I have bought new symphony hi cool i cooler & from day 1 the cooler not giving cooling.
I had logged the complaint in Vijay sales as well as Symphony customer care but no one has attend the call yet.
please help me to resolve this issue.

    I have booked a complaint on 2t.05.2014 & I got a sms from Symphony mentioning my complaint no. as FA-VK-24E14009 and also mentioned That Mr Vikram Yadav will attend my complaint. But he has not shown up so far even after making more than 30 phone calls, I have called him several times but he has shown no interest to attend my complaint when my product is within warranty period. I have not been able to go out and do other work for last three days as everytime he is assuring that he will attend shortly. Do I need to go to consumer forum to get the matter resolved ? Its not even 15 days since i bought winter i cooler. i am regereting the decision, i am thinking about filing a case against such a bad service of Symphony. Thanks,

      I purchased symphony air cooler DEIT 35I-ROI on dated 8th may 2014. I have booked a complaint on 10th may 2014 & I got a sms from Symphony mentioning my complaint no. as ND-AT-10E14037 and also mentioned That Mr VIRENDER will attending my complaint within 24 hours. But he has not shown up so far, I have called him several times but he has shown no interest to attend my complaint when my product is within guarantee period. Again I register a complaint on 26th may 2014 as no. ND-AT-26E14006. today when i Callto virender a lady attend the call aNd said he is not here.Should I need to go to consumer forum to get the matter resolved ? Its not even a month since i bought this starcj product & i am regereting the decision big time, i am thinking about filing a legal consumer court case against Symphony...

        Hi, I had registered complaint with Symphony customer Care and even after 1 week following up no one had come to address the same. Complaint Number: BL-DS-18E14008 Customer care is not even bothered to look into issue every time I call they will take the details and promise that the service engineer will visit same day but its not happening. Request you to please look into the same urgently.

            For last one month I have been making couple of service requests for Symphony Cooler - Diet 50i. Even though I receive an SMS that your service request has been registered, service persons didn't turn up/or didn't show much interest to address issues. I tried calling Symphony customer care and there is no response from them. My cooler's warranty is ending by this month end and I believe the service persons are acting irresponsible after hearing my cooler is still in warranty. Complaint Numbers are as followed: HY-KS-22D14017 | 22nd Apr 2014 - not addressed HY-KS-22D14014 | 21st Apr 2014 ( received an sms mentioning that service call has been addressed and in actual - service representative came to my place - he said he do not have spares to replace 'Honeycomb mesh' and left saying he will come back in the weekend. After that no reponse from the same guy. He took my bill copy and later updated in system that I have not given bill copy to him. strange person). HY-KS-6E14029 | (6th May 2014) - not addressed (no response) HY-KS-19E14028 | 19th May 2014 - not addressed Symphony customer service is keep on assigning these tickets to the same service person again and again. This person is not calling up or not turning up to fix the issue. Now that my warranty is ending soon, he will turn up after warranty is ended and I will have to pay him 'Service Charges'. It has been one month since initial ticket registration and Symphony service representatives are not showing responsibility to resolve the issue. Bad experience from symphony and i would never recommend this company to another person again.

              I purchased a simphany SUMO JR. cooler on 18th April 2014 at Vellore (Tamilnadu) at the time of purchasing of cooler distributor told any fault will occur it will be rectified within 48 years.
              This cooler developed pump problem on 29 Apr 2014.
              I registered a complaint to No [protected] after a repeated requests made with local dealer technician came on 02 May 2014 and told that pump needs replacement but at present it wasn't in stock.
              I haven't got pump replaced till now and nobody is giving me any clear answers.
              I purchased symphany trusting it's brand name but of no value..
              Hope this mail will receive some response.

                This is regarding SYMPHONY which reders the worst kind of service and HAS NO VALUE FOR ITS CUSTOMERS. Being a reputed brand (i doubt why ?) we bought a symphony cooler NINJA on 9th MAY 2014 from RELIANCE MARKET, VKI, JAIPUR. Since the day of purchase we installed it, and saw that it is not cooling at all.Water is not evenly distributing in the honeycomb pads. if we talk about its cooling than, a normal handfan can also blow wind better than this condition which we are facing in this terrible summer days in Jaipur. Since the Date of Purchase we have registered two complaints, complaint number being : JP-ST-9E14027 and JP-ST-10E14008. even got an autogenerated message from customer care and got number of the engineer Mr. Ramesh Yadav ([protected]). When we contacted him two times but he refused to have any complaint and even blamed us in turn that we might have entered a wrong pincode or it doesnt fall under his area and his number was mistakenly sent by the customer care. I AM SHOCKED TO SEE THAT HOW CAN A COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE BE SO MUCH IRRESPONSIBLE AND RUDE. He asked me two times to message him the address. But till now i havent got any response from his side. I will never REFER THIS PRODUCT TO ANYBODY... I EITHER WANT PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OF THIS DEFECTIVE PIECE OR WANT IT TO BE REPAIRED WITHIN 48 HRS ELSE I WILL BE FORCED TO LAUNCH A LEGAL CASE AGAINST YOU PEOPLE... PLZZZ HELP ASAP...

                  Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a Jumbo cooler vide model no- ACODE045 & Sr. no- 03A0211C76072.Cooling pump, switch, motor may be damaged. On 12.04.2014 (Saturday night) an uncontrolled and unavoidable situation create due to one part of fan broken in running condition of cooler and cooler sleeper from trolley due to broken piece of fan heated the cooler body by heavy force and imbalanced. It is the blessing of god that situation was happening in night time and no movement of children is there. Still I have not seen/heard the fan of the cooler is broken. So it is self explanatory regarding your quality of product and service.Broken of cooler fan and create the unsafe condition as per above mentioned is quite impossible. It is clearly identify the poor quality of product. Why customer choose the Symphony instead of other local cooler ? Why customer paid more to purchase the unsafe cooler like symphony ? Still no response received from the company. It is need to replace against bad quality product. But due to summer I have to purchase from Asha Electronics, Raigarh, C.G. As per company price list the product is Rs1222/- but the seller sales the same in Rs 1450/-. I also asked him he replaced me negatively and not provide me the tax bill.                     Customer care provide me a number service engineer, Manish khunteta[protected], this guy never pick phone,

                    I am very tired to try to booking customer care complaint again & again but not received any response from Symphony cooler company,

                    I think company's services are worst and product also just like rubbish. Buy symphony coolers and drop it into dustbin becuse no body will give you services in future if your

                    cooler will have any problem, So i suggest every body don't buy symphony coolers in future.

                      Hi, I have bought a symphony air cooler one month back and the cooler is not working. I have registered my complaint on symphony website. They have sent me a complaint number and the phone number of the person who is supposed to come and check the cooler. but no body is answering the call since many days. They are least bothered. Whenever I try to register the complain again they send a message saying this complaint is already under consideration. But no one is picking the call. What should I do.                         I purchased a symphony diet 22i on 29th april, 2014 from dee dee enterprises meerut. Its hardly been two days and the soft panel had stopped functioning. It's disturbing because I have put in a lot of money in it and it stops functioning properly on the second day itself. What do I do now. I can lodge a complaint now as it is 3am right now but it'll be the first thing I'll do in the morning. Plz make sure replacements of the non functioning parts or whatever are available in meerut.

But he has not shown up so far, I have called him several times but he has shown no interest to attend my complaint when my product is within guarantee period. Should I need to go to consumer forum to get the matter resolved ? Its not even a month since i bought this Kaizan jr product & i am regereting the decision big time, i am thinking about filing a legal consumer court case against Symphony & hopefully, all the people who has complaints against such a bad service of Symphony will join me.                             Complaint no.: ND-AT-18D14007. Assigned employee Mr. Virendra (mob. no. [protected]) calls me on the 2nd day after service request at 9:05pm. Is this the time to attend a customer? Finally he came after 3 days of registering service request and refused to perform the service of the cooler by saying that it is our job to do it. He refused to clean the fan as well as the internal components. Also the MRP of drain plug of Diet 22i as quoted by your employee is Rs. 50 but it is Rs. 12 on the Spares Price list which is provided on the website. I am really disappointed by this kind of behaviour from your side. Please act immediately.

                            I bought a air cooler of symphony from HOMESHOP18.COM online. date 24th May 2015.
                            The cooler pump was not working and dead from that day. I complained on dated 09/6/2015 with complaint no.ND-AT-9F15016.

                            They gave a number of virender ph no. [protected] but he never visit and resolve the problem. I called him but he didnt pic the phone.

                            I am very upset after purchasing this brand. There is so much heatwave in delhi. I want to return the product.

                              I had requested a service call to Symphony winter Air cooler as pump is not working.
                              The service person from symphony said pumps need to be replaced and there NO warrenty will be given for the replace pump.

                              I want to know how could sell spare parts like pump with out any warrenty. When you have given warrenty for the first year on pump why are you not giving any warranty on the new pump.

                              My issue with Reliance BIG TV-chennai

                              I have been trying to register my complaint through Big tv Customer care[protected] /[protected]. Though my call was waiting for more than 30m it was not picked by any of the customer agent.

                              I have a issue with my BIG TV set top box(No[protected] for the past 4days.

                              I am depressed and felt to the core that, i should not have bought BIG TV.

                                I bought one Symphony air cooler on 6th April 2014. Some issue is there, it pumping out the water when run in cooling mode. I register complain twice (complaint Id: PU-SD-7D14063 (on 7th April) and PU-SD-10D14006 (on 10th April 2014)) but no one is responding.

                                  My cooler has some or the other problem every year, though i use only for 3 months a year.

                                  The service logging mechanism is amazing fully automatic and there aftetr they will automatically close the ticket. i raised again same thing happened again and asked me to raise another ticket...trust me i called up to the mobile number that came thru sms somebody will say we will com today.. no body has turned up even afetr 10 days..

                                  Non sense product and service

                                    HI this is wasim akram . i have a mobile symphony w70 but after using three month its touch pad is not worinig. i went to customer Service Mirpur 10. they inform me that they will fix it by 30th oct. but when I call today they infrom me that come to 6th october then they will inform me it is ready or not? my question is it the way to deal with customer? you need to know how essential a mobile today and you are killing my 15 days . my email ID is [protected]@yahoo.com Mob [protected] if i will not get my mobile on that day i will loose my trust on this brand

                                      My complaint no. is BL LN 27H13004 ON 27th august 2013 is still be attended Nobody from the company contacted me yet. Now will it be fair enough to mention that SERVICE AFTER SALES Sucks!!!! They don't give a damn about their products after it is sold. Any suggestions? vivekanand m desai [protected]

                                        Dear Sir We purchased three coolers around 3-4 months back of Rs 40,000 approx. Till now we have faced many problems such as water leakage (8-9 times), water pump fused ( 1 time), cooler motor burned (1 time) etc. Many times this problem has been solved by the customer care service provider of your company, but the problems continues. We have also talked to Mr Anil Garg, gwalior many times but still much effort not yet been made in order to permanently resolve the problem. Till now our coolers are under warranty so these problem are been resolved every time with no charge but the main worry is after warranty because these problem are not been resolved permanently. Infact water leakage occurs after every ten days of service. (Note: 1 cooler motor motor is not working since 1 month, customer care complaints already been done but till now no action has been taken) I request you to take strong action against these complaints Regards Saurabh Khandelwal [protected]
