My complaint No. [protected]
I have reported incident on 27th oct'16 on accidental damage of my mobile and submitted all my documents in courier on 1st nov'16. My handset pickup was scheduled on 5th nov'16 and 19th nov'16.
Till now I did not get any response from Syska that when my handset will be picked up. When it will be repaired. When it will be dropped.
Whomever I contact on customer care. They simply say they don't know. After a long quarrel with Syska senior executive Mr. Bala, my pick up was scheduled on 6th Dec'16. But again received a message today that pickup was cancelled. I don't know what is happening.
Now I am afraid to give my mobile and afraid that my mobile will be returned back or not, even if it is picked up.
No body in customer care knows any information other than the call we make to enquire.
Really very frustrated with the service.
Not sure why these type of insurance are sold by dealers. No any estimation or turn around time to claim the insurance.

I want my money for which I bought insurance back. after all Syska is ready to do NOTHING for my claim.

Still not got my money back. It is going to be two years and syska call now and ask whether i got my mobile serviced? Worst experience ever

    I have handed over my oppo find7 handset to your service center in moradabad on 27/06/2016 now its more that 5 months and i haven't received my handset back, the guys at service center continuously telling that the claim still not received from syska but the due date of delivery of handset was 23/07/2016.

    Please let me know how many more days i have to wait for my handset get repaired and handed over back to me.

      I had bought syska gadget secure insurance for my mobile s7 edge.
      Unfortunately my mobile got damaged and i lodged a complaint 02NOV They ask me to wait for 48 hrs as per syska agent he advise that will get claim approval call but we did not receive any call later on i spoke to few of tl and supervisor they are more worst than agent on 08nov they ask me to send docs by courier and it did that task on very same day being as customer i did all work on time but dont receive docs till 20Nov every time they ask to wait for 48 hrs .But as per courier company they deliver it on 11nov .finally after calling toll free no couple time I made so many complaint and request to pick my handset finally they got it picked on 24nov and its in service center but they dont start their work as they need complaint from syska yesterday i cal them they ask to wait agin as per Samsung being as premium customer they repair phnoe with 2 to 03days but as per insurance i dont know how much time they will take to give my phone back in good condition.
      No one seems to be bothered.
      Very unprofessional company.
      Pathetic customer service.
      Can someone do some thing it almost more than month i am chasing syska .really pissed

        My self Kishore kaushik complaint no. [protected] my claim was approved in may month but still I haven't got my amount. The information customer care provided me was totally useless, here m waiting for last 6 months this is the way you treat your customers. Now am gonna file a complaint in consumers forum as well in nearest police station. Its your responsibility to take action on my claim. Or atleast give me a genuine reason why my amount is getting late. And stop making fake promises about 100% money back.

          My phone (Iphone 6s) was stolen on 13th of june, 2016. I had applied for insurance claim with syska on 14th june. They asked me to submit mandatory documents like the phone bill, police fir copy, mobile service provider's declaration, etc. All documents were first submitted online. It is to be noted here that document submission itself took one month. They kept writing stating that documents are not complete and asked me to resubmit the docs multiple times. Finally they confirmed receipt of all documents around 11th/12th of july. The approval for the claim was done on 19th of july. After the approval, they asked me to submit the original documents at their office. I couriered all the documents to their pune office on 19th and it was received by them on 20th of july. They confirmed having received it and informed me that it will take 90-120 days for payment to be received. As of today, it is 127 days, and no commitment from syska team. They are not even committing a date and the customer care department is filled with juniors who do not know the actual status of the payment.

          Please help me get my money.

            I owner of gee cee telecom having unsatisfied customers due to poor working regarding pick ups arranged by syska gadget secure company. No heed paid pending intimations more than 1.5 months. No response from asm and regional manager. Pathetic service.in touch with abm mailed him the issues. 0% satisfaction. I as a dealer is in big time mess. No valid reason they have to tell it's clients. Wrong posting of pendencies on the email as my email is [protected]@gmail.com but they are messaging me about the pendency on wrong email i'd i. E [protected]@aol.com. Attached the photos of customer name along with its intimation i'd and followed by their respective registered contact numbers. Because of companies lacking we are suffering harassment.

                I think that why i am taken syska insurance i doesnot get feedback from syska call center as well regarding this. They only answered me that they can't give details when they will got details then they will informed me.

                  I had bought syska gadget secure insurance for my mobile.
                  Unfortunately my mobile got damaged and i lodged a complaint two months back.
                  One month back my mobile was collected for repair.
                  I have been writing to them every day and get the same automated reply that work is in progress.
                  I have also been calling them every day and get the same reply that work is in progress.
                  Where is my mobile???
                  Is there any time plan for repair???
                  No one seems to be bothered.
                  Very very unprofessional company.

                    In reference of various emails related to CIN No [protected] is still in process no online status updated since last 1 month. I filled case on 10th september 2016 its almost more than 70 days, there is a no information is being provided by customer support as well. Although my hands have been tied up through your process i can not satisfy my self bcz no one knows the status and can not tell me when it could be finished. I spoke to customer care various times they are also wondering how your case took that much time, why all these i cant understand. Your email reply also a standard email which is common to all. Can you please specify my case and reply accordingly also let me know how much time would you take to rectify my case. Since i made mistake to avail syska policy but now its beyond the limit i can not to any things. I felt ZERO customer support from syska team.
                    It is requested you to kindly let me know the status of my cell phone and get it done repaired or replace immediately.

                    In reference of previous complaint, still syska gadget secure is not behaving like a responsible company where they full fill there commitments. This is one of the most fraud company of india are cheating with the consumer. In my case after 70 days they approve the case on 13 december 2016 but still no clarity on the issue, when i call to call center there is a no person or i may say not authorized to share information regarding the process and issue. Whatever the information i can check through syska web portal they tell only the same than where is the need of call center thus customer support services in less than ZERO. I request you to kindly check there systems and process and also consumer satisfaction level, definitely you will found big gap between the company and consumer. Due to all these process and working behavior of Syska, got frustrated and feeling my hands bound to take any action against them. Syska has planned full proof system to play fraud with consumer as no one can contact with the company higher office except call canter. It is requested you to kindly help me in this matter as i am highly unsatisfied with syska working process.

                      There is a harassed Customer of syska gadget secure I am Priyanka I purchased my IPhone 6 16 GB grey colour on 2nd feb 2016. I have mistaken to purchasing syska gadget secure also. My phone was damaged on 13th sep 2016 and I complained on syska customer care they give me complain no. [protected] and said to me to upload all document so I uploaded all documents on time to time. Then after few days I got the information that my has been complaint cancelled due to wrong IMEI no. Syska was having my IMEI no. of sixteen digits instead of fifteen digits.
                      There is a 1 digit extra in IMEI no. with syska team so I call so many times on syska customer care and I had to go to shopkeeper from where I purchased my Phone then they helped me to open my case again on 19 sep 2016. Then they asked to courier all documents on given address so I sent the courier of all my document on exact time. Then on 1st oct 2016 they took the phone from me. Then after they said on 19th Oct my claim was approved. After that on 28th oct 2016 Syska team said to me that my phone is not in repairable condition & Phone needs to be exchanged. Then I received an email that Syska has handed over my phone to apple center B2X netaji subhash palace for exchange. After that I got the email & Message on 5th Nov 2016 that my phone is ready to be collected. Then I call on B2X Apple care they said your phone has been picked up by syska on 5th Nov 2016 & Syska team is not having any record of my phone. Now its 19th November 2016 I didn’t even know where is my phone is. I daily call on syska customer care they said I forward your case to concern department and when I mailed on syska they said please accept our apologies and please cooperate. What can I do Syska ? I am totally harassed now.
                      This kind of services I am getting from Syska. Shall I take help from Social Websites (Facebook, Twitter) now to escalate my issue with Syska.
                      Requesting you to handover my phone to me.

                          With great frustration am sending this email, me and my husband had been following with en number of people to get a proper feedback about the service of mobile a7 that was given more than 2 months back. Inspite of regular follow up there is no proper revert on it. We are totally disappointed by the service syska provides. Poor customer support.

                          Need a feedback from you all as to when i will get my phone back. We will have no options rather than taking it forward and making a complaint.

                          Will wait for a call either to me or my husband as to when our phone will be delivered back. If not possible we want the refund of whatever amount we paid. Will highly recommend everyone not to opt syska due to my case which is not been solved from last 4 months.

                            I bought a samsung galaxy s6 edge plus last year in september and got it insured from syska gadget secure (m/s leehan retails pvt ltd) for one year.
                            Within the claim period, my phone's screen got damaged and after numerous emails, my claim got approved.
                            I submitted all the documents and now even after two mnths have passed and i have made endless calls to customer care, nothing has happened.

I got a accident in august then my phone got damaged so i claim in syska customer care, they accept my complain then i go to next process to get insurence to syska on 9th august 2016. I uploaded my all douctment whict they demand but now 3 month he make me fool or say u hve uploaded wrong douctment until i upload my all correct douctment then he say u hve uploaded wrong douctment oh 31 aug 2016 but i am not any upload douctment on 31 aug. They make me fool before 3 month so i want to complain to the syska gadget secure company regarding insurence. My syska complain no is [protected] and my insurance value is 13500 rs. So please help me as soon as possible i am a student and i m in problem before threee months.

                                My handset damaged accidentally on 30/05/2016. After that i immediately made contact with syska customer care & provided details.
                                As per communication with syska gadget secure i have uploaded documents on their website & gone to their local office for submission of cellphone but they denied to accept it due to their issues with syska gadget secure. Finally they pick up damaged cellphone on 10/06/2016. After which completion of their legal formalities took several days & my claim is approved on 24/06/2016. As per communications with them accepted delivery date was 25/08/2016. But till date my cellphone not received & their local agent telling me that my cellphone is repaired, but cost of repairing not paid by syska. So they will not give me my cellphone. I made contact with syska gadget secure agent but they are not responding properly.
                                Please help me.

                                  I have purchased i phone 7, 1 month ago and taken insurance policy worth 2999 of syska and i lost it on 9th November 2016 and made complaint on 10th november, somebody snached my phone and they are telling me that it is not in their policy, how come it is possible ?

                                  Hi, This is Priti Vishwakarma.

                                  I have placed order of SAMSUNG 80cm (32) HD Ready LED TV from Flipkart. I ordered the product on 30th October 2016. It has been delivered on 5th of November, Sunday.

                                  They gave the assurance that installation process will be done with in 48 hours but it has not been done & i haven't received any call from them also they did not even gave any kind o[censored]pdate regarding it.

                                  After that i called to customer care, then the customer care person said that it will be done on 8th of November 2016, and also sent me updated email regarding it. But again it has not been done. They did not called also did not informed me that they are not coming to install.

                                  Again i called, again the same answer that sorry for inconvenience but ma'am it will be done on 10th of November. Again i waited but 10th November they did not came to install nor i got any update. Every time they telling me wait till 7.30 pm and after that i am getting answer that it will be done by tomorrow. And now new date for installation is 11th November 2016, that is also gone.

                                  This same happens on 11th November - they dint came come 11th also.
                                  Now there is no update from Flipkart when they are going to come to install.
                                  i am suffering from problem.

                                  I am calling them since last 5 days and getting the same answer that sorry it will be done tomorrow. Till now i haven't received any call & they are telling me to wait 15th November & for this also they have not informed.
                                  The customer care person is also not talking well.

                                  Its a request to every one do not take product from Flipkart as the service they are giving is to customer is 3rd class infact worst then that.
                                  Please try to solve my problem.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    Still nothing is happening on my case, so many calls i made to your customer care but still they are not able to reply .

                                    Still not getting any kind of further information for repairs of mobile Samsung S7 edge and it's delivery.

                                    It is more than one month for entire process and it was told that within a month entire process will finish but after so many calls to customer care service also, I not getting suitable answer and process system of Syska.

                                    Website showing that the phone is repaired and ready for delivery and your customer care unable to help out .

                                    Please if somebody senior can help me to resolve the issue.

                                      Current Status : Claim Approved, Job card is in process
                                      Speaking to : Mr. Salman - Senior Supervisor

                                      I am writing this mail after waiting for 155+ days for my Claim amount as
                                      approved by LEHAN Rs. 31899, on dated 16/05/2016 17:19pm.

                                      Nobody in their organisation Knows when i will get the claim amount.
                                      Neither they know what is the exact status. No one reply to e-mails ?
                                      I need one clear answer - when will i get my money.

                                      The entire documentation has been processed a month back. I am stil waiting for the next steps. My mobile is damaged and its I phone 6s+ and I am not sure what should I do for the same. Even the customer care is also not responsive in this matter.

                                        My claim has rejected...my phone gionee was sudden damage during riding...but syska giving other comments...syska has already responsible for any damage of phone...losses...nobody wants to damage his phone...why these type of insurance we does...have we any benefit?...
                                        why we does of 1000...1000 rs insurance...?...if the company does not capable to resolve the problems of customer, plzo do not give silly hopes to theme...
