Y complaint no. Is bl-ba-28d16019. It was raised on 28th april and is still unresolved. I tried calling the service engineer's number in the sms but it was fake. There is no type of communication from the company's end as well. There is no way to contact the customer service as there is no email id provided and the phone numbers are automated teller machines....

I have registered a complaint no: AG-SH-7D16013 regarding pump is not working and pad replacement, two service boy came and replaced both the part. After replacing pump and pad pump, the new pump is not working. They said it could be possible there is a problem with your switch plate and need to be replaced or repaired. Cooler under warranty not working and worst service

Defective Cooler
