I HAD PURCHASED GEYSER MODEL ESSI 3KW SR NO 12A[protected] FROM RONAK ELECTRONICS ON 3RD AUG 2012 .
PERFORMANCE OF THE GEYSER WAS VERY GOOD AND SUDDENLY PROBLEM APPEARED ON26TH JULY.

COMPLAINT IS REGISTERED TO RONAK ELECTRONICS AND THR EMAIL TO SYMPHONY CUSTOMER CARE. CUSTOMER CARE NO AND EMAIL IS USELESS AS THIS IS NOT USERFRIENDLY.

ANY HOW SERVICE PERSON CAME TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT AFTER A LOT OF FOLLOWUP (SERVICE REQ NO SU-VA-2H13002).

ON 2NDOR 3RD AUG, THIS IS REPAIRED AND AGAIN WITHIN 2DAYS PROBLEM APPEARED. AGAIN I CALLED TO MR SAMEER SHAH (AGENCY FOR SERVICE) AND SORRY TO SAY THAT AGAIN SERVICE PERSON CAME AFTER 3 DAYS . IN THE MEAN TIME I TOOK HELP OF LOCAL ELECTRICIAN WHO INTIMATED ME THAT COIL LIFE IS OVER . I INTIMATED THIS TO MR SAMEER AND MR SAMEER SEND HIS TECHNICIAN ON 3RD AUG WITHOUT ANY ACCESSORIES . I BECAME ANNOYED AND HE DECLARED THAT HE DOES NOT HAVE INTEREST FOR REPAIR.

THIS IS VERY RIDICULOUS APPROACH. PLS GUIDE ME HOW TO PROCEED.

I JUST IMAGINE HOW SILLY APPROACH THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS.

    sir humne ashoka sales corporation kaiser ganj, ajmer se 19-jun-2013 ko symphony company ka cooler purchase kiya tha, 25-jun-2013 ko cooler band ho gya, service center per phone krke service man ko bulaya to unhone btaya ko aapke cooler me lage hue parts duplicate hain, is bat ki jankari humne dealer ko di or service center walo ki taraf se bi yehi bat dealer se kahi. per koi jawab nahi mila or na hi problem ka solution hua. kirpa krke aap hamari madam kren.

      I purchased Symhony Cooler Diet 22i on 28th May, 2013 through Star CJ. They delivered defected cooler. Its Fan is not moving and water is leaking from the top of it. We are not able to operate it even for a day from the date of its purchase. From that date I have approaching Customer Care service through mail and SMS but all my efforts went in vein till date.

      It has its service center at Baltana near Zirakpur (Chandigarh). Whenever I register my complaint with Symphony Service Center, there is no response for first two days and on third day Mr. Sanchit use to call and without visiting and doing anything just send the message that " Dear Customer, Product repair estimate was given and is not approved by you. We have closed your complaint. if you wish please re-register complaint". This is the drama is being played till date by these in the name of Symphony Customer Care.

      There is no doubt that Symphony is a fraud company. They will never listen to your complaint. Never buy any symphony product. I was planning to put few cooler in our factory and offices but taking into consideration of their worst response, have decided not to do it. I would now advice each and every individual who will come across and plan to buy any product of Symphony. We also runs companies but never behave with customers this way. Customers should be given due respect.

      If still company officials think that they have any business values and ethics left with them, I would expect that a senior person should contact me and at least hear the problem and try to solve it.

      SYMPHONY/WATER COOLER — SOME TERMS TO BE CHANGED

        I purchased a Symphony Cooler for my resident on 22-May-2013 and Fault occurred in that on 6-June-2013 and I logged a complaint and today is 21-June-2013 and till date problem has not been rectified. The Service Engg. has already come to my place 3 -4 times, and everytime he finds a new fault and ask for the change for which Part has to be replaced.
        Now I want if sooo many faults are their in Cooler, Company should give me a NEW COOLER. and this cooler has lots of issue and problems, which will keep coming. in 10 Days times, If cooler has become faulty, than it should be replaced with new cooler

          We were facing water dripping problem with newly purchased(17.03.13) symphony diet22i air cooler, i logged a complaint in symphony web site and after follow up several times company's service engineer has come and did some job and in his presence cooler speed completely come down and he told due to electricity voltage fluctuations it was like that. I shocked after listen his answer whereas at the same time other home appliances are working perfectly. Please advise how can i justice!

          Symphony Air Cooler — Plastic Grill Broken

          I had purchased symphony air cooler 22 ltrs jumbo junior from jainsons at erode on 10.4.2010.
          Both side plastic grill were broken on Delivery to us.No Response from supplyier.

            i bought a symphoney cooler model storm70i from surabhi jayanti market jaipur on[protected]. but it dont work proper too much noise from motor &amp; no cooling . i complaint about this to dealer &amp; service center of company &amp; complaint no . is MAH-18E13013. but no proper response given by company. the man manish khunteta who come for complaint he says that i send it to my supervisor . but no body come. i complaint for this to toll free number but no responce from there. plese help me.

              This is in regards to my servicing of Symphony air cooler HICOOL model. My complain# is ARM-30E13001. My Symphony cooler pump was working fine but my cooler needed servicing from inside as it was very dusty from inside and I don't know how to open and clean the cabinet. So I called symphony[protected] for cooler servicing on 30/5/2013. A technician from Symphony Mr. Anil(MOBILE: [protected]) was assigned to handle this complain. He came on 01/06/2013 and asked me the problem. I told him to clean the cooler from inside as it was very dirty and while switching on the cooler dust spreads in the entire room. He also asked me if the pump was working fine to which I replied yes. He didn't even checked the cooler by switching it on and started to open the cabinet and doing his work. After servicing the cooler when he switched on the fan & pump the fan was working fine with no dust coming out of the cabinet but the pump became completely non-functional and was I told to pay an extra Rs.800 for the defective pump apart from Rs.200 service charge. Now the biggest issue is that why should I pay for the pump if it is not at all a mistake from my end and was working absolutely fine before servicing. Mr.Anil even talked to his manager Mr.Bhuwan Singh([protected]) regarding this case and he simply refused of replacing the pump.So, please help me in getting the pump replaced from company end as it was technician mistake and not mine.

                This is regading a complaint with symphony cooler that is under warranty with the the manufacturer. I have raised a complaint and the number id AQU-24E13005. The product has developed a problem with its swing function. However, I have been given continuous reassurance that a technician would come and replace the defective part but no action has been taken so far. Please do the needful to get this problem solved.

                  I bought a Symphony Hi Cool Smart i Cooler on[protected] from Sachdeva Traders,46, Shopping Mall,DLF Phase-1 (invoice no.-6399) and within 20days cooler has stopped working .Have made complain( complain no.- SKE-25E13028) on customer care no.[protected] (which is automated system i.e you wont find any tele caller there to address your problem) and after feeding required information i got a message about the engineer with commitment that engineer will contact and visit within 12 hours .but after spending more than 36 hours nobody has contacted yet .when i called the number given in the message the person never took my call.Seems this company "Symphony " is not trustworthy .

                  MY ADVICE :-

                  NEVER GO FOR SYMPHONY COOLER YOU WON'T FIND IT OF GOOD QUALITY AND SERVICE ALSO WORST.

                    It seems that the products sold by Symphony air coolers are meant for discarding them as trash after 1/2 years ? there is no after sales support in Kolkata even when I am ready to pay all the charges, the people at the service center are useless bunch who are prompt in telling the cost of spares/services only to forget about doing the job. my complain booked on 10/4/13 CTC-10D13007, I may have made a dozen calls to them but they seem to be least bothered, even the call made to their head office at Ahmedabad is of no use so be informed about the consequences of buying their product at least in Kolkata.                       On 16th April 2013 we purchased symphony air cooler"SUMO" from Lotus Electronics(address-Navneet Darshan 16/2 Old Palasia Indore),invoice no.-05R1300480 product serial no. 856 ,cost 8299/-.From the date of purchase we lodged three complains to Symphony as there was technical problem in water pump that was not working ,they sent service provider on their given time within 12 hours, everytime company service engineer said there is no problem in the water motor and he did something and then motor started. According to him some particle of plastic body of cooler came inside the motor small fan and that is stopping motor to get start and same reason he has given everytime but he said no to change the motor. According to him it does not require change and anytime motor stops even at midnight that time we can not call to customer care and ask for them to come and rectify the error as there is fault in the product but company is not ready for solve this problem .As a good user we prefer to buy branded product but if branded company will sell this type of product then what is the use of investing big amount on these products.My request to the company is that kindly change the product otherwise refund my money at the earliest.

                          Buyers Beware Regarding Symphony Coolers. Dont go by the tall claims made by the compnay in the adverstising media about their products.The service is third rate with no response even in Warranty period.The cooler I bought was advertised as effective for a room size of 750 Sft.But on actual use it was found to be effective for room area of 250 sft only.Therefore the company is cheating the consumers by making tall and false claims.

                            I have purchased a syphony air cooler from Revankar Maruti Galli on 15th April 2013. It worked for 3 days and there is a problem with the cooler. I approached the shop and they advised me to register a complaint in the call center. I registered the complaint and there is no response from the technicians since last one week. I think they have sold me a duplicate piece and now both Revankar shop and company technicians are not responding.

                              This complaint is regarding the Air Cooler.

                              It has been from the day one that I have purchased , I am facing the issue contineously. There is very bad response from the company side.
                              I have a very big email trial .Which I have been following it up .. but without a proper response.

                              Purchased on : 14/4/2013 night
                              Item : Aircooler
                              Make : Symphony
                              Model : Diet 8e

                              From the first day itself I am facing the problem that is on 14th but problem was reported on 15th and from then on till now I am following it up ... without any results.

                              The issue reported by me is
                              1. The switch is getting burnt. They had changed it for the 1st time but again it got burnt. When checked , they told that it is due to invertor. When the cooler runs in invertor this problem happens. And in the symphony website itself they have written it as it will work even in the UPS.

                              2. The first day itself the water pumping motor was not running so in short the cooler was not working. It is working as an ordinary fan.


                              And past 4 to 5 days , there is no reply at all for any phones or emails.

                              Request you to help on this regard.

                              Symphony cooler — not functioning

                              we have purchased a cooler from Dass electric trading on[protected] Kalyani nagar pune by invoiuce no is 9709KMC FROM THE DAY OF PURCHASE TILL DATE WE HAVE GIVEN THEN SEVERAL COMPLAINS REGARDING THE NOT COOLING OF THE COOLER BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AS YET WHEN WE CALL THE DEALER HE SAID I WILL SPEAK TO THE COMPANY AND LET ME KNOW. WHAT SHOULD ONE DO IF A BRAND NEW PRODUCT DOESENT WORK AND IT TAKES A MONTH FOR ONE TO LOOK IN TO THE MATER.

                              Symphony — No response from the service support

                              Sir!! I havebought my new cooler Winter from Symphony. It's still in the warranty period and it's pump has stopped to operate .I have asked them regularly about the date they will come to repair it but they only tell me the dates there hasn't been any action taken on my cooler

                              I have purchsed a Symphony Cooler (Model-Winter) on 11.05.09. But within 1 month, i feeled that it is not working well. As shown description of this cooler, it is not giving proper air .So, i complaint to that dealer from which i purchase. He is postponding me every time tthat Engineer will come on Monday, till now it is not checked by any Symphony engineer. Now, he is saying that Company does not providing services.

                              So, please tell me whether you does not provide service to your customer. I purchased it in Rs 7800/- Other details Are;-

                              I hered about SYMPHONY and purchased this. But really this was my Life Biggest Error that i believe on your company
                              You are providing Bad product and Worst services. You can see a Shopkeeper abusing the company that they are not sending engineer.

                              I know that my Rs 7800/- is bad debts, but i will go to consumer court for this.

                              Symphony — Not working

                              We bought Synphony Air cooler. Model: Kaizen . in Feb 2009. It worked smoothly for two months. After that it stopped working. We compalined to the company. No body is responding.

                              I am facing pump problem since 15 days but they are giving excuses and not repairing it.
                              Never buy any symphony product.
                              we have to go consumer coart & case of mental harrasment,

                                    It is indeed very disheartening to say that symphony's customer care service is very poor.
                                    I ( Anil Bihari), purchased smphomny winter model on 14 may 2012 and after working for few months it developed a problem with, its fan not working properly.Apart from this the body is shaking as well.Despite my regular calling to the nearest dealer of Symphony coolers in Bihar Light Corner no proper response is given. They just replied of not having adequate spare parts with them to mend the cooler. This type of lame excuse is really intoreable. In this scorching heat it is extremely unbearable. The prime objective of any company is to address the grievances of customers but i really think Symphony is not looking into it seriously. If such problems are arising frequently then why is it not maintaining spare parts with it and suppling it to its dealers so that the customers would be relieved of their problems..
                                    I just hope that my complaint would be taken seriously and necessary steps would be taken.

                                      I bought Symphony Cooler (DH2 22CR) from Agrawal Electricals, Jagat Form Gr. Noida on May 20th, 2012.

                                      On 12th July It stops working and I raise complaints with Customer Care on July 13thJuly, 2012.

                                      The Engineers visited 3 times to repair the cooler but still they are not able to rectify.

                                      Now the coller is useless to me. I have spent 6500/- which is of no use now.

                                      Pl. help us to solve the problem.

                                        I bought Symphony Sumo Jr cooler from Powerlite Electricals (India) Pvt. Ltd. on 17th of July 2012 late evening. The specification mentioned on the cooler brochure was that it will cool a place of 300 sq.ft. The place for which i bought this cooler was only 250 sq.ft. So i thought the cooling will be very good. I do also have proper ventilation for the cooler.
                                        Now when I started the cooler, I was highly disappointed. Even after running for 3 HRS regularly it did not cool the area at all. I paid Rs. 6050 plus Rs. 50 cartage. I switched off the cooler in the morning and called Symphony Customer Service Number and logged in the complaint twice- AQU-19G12034 and Aqu-19G12035. I was assured that someone will contact to me within 24 HRS time. But adding to my misery no one called me up since last 6 days. I had been calling them and e-mailing them almost everyday but no one turned up till now. I am highly disappointed by the way they handle the customer. Even i have already told them that the cooler is kept unused since after the 1st day of running and I need my REFUND. Today also i have sent them a fresh email. Lets see when my issue will get noticed. I just need my refund. Please I need help in this regard.
