I am trying to claim Insurance for my phone, however Syska keeps putting my insurance claim on hold. Its been month and my Insurance is yet to clear their Level 1 status.

I do not understand why are things taken for granted. It is my got damn money, I am not supposed to beg for services that I have paid for. All I keep getting from this hopeless company is that they are working on it. Working on DAMN WHAT ? FOR A MONTH ?

Moreover, they have executives that abuse you on phone. I mean what sort of a service are you guys running !!!

    I submit my phone on 1st of September 2016 under the total damage cause... after t syskaa insurance promise me that they transfer my claim amount in my account within a 4 months..now after 6 months i still not received the amount...i speak with syskaa customer service ..but every time they only promise me that they will transfer my money as soon as possible..but still money is not transfer in my account.. very disappoint with the syska insurance service

      It's been more then 180 days i.e. 6months I'm waiting for my phone to get back.call log date is 14.10.16 CIN no [protected] and my hand set repaired on 20.01.2017 still not received my phone Everytime im getting revert like we are working on it. Everytime i call i get the update from them saying they have escalated from last 30 days. Does any escalation take so many days to revert back??

      Same situation with me. I dont think that SYSKA insurance is trust worthy one. So I am going to move on to next step. Going to file a complaint in Conumer Forum.

        The details says it's a worst insurance company for securing gadgets. Till date even after approval and completion of all formalities and 6months of time lapse no money is deposited. Every time a call is made to call center, the and is money will be deposited soon.

          1. I had purchased a fully insured Samsung phone Model No SM-J200G on 20 Oct 2016, which sustained accidental damage on 17 Nov 2016. Syska Gadget Insure (Insurer) was informed vide CIN No- [protected] of 18 Nov 2016.
          2. After repeated requests to their Customer care and numerous re-scheduling, the handset was ultimately collected by the representative of the company on 27 Dec 2016 and the insurance was approved on 29 Dec 2016.
          3. The customer track portal shows the expected device delivery date as 19 Jan 2017, but its current status (as on 24 Feb 2017) is showing the device is still under repair.
          4. On speaking to the customer care on the Toll free no[protected], they are unable to give a firm commitment on its status/delivery date.
          5. In the meanwhile I have purchased a new phone due to the undue delay.
          6. The company is requested to repair and return the handset at the earliest or refund the cost of the mobile handset/replace it.

            This is a complaint (complaint no [protected])regarding mobile theft issue.As me and my husband was walking roadside i was talking over the phone with my dad and i have handed the phone to my husband and he was talking and at that moment two people came on bike and snatched the phone from my husband's right hand. As i have mentioned that i was with him the phone is registered on my name but we were together and as it is a blood relation i think they should consider this but i don't know why they have rejected it. By saying again and again to them that i was with him while the phone was snatched but the syska team is not ready to listen. Very pathetic service by them really i will not suggest anyone to take Syska insurance

              It has been an extremely painful experience using your services and has landed up in nightmare. The Call center services are worst and to top it all its looks to me like a completely a fraud case to fleece money from the customers under the belief of offering insurance.

              I would like you to study a case for the Complaint Number [protected] and revert to me on what is the problem at your end. To the best of my knowledge and understanding, I have submitted all the requested documents mentioned by your customer care team on stipulated date, i.e. 22nd June, 2016. After sending the documents I requested your team member to check whether the documents are correct/completed or not. After checking he confirmed all the documents were correct and informed me that it would take around 90 to 120 days (Oct-Nov) to receive my refund.

              After the completion of 120 days I spoke to some of your Senior Team Members Mr. Mehran, Mr. Irfan, Mr. Vaibhav and Mr. Anis but no correct information was provided rather the payment was under process. After persistent follow ups and attempts spending about an hour a day, I spoke to Mr. Mehran about the case and he informed me that it would take more 3 weeks for the claim to be settled. As per the commitment given by the Syska I waited till the given time but still there was no update about the payment.

              Again I started following up with your Senior Team Members Mr. Sanket Kadam, Mr. Salman, Mr. Rajesh (Senior TL). After talking for nearly 2 hours, Mr. Rajesh assured me that the payment will be released before 18 days, but again there was no update about the claim. I tried calling Syska again and had a word with Mr. Mehran, who had already given the false commitment twice, but this time he assured me that I will definitely receive my claim by the 2nd week of Feb. As usual no update was provided about the claim. Once again no option left I called Syska and spoke to Mr. Mehran for nearly 2 hours and again the fake commitment was provided. In spite of calling several time still I haven’t received any update about my refund and now your seniors just disconnect the call while speaking and gives the reason the call was drop.

              Will appreciate if you can stand the brand promise …, it is more than 7 months and yet no refund has been processed.

                On 19th of Feb I had registered my handset with Syska Gadget Secure. Although I have mentioned all my details correctly over website but I received message confirmation with most of the details wrongly mentioned like, date of birth- 01/01/0001. mobile purchase date- 01/01/0001.
                On same day I made a request to "[protected]@syskagadgetsecure.com" for amendment of details but the refused to do so.
                I called their customer care also to take help in this regard but they refused for any help.
                Through this email I would request you to take strict action against the company for unprofessional approach and help me with resolution to my problem so that I would not face any challenge while applying for any claim in future.

                  I have paid 25% of the total amount on 26/12/16 but haven't received my phone yet!
                  They told me that adter payment you will receive your phone within 15 days but its been 2 months nothing has happened from their side.
                  I have called customer care executive 20-25 times but every time they told me that your request is in process.. And when i asked them reason behind delay then they told me that they dont know the reason and cant give me exact delivery date!

                    I registered a claim for my Galaxy S7 Edge in December 2016, CIN No. - [protected] and my phone was picked up on 13 December 2016. Since then I am following up but unfortunately not able to know when I'm going to get my device back. It has been more than two months but still their system is showing that 'device is under repairing process'. I've called so many times to customer care and they have always given same response like we don't know the exact delivery date. In complaint form the estimated delivery date is 21st January 2017 but still i haven't received my device. I'm very disappointed by their service and never gonna buy syska insurance again.

                      Dear sir,
                      I am Aayush Dogra of the address mentioned. I complaining about not receiving my apple iphone 6s . I had an insurance on my device. I have even done the payment in the starting of jan, 2017. After doing the payment and receiving my iphone, I called them to sort out the issue of my device. They told me that, your device will soon be delivered at my doorsteps, within a week or so . till, that time I am still waiting and I'm also thinking to fire a court case among them . They are just postponing my dates and saying that now its in our priorty list.

                            My damaged handset(samsung galaxy S7 edge) get collected by executive on 02.01.2017 and today is 15.02.2017 its almost one and half month and i don't know by when i will receive my phone back..according to customer care its under repair from 17.01.2017, , ,

                            i called so many times to customer care but i get the same response always that your phone sent to service center for repair on 17.01.2017 that's it...afterward they don't know by when it will be done the repairing and by when i will get it back...

                            i don't know what to do????

                              My mobile number is[protected] i syka customer care number at the top of my complaint dated 06/12/2016 cin no.:[protected] per entry is made. The courier has one of the damaged device b2x (Asc21120) do not accept the courier, we were informed that the mobile phone can not accept that kapurabavadi thane company. Been issued to inform you in detail about the above then the phone was then given the address of prajakta electronics solapur. I do not have any date written in prajakta electronics me when i went in front of the phone on 16/03/2017 cisc you are here to give them sangaki customer care by phone number. Tell them that i have come to tell the phone to accept 4 customer care phone number in the days, but they did not accept it as a phone. You said that you conveyed to me then. Where my phone to date add up to 02/02/2017 this is not the case if you do not submit on time the phone is being sent a message that his guidance and apanakaduna be done.

                                This is 100% fraud company and special they trained to there agents to make mistake at the time of insurance on that basis they reject loan.
                                My claim is 100%genuine but they are not even note my complain.
                                So guys dont go with syska.
                                This is 100%fraud and chor co.
                                I will surely go to consumer court and try to learn lesson so atleast they dont cheat other.

                                  Accidental Physical Damage. they reverted me on[protected] kindly send your documents by courier to our address. on[protected] they verified. and till now no pickup facility given and no service center allocated. i called daily for this but they haven't revert properly. reply is we have forwered your concern to concerned department. and i have also mailed to their mail id many times but no any proper response from them. worst service. at the time of insurance registration. they were giving many facility and now worst service no proper responce.

                                    CIN No. [protected] Coupon Code 92367906 I have taken policy from SYSKA on 18th July 2016 for my Apple Iphone 6. It got broken in an accident in Nov 2016 and i submitted my handset on 30th Nov 2016. After which syska asked me to submit 25% of Damage claim approval charges i.e. 24766. We submitted Rs 6191 via NEFT to their B2X Service centre on 16th December.

                                    But after words i didnt got any type of response from Syska. I tried to reach customer care via calls[protected] and email [protected]@syskagadgetsecure.com but they are not listening. Level of service is that bad that they put my call on long hold once i asked them to give me a precise date for my phone. Then is spoken to Mr. Ravi from Sales and he dropped an email to B2X and Payment was confirmed in Feb 2017.

                                    After that my handset was shown repair on portal on 7th Feb 2017. I received an sms regarding the same. But since then they havnt dispatched my phone. Its in ludhiana but they dont have a courier service to send them to me and neither they are allowing me to pick the phone my self.

                                    Their team Ravi, Manoj, Pankaj, Rajesh Malik all of them are just playing time game. They are not giving me my handset. I request everyone to throw your phone in garbage or pay fully for repair but avoid syska. They are bunch of cheaters who just want our money.

                                    Please Help me.

                                      I had registered a compalin with cin [protected]
                                      Worst ever services ai have got they are least bothered and take no action against the insurance its been 2.5 months i have registered my complain and 1.5 months of they taking the phone for repair a very smart strategy of taking money n promising all the best facilities while taking insurance but when it comes to reality it is no where close to it.

                                      Its a big shame of the company

                                      Just return me back my phone in what ever condition it is

                                      I request everyone to pls not go with insurance you have better companys
                                      Dnt waste your money and time with such a useless company

                                        My mobile is damaged approximately[protected]month ago and i have requested for syska claim. After completion of all documentation(mobile submited date :[protected] work syska give me 90-120 days comitment for payment..now 150 days are over but payment is not received from syska...when we call for status they are not giving specific answers...
