I registered a claim for my mobile on 4th October2016 (CIN - [protected]) and my phone was picked up in the 8th December 2016. Since then I am following up but unfortunately not able to know when will I get my mobile back. I am furious and angry that it is almost four month but still your system is showing that 'device is under repairing' and expect received date 19th January 2017. I called so many times to customer service and they have very same shallow response. It is simply illogical that it takes so many days to repair.
I have a very simple request to you that please give my mobile back in whatever situation.
Syska Gadget Secure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This commpany try to do fraud with me, i called them in service center tell them my cin number [protected]. They said to me everytime, sir we forward your complaint to service center we will give your phone early. I complaint in octomber month they not give me call back or no respond yet please help me sir/madam

    I reported my claim on[protected] that my samsung A3 device got damaged because of an accident.after that I fullfilled all the required documents which were asked. They sent an email that one shortfall is there. That also fullfilled by me within 3-4 days. After that I call them soo many times...but they were ignoring me by giving unnecessary statement. And now they are telling me that your jobcard is closed.. It is very rediculus and annoying. Hopeless Service...

      whenever i have called in
      SYSKA all the staff members including there head are not responding to me properly
      so lazy staff and company also.
      i have done wrong by giving my phone.. ...
      COMPANY SAID THAT EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE 20/JAN/2017 BUT TILL MY DEVICE(MOB) NOT RECEVIED.COUSTOMER CARE AND THERE HEAD NOT GIVING ME ANSWER PROPERLY.

      coustomer care always frod answer in my case, always everyday told me different answer...now again new astimet generate, first they told me astimeted date of delivery 20- jan -2017 ... now all status deleted and new astimed genetated and now i don't know when my mobile(device) is came back...i think i lost my device
      I have similar issue and my claim id is [protected]. Phone is suppose to deliver me by 10th Jan as per website but i did not received any thing yet.
      very poor service and answer, in future i don't suggest to take syska insurance to anyone. i think syska is not reliable company for insurance...
      In accident damage my cell.
      I was going on my way other person had came from wrong road and i had brake my bike suddenly and i fall down from my bike. At that time my cell phone was on my shirt pocket. Plz solve my problem

        I registered a claim for my mobile(S7 edge) on 18 November 2016 (CIN - [protected]) and my phone was picked up in the first/second week of December 2016. Since then I am following up but unfortunately not able to know when will I get my mobile back.The portal update says that my gadget has been repaired and I also received a message from the service center that the gadget is ready for pick up. I called so many times to customer service and they have very same scripted response. I have even asked the address of the service center so that I can go pick it up myself but was informed that they are not aware of this which is totally unacceptable. This is really frustrating now as I am without my device for over 2 months now. I am starting to wonder if this thing a big scam and if I would ever get my device back. I would just like to know when I will be getting my device back or even if they have any plans to return it in the first place

        Syska Gadget Secure — Insurance complaint

        I have a complaint that they are not giving my phone Insurance as of Samsung as they said me to wait for 6 months its more than 6 months and still they are saying that they have not registered the complain so how much I have to wait and when they will submit the complain and when your process will start?
        I have launch my complaint on 8th Aug'16 regarding theft of my Samsung phone. Syska gadget's executive told my to wait for 90-120 days. But 5 months have been passed away, i don't get my refunded money. I want to file a case against this company and regarding their poor feedback.

              So this post is to make all of you aware regarding SYSKA Gadget Secure . In August 2016 my phone got damaged and I contacted @Syskagadget as I bought their Insurance plan when I bought my phone. They guided me very well and told me to submit my phone to authorized service center. When my phone got repair, they told to pay the amount and promised that I will get claim amount with in 60-90 days. So I paid the amount and trusted them. I submitted all the required documents as per their instructions. Now it's been more than 4 months that's more than 120 days but I didn't get claim amount. Whenever I call them, they say that you will get your amount in next 7 days, it's under process. I don't know when will these seven days come ? First I had suffered to get repair my phone and now for payment. Everytime they people change their statements. I am not even sure will I get my claim amount or not
              P.S. So think twice or thrice whenever you buy their insurance plan and if you buy it then get ready for struggle and troubles.

                Pickup of my handset done on 12/12/16 today on 2/2/17 yet I not got my phone just to repair one phone they take more that 2 month from 17/1/17 device status is under repairing yet it is at same status .Even the call centre people don't know any details of it very poor service provided really filling bad to take insurance under this company

                      I have insured my samsung J7 mobile under syska gadget secure . I have made complaint for repair of my mobile due to accidental damage on 22/11/2016 and same has been accepted by syska company and accordingly i have sent my mobile for repair but till today i am not getting feedback from syska team. I have been calling to syska customer care since 01/01/2017 till date. I have called them 16 times, i have also sent them mail but till today i am not geeting any feedback neither my handest . my CIN no for syska is [protected] coupon code 43681388 . I am handicaped without hanset there site show mobile will be delivered on 03/01/2017 but today is 1/02/17 no feedback from them . Request you to look into matter.

Wmen i call on customer care No[protected] The call attendent told me that I YOU RECIEVE YOUR DEVICE ON 21/1/2017, 24/1/2017, 26/1/2017but till on 31/1/2017 I have not recieved my device samsung J7 It is too late .please hand over me my device as early as possible

                          Hello,

                          I have registered my phone damage claim on 16 Nov 2016. All documents couriered to required address for further processing. on 22nd of Dec 16, your executive collected my handset from my home and verbally said you will get your handset back in next approx 20 days.

                          on 29th Dec 16 insurance get approved and excepted delivery date given 23rd Jan 2017. i have taken follow up from call center and i got standard one answer "Your device is under repairing process. Job card is in process." every time. every time they say, we will update you soon.

                          Will you support to get my handset repaired and back to me? it is more than 2 and half month process you already taken.

                            I do not get my handset after get expected delivery at 9-jan-2017 and it take 15 day almost to delivery

                            After calling at your service center i am get only days for wating by your serive center

                            It take almost 4 months of handset in reparing process .

                            Sorry to say that but i dont expected late service from your company at the today’s time to reapir a device to take 4 months but at today’s time it diffcult for any person without any smartphone

                            Today also i get for waiting period so i kindly request to tell me what is problem and i want finally my device to be deliveyed they said center cannot give any date of delivery

                              Hello friends,
                              My mobile phone HTC one e9s got accidentally damaged and I filed a claim no:[protected] on the day of the incident.
                              Till date they have not called me for confirmation of their level 1 processing. I had called them repeatedly but to no avail.
                              They give me their standard response that I will be called back soon but so far not a single call from their side.
                              This is the worst experience I have ever had, what a lousy company, I think we all consumers should get together and file a case against this bogus company, teach them a lesson and get back our money.

                                  My brother brought a sony C5 mobile on 18 Dec 2015 and get the insurance done on same day by Syska Gadget Insurance. Unfortunately he lost his life in an accident on January 2016 his mobile also damaged in his. My some of relative lodge the complaint on 29 Jan 2016 for the same. I just submit the documents after 2 months. But they did not process the claim as they told me that they can not process the claim on behalf of any dead person. Please help me to get the same.

                                    I logged complaint for my mobile insurance taken from syska gadget secure for repair my mobile screen got damage under accidential insurance on 1st Dec 16. claim register no. [protected]. my mobile taken on 17th Dec 16 and till date customer care executive give same update every time that your mobile has taken by us and estimate cost not yet given by service center so your claim is not processed. its more than 1 month now and i found that company dont want give any i need my phone

                                      Syska Gadget Secure has taken my s7 edge phone on 28/11/2016, same was done after due claim approval. I have been since following up with syska to get my cell phone back but they have no answer, their customer care people have no commitment .

                                      It seems that syska people are not in interested in claim settlements, may I urge them to return my handset it's being almost 2 months they have collected it and there is no response from their side .

                                        I have taken syska mobile insurance for my iphone 6s plus and have submitted the handset on 18.10.2016 for redressal of physical damage, though no update/repair has been given by the insurance company. After calling the customer care of the company for more than 100 times they are unable to provide an update. It has been more than over 4 months since i submitted my handset. I feel cheated by the company as the representative assured me that the problem will be addressed within 10 days. Kindly resolve the issue.
