I had insurance of syskagagetsecure for my iphone 6 and my insurance got approved on 11/03/2016 is almost 10months before, but still I dint got my insurance money, my cin no is [protected], whenever I call to costumer care they say samething that you will get your money soon, bt I m waiting since a year, please fix my problem

    My name is Aparna Gokhale.
    I have done insurance for my handset (Samsung Galaxy S6 EDGE) from SYSKAGADGETSECURE. My handset got damaged for which I had lodged a insurance claim on 15/09/2016. After a lot of procedure they took my handset by pickup service on 01/10/2016 for repair.
    Its been more than 3.5 months since the pickup I haven't received my mobile nor I have any information where my mobile is. I think tsyska company have lost my mobile or they dont want to return it. I am regularly calling them since last 3.5 months but not getting any positive feedback. I will be registering a complaint with the concerned for mental harassment and also for stealing my personal gadget along with personal data in it.

      I got my s-7 phone insured from the company outlet at punjab watch company gurdaspur. Few days back i was shopping with my son in the market. My wife's call came and I gave my phone to my son. Accidently bike hit him from back and the phone fell down and got damaged. I applied for the claim but the company has rejected the claim saying that the phone was not in my custody when it was damaged .in have been fooled by the company. Kindly help me .

        I had buyed my samsung s6 under syska insurance and coincidensely my handset stop working properly so i sumitted my phone to syska insurance i.e on 1August 2016.But till now i have not get my product back and no one is listening to me and whenever i called them no on attend me properly even i have told them to return my product without repair and give back in the same position i have given to them.Then also they are not intrested in giving me back.So please help me in getting my product back

          I gave Samsung Galaxy j2 10... the delivery was on 14 January but i dint got the phone yet my cin no [protected] it was suppose to deliver on 19 January 2017...if i dint get the phone by 25th of january then ill do complain...ull r thinking v r fools then sorry my dears i m not...this is not a good thing to take someones phone keep it with u for 2 months and when its time to deliver the phone...ull dont respond...ull r eating our money...i[censored]ll cant repair den atleast refund the money...aap logho ko badhuva laghaghi hamari

            Hello, it's been a while since nov 10, 2016 and i had been getting lot of text message that your claim is been approved and lot of other stuff.
            As i tracked my claim status online on http://cms.syskagadgetsecure.com/CustomerTrack.aspx
            I found that it says that Date Of Handset Received is Dec 28, 2016, but i already submitted that to your executive on Nov 10, 2016...so why's that conflict.

            Overall the situation is that it's been more that 2 months, i gave my handset and no claim payment or phone replacement yet.
            This is really frustrating...please take appropriate actions.

              I am dheeraj sharma,
              I have done insurance for my handset oppo f1s from syska gadget secure. My handset got damaged for which i had lodged a insurance claim on 02/11/2016. After a lot of procedure they took my handset by pickup service on 08/11/2016 for repair and process code is 44208625. After so many reminders and followups my insurance got approved on 30/11/2016.
              Its been more than 2 months since the pickup i haven't received my mobile. Nor i have any information where my mobile is. I am regularly calling them since last 2 months but not getting any positive feedback from them.
              Now i want to file a case against syska gadget secure and mentally harassing me by not returning it.
              At the time of purchase of insurance they claimed that they will settle all claims within within 20 days of intimation, but its been more than 2 months my issue is till pending. Please help to resolve.

              I have purchased new mobile oppo f1 s and take insurance from your company –syska mobile insurance to secure my phone but unfortunately it got damaged, its screen was broken. To claim my insurance i have started the process. After so many follow ups my set picked from my home on 8-nov-16 under the process code[protected]. After so many reminders and follow ups my insurance get approved on 30-nov-16 and went for repairing. At that time i was very happy i thought may be got my mobile back within a week but i was wrong, its a starting of harassment only. I always take follow up from your customer care executive they even don’t know the process time and given false hope of short time. Now i am suffering from mentally harassment.

              I suggest you pls change your customer care name syska care to customer harassment center failure of your process are mention below.

              1) cc executives even don’t know any time line of process how much time they take to repair so that customer can make his mind that he need to take status after a week or 2 week its help to reduce both side time.
              2) if we talk to customer care seniors they don’t have any satisfactory answer for customer and don’t have any power to resolve customer complaint or any time frame to resolve the issue.
              3) i am continue taking follow up from 8-nov-16 to till date -18-dec but still received same response from customer care pls wait you will receive your phone soon.
              4) can you pls tell me how many days i still wait for my phone.

              its more than one year waiting for the claim amount but still not got it. whenever i call syska then tell we can't give you exact time but soon done. every time same answer but no claim or no process is going on. It seems syska never give claim amount to customers neither they return the handset which they have with them for last 14 months.

                My mobile have stolen on 29/09/2016 at near seelempur metro station delhi. i hv fir copy of this complaint and already uploaded all document. but my job card is closed. and yr company hv said that full incident on fir. when i wentto police station and said police officer for that he say that full incident on fir not write bcs fir no space for full incident and say that yr full was stolen fir said this incident. please check my case and give me my refund thx

                  I have a samsung galaxy s7 which was insured by syska gadet secure in an unfortunate incident, back panel of the phone broke I contacted the company and they took my phone from me on 7th nov and as per the company they recived my handset on 2 dec and accepted my claim on 2nd I kept on calling them, they avoid giving answers I mail them they avoid giving replies on 2 jan I asked the company to waiver my claim and return my handset as it is they dont reply even for that or mail back my complain number [protected]

                      So here it is for you the screwed up syska team #syskagadgetsecure.! The so-called insurance tean saying #choosesyska #choosesecurity #.. Lol to your team! So basically the story is:
                      My husband ravish's phone was broken for xyz reasons.. On 5 december.. So since we had the best #syskagadgetsecure insurance. We were relieved of the consequences.. Since it was an accidental damage.. But this turned out to be a horror of my life literally.. I called up these guys and informed about the damage.. They tell me the procedure and i follow it religiously. I filled the forms, took screenshots, scanned papers. Etc, etc. However still the phone was not picked up until 16 december.. Anyways, nevertheless it was finally picked so i was calm.. But the saddest story started later.. I called these guys after a few days to check on the status of my phone, to which i got to know my phone claim has been passed and i finally got a msg that my fone has been repaired. Now that was on 3rd january.. Today is 8th of january.. I spoke to an executive who said my phone would be delivered to me on 25 january.. I mean the phone is repaired.. Samsung guys called me and said that syska people are not picking up your phone.. So why on earth is it becoming so difficult for these guys to get my phone to me? Every day i spare time to call these guys n keep listening to one same script: we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.. To hell with you and your sorry man. Just get me my freaking phone.. I have been chasing you people for ages i believe now.. I am tired of even calling now.. I would never ever take up your insurance again first, and never ever advice any of my friends or family to take your insurance for sure.. Thank you but no thank you for your useless help.. Finally, i urge my friends to not take #syskagadgetsecure insurance while buying an expensive phone.. We have a lot of options now..

                          I purchased HTC Desire 626 4G Mobile from Mobile People showroom located in Ishmeet Chowk, Model Town Extension. Purchasing was done on 15th March, 2016 vide their invoice no. 13385
                          That time, a representative of SYSKA GADGET INSURANCE COMPANY-Mr Ravi present in the showroom, persuaded me to purchase SYSKA INSURANCE POLICY as he told me about its benefits incase of theft and damage. I purchased the policy for Rs.1199.
                          In the month of September 2016, the touch screen of my mobile got defected and I filed an insurance claim by fulfilling all the formalities with complaint number [protected] dated 13/09/2016.
                          Then on 22nd September, 2016 I couriered the required documents on Pune’s address which was asked by SYSKA to submit by sending sms on my mobile number..
                          On 6th October, 2016 my mobile was picked up by courier company.
                          And it has been now more than two months that I have not got any update about the status of my mobile. I feel completely harassed.
                          Neither of the local representative of SYSKA Company could do anything, except Mr Ravi who helped me in uploading the required documents.
                          Yesterday, I was able to get the number of place in Pune where I have sent the documents. There a person told me that whosoever has been working here has left the place and there is no track of any handsets or other gadgets which has been picked up for repair.
                          The entire episode is disgusting and the consumers need to be aware of such fraudulent insurance policies.

                            My payment was supposed to be credited to my account in 90-120 days, its around 160 days right until today. I did spoke to many of their customer service executives so far, but they keep on extending date of crediting money. later this week when I was in touch with one of their senior executive I was told that my name was listed in some kind of 'urgent list' and they will resolve my problem at the earliest. Even though I have their word I would like to have a proper explanation and date of crediting the amount from their part. Since being your customer its my right to know the details in a transparent manner. still they don't give a proper reply .

                              This with reference to my complaint no.[protected], I had logged the complaint on 15.07.2016 and my handset had been picked up within 10 days of the complaint. All the documents was submitted correctly and on time as per the checklist and the requirements of Syska policies.

                              I think your organization doesn't believe in keeping up the customer values.

                              It has been very long time to be precise almost 6 months neither I had heard anything from you guys nor I am able to connect you via toll free number, it always keeps me on wait and then gets disconnected after 15 mins. I will provide everything bt syska has nt given me money..[protected] apprx. Amount.. N if amount is nt given by syska then i will go consumer court for further sub complaining..

                                  Hi, my name is bhanu naphray. My complained no. is [protected] . I requested you on 12 July. My mobile phone's screen got damage. I complained more than 20 times to your costumer care centre . I have submitted all the documents (which are required)to your website, but from that day I'm waiting for any good solution as well as my phone from your side. Then you told me that you will give me cashback for my mobile . For this i have given you a cancel cheque .Today is[protected], almost more than 5 months from the date i claimed. Till i have not get my mobile or any cashback amount. So tell me what can i do now for geting my mobile or cashback amount...because i dont think that you can do anything..

                                    Sir, this is a complaint regarding the harrasment done by the syska gadget insurance company, i purchased a new phone on 22/4/16 and get it insured by the syska gadget insurance, but my phone got broke after 3 months as it was still in the guarantee period and also was inthe insurance period, so i filed a claim for my phone. then as suggested buy syska gadget secure, i deposited my phone for repair/replacement on 7/9/2016 and completed all the formalities as asked by the insurance company, and then the company totally deceived me without any reason, i tried to contact customer care so many times at first they used to pick up my phone and told me that your phone will be provided tomorrow but they lied to me clearly, so i tried again and again they did the same tthey lied and now it has been 4 months since the complaint and they stopped even picking up my phone, they have blocked my number, and now i am totally helpless, unable to do anything. They even talked to me in a very irrresponsible way, iam totally disturbed now, my whole business depends on the phone and now i do not have any phone. and i am in a big loss i am unable to do anything it has become very serious problem now, my business is totally down just because of this SYSKA GADGET INSURANCE. Now i am in veruy serious problem, i hope you will consider this complaint, it is very urgent i am unable to do anything.

                                      My problem is about my cell phone has your insurance i have registered the complain on 5/12/2016 my phone has been pick up on 9/12/2016 received with you on 12/12/2016 after that i have call 50 time to know the status about my cell phone but no proper satisfaction answer and after that only 24/12/2012 my phone received with your concern team and now its 30/12/2012 no process has done about my estimation about my cell phone.
                                      Now i say the whole syska gadget secure bloody full peoples i[censored] all don't know to do the process of insurance to do the process just go to hell do ur own business. Don't make fool to customer. I have already said the problem 95 time till today but know action has been taken. So i request the bloody fool syska please repair my cell phone before 02/01/2017 and it should get it to me. My complain num:[protected].
                                      To whom so ever it may concern i m giving warning to ur syska do the process of my cell phone fast and hand it over to me or i know how to do the process to get my cell phone by court legal action by doing cases of harassment on call.

                                      We have purchased LED Lights from EM Enterprises Roorkee dt.25.02.2016 24Nos. of SSK-ST-25W and 24 Nos. of SSK-ST-50W.

                                      Further, we would like to inform you that out of 48Nos., 30 Nos. LED Lights are not in working condition, as they are fused.
