I also lodged the complaints with reseller Vivek Ltd & with eBay, no one has resolved the problem. All three of them are passing the blame on each other & i as a customer suffering. Lodged the refund claim in eBay portal but they said its is manufacturing defect, you need to contact manufacturer. I want to approach consumer court for grievance redressal if some one guide me.

        I am from Bangalore and I registered complaint on 06-April-2015 for the air cooler issue on symphonylimited.com website. I got an acknowledgement email with complaint number, and the mobile number who would call me. Some other person from a different mobile number called me and I told him to come over in the evening to check and repair. He said ok, but did not turn up. I called him and after repeated tries was finally able to reach him. He finally said that he will come over he next day morning, but again does not turn up. I tried calling him back but he doesnt pick the call despite repeated tries. Nobody turns up despite me following up with all the numbers that are there. I had called the main customer care in Ahmedabad as well. They give me the number +91-[protected] saying he is the service manager who will handle the issue appropriately, but this also is of no use as yet. I have called at least 3-4 mobile numbers that various people have given including the ones I got from website. Nothing is o[censored]se till now.           We purshased symphony aircooler diet50 on 29th march 2017 it has been only 2months, performance is very poor and waterpump is not working and i gave complaint 2 times technician he never come and he never lift the call if i do call .i try to track the complaint it shows problem is solved .Now i want to exchange this cooler with other one due to pathetic performance .please help .service request number 26E17020 & 30E17047
          Very poor customer care service
          I ordered symphony cloud air cooler from their website they were showing videos and I called the symphony customer service to ask how the cooler works. If it’s gonna work same I can order it just to make it sure. The customer service agent said it’s really nice and it will work very good in this hot weather. I trusted him and I ordered online after 2 days I received my order I was happy when the service engineer came for installation of the cooler first of all he said this is not a good cooler. It’s not going to work properly still he showed us all the system. We decided to use it still we were checking if it’s still gonna work the cooler never gave cooling even the fan it was giving hot air really in this hot weather why we need hot air we ordered cooler for cool air not hot you guys are showing something else on videos it’s called scam. It’s fake advertisement and I am really upset with your product. I want to return it back. If it’s possible if not I will case on this scamming thing most people are getting scammed with these false hopes. If somebody wants to buy cooler please don’t buy any product of symphony it’s not worth it.

          I bought a cooler on 28 june aroUnd...And two days its cooling room very well but after two days it is worst than a fan...So i called to customer care logged a complaint that cooler is not cooling room any more. After two days i called customer care no. Again and their customer support is also same as their cooler...
          Their technician come today and said that it will work same he can't do anything. we asked the reason that is their any problem with cooler motor or water...again he said it will work same he can't do anything. You can do what ever you want. i asked again that in your advertisement advertisemt is written that it will cool 142m3...
          this kind of company will be punished
          Friend please suggest what we do next so i can get my refund

          I ordered the symphony Ice cube 27 litre cooler through symphony site on 26 May 2021. I received the order on 31 May 2021 and when I open the product it is damaged and also cooler pump not working at all. It is very worst quality i have received . I want to return such poor quality product as not at all satisfied with your service. I tried reaching service centre they are also not responding . Kindly return my product as soon as possible and help me to get refund.

          No one is responding from customer care and also service centre . Very bad quality and worst service of symphony.

          Please refund my money and return my product soon.

            I had a issue with my Cooler and I had logged a complain No BL-SO-5D15003 on 5th April 2015. I got the confirmation with a contact number :- +91-[protected] of Mr Balaji on 6th April. I Spoke to Balaji on 6th and he informed that one Engineer is assigned and he will be coming to fix my Cooler but the engineer did not turn up till evening and when I called back I was told that he will be coming 7th for sure. Even on 7th the engineer did not turn up then I spoke to the Symphony Service Manager Mr Philip (+91-[protected]) and he gave me a Engineer Contact number of Mr Vasanth ([protected]). When I spoke to Vasanth he was so rude and simply said I will not come today and I can go and complain to symphony. Now its 8th April and my query is still not resolved. I would like to escalate this and would like to know the quality of Customer service Symphony is providing it been 4 days to fix one issue and Customers have to keep calling and and no one turns up. This is not acceptable and I would like to know the action that would be taken against this engineer as he is simply harassing the customers and has no manners at all. Do get back to me on the update or a escalation channel I can escalate further. Else I will be filling FIR against the Service manager, Engineer and fill a case in the consumer court. Symphony says that their Service Differentiator are:- Well trained & experienced Symphony team based in more than 50 location across the country. • Network of 500+ autorised service providers based across 350+ location in India. • Adequate inventories of spare parts, maintained with our authorized service providers. • We protect consumer interests through our one-year product warranty. • We have a robust service network comprising executives, area service supervisors to address consumer calls immediately. • We reinforce service providers with spare parts to address issues in the shortest time. Do they really mean this.

            This is with reference to the poor and partial defective and ineffective service offered against complaint number BN[protected] lodged on 25/03/2019.

            1)On 2/4/19, a technician from Anshu digital services, Bangalore visited my home and declared as repaired.The technician charged 4, 468 rupees from me.The
            same day after couple of hours there was continuous running noise from the cooler. Force of the air was worst .

            2)On 3/4/19, the cooler suddenly stopped. I complained to the technician about this.The technician promised to visit and fix it on 4/4/19.
            On 4/4/19 I called the technician.He promised me to make a visit on 6/4/19, 5/4/19 being his weekly off.

            3)On 3/4/19, I called symphony customer care.Customer care gave me the number of area service manager and asked me to contact him.I contacted the area
            service manager(Mobile no: [protected]), but in vain. He did not respond and ignored

            4)0n 5/4/19, I called symphony customer care once again.Customer care gave me the number stating that he is the super duper superman and he would solve the problem in a day.I contacted the so called head(Mobile no: [protected]) and he assured me to look into the matter.

            Respected gentlemen, please look into the matter as to what is going on in your service centres.Till now my problem is not addressed.

            No organization survives if its after sales service is soo poor as is the present example. This is just one case. I wonder how many people must be suffering in
            the same way as iam being subjected to.

            I request you to please take your own time in repairing my cooler, but as an interim arrangement provide me with a alternative air cooler till the time my
            cooler issue is addressed.

              I registered a complaint for my cooler and one technician came to my house to work on this. He has probably taken my Bike's keys (I'm not sure about it) but when I asked him where did he keep my keys (my wife saw him with keys) he scolded my wife than he said ALL NORTH INDIANS ARE and He Will KILL ME if I'll complain about him to the symphony. I called symphony to complain about it and they gave me the number of regional manager, Mr BASAVAKUMARA but he was just saving him and his company and told me nothing will happen but don't go to the police. He told me that technician never did these kind of things and he was not believing me. I told him that I can believe that you have never got any complaint about him before, but there is always a first time. No criminal is born criminal, but the day he/she commits some crime, He\she becomes the criminal. He said he also has family so he can't do it. Who gets berth without mother everyone has a family, but still people commit crimes, they rape girls, they kill people and he was laughing at it. He was not concerned about my problem.                     Hi, I have done a complaint of my Air Cooler on Telephone IVRS system complaint no is AG-SH-21C15001, I have been given a secret no, and that I have to share with Representative when the complaint is closed, The Guy came at my home and Taken the Air cooler told that i could be repaired only at Service center not at Home, I have dropped myself the cooler to the Service center, the person does not provided me the job slip as my complaint was open and that is only reference to the service, When I have left the Service center my complaint got closed. the reason was "Door Locked." I have called the guy the told me that he does not done anything, Now the estimate which i have got was not expected, I am trying to reach Symphony customer care but When I have called yesterday 24-Mar -2014 at 5.20 PM, it was amazing on call there were three people was talking to each other and all were having complaint but there was not representative, I have recorded that voice. There is no email id and phone no to call in person to anybody of symphony for the issue, I want the rate list, and I know th guy is fraud and he is making me fool. I just want to contact the company Please help me. Thanks

                    Reason is service they have their own service center and very reasonable rate of parts and service is really matters.
                    I have seen the response of this company on this forum and I could say that definitely there will be no solution of my problem
                    as they are copy and paste some already written answers.

                      I have registered as complaint No : AG-SH-21C15001 The Guy visited my Home and taken my Air Cooler for Servicing, I have not given any job card and the Complaint no is closed that Door Locked, I have asked to him that why ticket is closed told that it self company closed it.                         Its regarding my Symphony Cooler motor replacement problem.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Few days back around in the month of July, I have registered the complaint with Symphony service center (out of warranty) to get the motor replace as it is not working. Once of the executive of Symphony changed the motor and charged me 3100rs (with bill of symphony) on 12th July 2014. After 2days it started creating the problem and I called the same guy and he replied once he will get the new motor from Company he will replace it. Then again Called him after a week or so he replied the same. Few days after when I called him he said he is having dispute with the Company once this will be settled then only I will be able to replace the motor. Their service is so much frustrating then I called to their main office in Ahmed bad ([protected]) with Mr. Hatel Vyas and he provided me the no of Mr Vikas Singh who take care of Faridabad region ([protected]). When I spoke to Vikas he took Dilip - ([protected] - same person who replaced the motor) on conference call and ask him to get the motor replace by today i.e. 24thSept 2014. Now when I called both of them they didn't replied to my calls. I request you please help me in filing the complaint against Symphony co and this service center guy. Below are the complaints no. FA-SA-20G14001 FA-SA-30G14003 FA-SA-11G14004 Even I have registered the complaint on their websites and thru Sms and submitted the feedback twice. Your quick response will be highly appreciated.                           I have purchased Symphony Storm 100 i, Summary: Worst Products, not liable to purchase even free. I lost Rs.20, 000/- I faced so many problems. 1. Motor Completely burned with in a year or even 6-8 months. 2. Using Aluminium wiring in motor, instead od copper, which causes motor to burn. 3. Motor can never be repaired, you have to but always new one that is annual or half yearly aditional cost to product. 4. No customer support, Worst customer service i have ever faced 4. Speed is not what was promissed to me. 5. Not a considerable power saver 6. Too much high price for this useless product. Do not purchase any Symphony Product, even it is free. I lost total of 20, 000 rupees in purchasing and changing parts. Now I am planning to dump it in garbage.

                            Have complained for the repair of its coolers several times. Every time they just come, see the cooler and make a report and leave. And after few weeks they call again saying you had complained what is the problem, instead of checking the old report and then calling us. They are so stupid to ask again the problem instead of asking the address again so they can come themselves and see what is the problem as we are not technician and that is why we complain in the first place. And months will pass by and warranty will be voided too. Even in such situation you want to pay and get the problem fixed but company people will tell you that parts of this model are not available. So basically they don't give you service, then they don't have parts. Then why is there a customer service ? Just write use and throw items only, if it gets messed up then just buy new.

                                Sir, In response to our service call dt 30/05/2014, your authorised Dealer M/S Manglam Services, Ballabgarh changed the Motor of our Symphony Cooler model Winter on 01/06/2014 and collected cash of Rs.2135/- plus service charges of Rs.200/- vide their Bill no 020 dt 01/06/2014. But to our surprise the motor stops working after only single use.We again lodge the complaint no GA FA 10F 14019 on 10/06/2014. But till date that remains unresolved. We contacted area service supervisor Mr.Vikas Singh and we shocked to hear his reply that New motor Installed by Company does not carry warranty for a second. If whatever he said is true We are sure that it is fraud and cheating with the customer who availed your company services having in mind your company Brand image. Hence we request your goodself to look into the matter and replace the sub standard motor installed by you without giving further trouble to us as you have already make us to suffer in the entire Summer Season .                                   Symphony Waste, I have purchased a 3BHK flat years back, the Soorya Homes Soorya Symphony Horamavu Bangalore East builder had promised me several amenities in the agreement and they had failed to fulfill the same. One of the biggest examples is insufficient water and electricity supply. We have made half of payment of 28 lacks to the Soorya Symphony Soorya Homes Bangalore builder and now we want our money back and the builder is refusing to pay me back. No, parking space, Low Quality Windows, No Fire Safety Equipments, no Water Supply, No Lighting in the passage area, No Lift, No Children Garden, all cracks in the wall. No Water Proofing, Low Quality Windows, No Fire Safety Equipments, Dirty Water Storage in the parking area, which might lead to Dengue Disease. Total west of money with Soorya Symphony Soorya Homes Bangalore.

                                    It's regarding a service complaint that I registered in April 2014 for repairing of Symphony Hi Cool Air Cooler. Details given below:- Service Complain No. U-SD-31C14009; Part changed: Submersible water pump; Charges Paid: 850/- (Pump) + 200/- (Service Charge) = 1050/- as against the pricelist showing Rs. 755/-. I have been following up but they are keeping quiet and not responding. Please take action to ensure, that these companies do not fool Customers. Regards, Ravi

                                    Thanks, I got the refund. Person from the company who did the repairing refunded the extra amount. Though incomplete work still remains as it is.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, My Diet 22i cooler main motor broke down last month. Cooler was out of warranty so I paid the amount and got it repaired. After 1 month of repair, again got problem in main motor. So I logged a complaint and contacted service centre to look and repair it. They told me that they will repair it but I have to pay again for it as they do not provide any warranty on parts. This is not acceptable at all. There must be some warranty with the parts. This motor is non repairable and costly. If I pay again and got it repaired, I will be having 0 day warranty and if next day it broke down I have to pay again. What king of after sail policy it is?. Example: I have a LG AC and there was cooling gas issue. Service guy refilled its gas and they provide me 3 months warranty. Its been 17th day after I have raised complaint and with no resolution.I would like to Symphony to look this and provide me an resolution.
