Do you think you can beat this company by posting your comments here. We have to be together and then beat this company. I have been also cheated by this company. Now they should know the power o[censored]s. They should know its because o[censored]s they are existing. We are their customers who have brought them to such big heights. If you just calculate 2000 as their normal insurance into 500000 Customers minimum. Just check what is the figure they are in profit for giving only 10% of the service.

If you all want to take revenge from this Syska Fraud company. I have a much better plan where this company will have to give the solution to our problems and solve it.

Its time where we all have stand and fight together and they should realize what money we are paying for the insurance is not free. It’s is our hard earned money.

Those who want solution to their problem come forward and stand with me. I have someone in their company who will help us to fight with them and share all their secrets of making us fool.

    i am still waiting for my payment even after 150 days have passed..pathetic service...syska is a cheat company...i suggest everyone not to buy any kind of insurance from these guys
    my phone was sent to total loss unexpectedily in may 2016 and whole document procedure was completed by 31st may 2016 and from 1 june the process for claim was started..since then a long time has passed and nothing positive has come out..disgusting

      I had taken insurance policy of my mobile from syska gadget secure. As per them my claiming tat is 120 days. But already now it's 124 completed, but still i didn't receive any kind of payment from syska gadget secure. As whenever i call to the customer care they are asking me to wait some days and asking me your card is in process. Now i had lost my patience. Kindly help me to get my claiming amount of rs. 11150/- as soon as possible. i requested you to send my claim amount as soon as possible..

      Nobody exist in Syska ..its a company running on air and some fools are running it.They don't have Manager to escalate my issue and get it solved.

          CIN no. [protected] I have registered the complaint on 10 jul 2016 and submitted the cell phone in assigned service centre by syska on 14 jul 2016. My claim got approved on 01 sep 2016. After visiting to service centre they told me that my phone will not get repair and the same had been communicated with syska. I placed more than 100 calls to syska for my cell phone and instead of giving resolution they respond with the same answer that they will forward my complaint to concern department.             I Purchased the Insurance Policy of Syska (Leehan) for my Samsung Smart Phone which categorically covered Accidental Damages. But when my Phone fell down accidentally thereby damaging its Screen with no display thereafter, these guys rejected the same!!
            I dont understand, on what basis after takin 1.5 months can they reject such straight forward claim.

                I have taken my mobile insurance in June 2015 and I lost my phone when it was under insurance.according to company policy there was a line that was mentioned on policy card .you can get your claim with in 15 days but now company policies has been changed now it is 90- 120days to get claim .my claim has been cleared in may 2016 but now 120 days exceed but there is no positive response from syska gadget secure..

                  I have registered the complaint on 31st may, 2016 and submitted the cell phone in assigned service centre by syska on 3rd june, 2016. My claim got approved on 1st august, 2016 and the expected delivery date was 17th august, 2016. After visiting to service centre they told me that my phone will not get repair and the same had been communicated with syska. I placed more than 100 calls to syska for my cell phone and instead of giving resolution they respond with the same answer that they will forward my complaint to concern department (God knows where the hell this concern department is present). I had been told that if my cell phone doesn't get repair within the 3months of the approval date i. E 01/08/2016 then i will get 90% of the invoice amount (I have recorded all the calls). Now 3 months time period is over and till now also syska (The careless company) doesn't know about my case. I am fedup of all this things and now i am going to complaint against syska in consumer court. Syska is the worst company i have ever seen who doesn't care about their customers and the issue they are facing. Today is 2nd november, 2016 till now also their is no response from syska about my case.

                  It has been over 6months from the day of registration and over 3months from the day of approval of my claim, every time i have to call and remind them about my cell phone.

                  I want 90% of invoice amount (As confirmed by one of the customer care executive that ' if my cell phone doesn't get repair within 3 months from the approval date then i will get 90% of invoice amount').

                    They are giving theft protection in the policy and when i claimed for the theft activity they are denying giving me silly reasons. Please help me.

                            The complaint is generated after multiple attempts of speaking on syska helpline & sending them several mails regarding the problem we are facing in the process of phone damage insurance claim.

                            I took the syska insurance for samsung s6 phone & in around march 2016 i requested for the damage claim, in that process everything was okay, my papers were accepted and i was asked to sumbit my phone as per there policy to get it repaired. But the time they asked for the phone to be submitted i was out of station due to which i could not submit my phone & the damage claim complaint was closed. So that makes it very clear that no phone was submitted and no repair was done.

                            Now (14th sept 2016 compalint no. [protected]) again when my phone screen was damaged i contacted the syska team to ask.. Opt. 1 can my previous complaint be reopened and can i submit my phone under that complained as i could never take that claim or opt.2 what is the procedure to give a new claim complaint. There and then i was told to make a new complaint as the previous claim was already closed, with again submitting the whole story & papers.

                            I did all that, called and reported the incident, uploaded all the documents and story on syska gadget secure website. And on approval of that i was asked to courier all these documents & damages photos on there pune address which i did on 26th sept 2016.

                            After all that, i got the message from syska to submit our phone to the syska team who came to my house and took the phone. (8 oct 2016:phone given reciept screenshot attached). Later i started recieving messages of the "some docunents are not complete and due to which the claim will not ve proceeded with the documents mentioned under tye same message, which i had already submitted" (Screenshot attached) we called several times on syska helpline and told them the complete story that when there was no phone submitted then from where should we generate a invoice of repair??!! They had no answer for that and kept on saying we need an invoice then only we will proceed... I told them several time that how can a invoice be generated of something which is not even repaired... They asked to mail that too, i wrote a mail. Mailed them several times... But no response, noe my phone is with them for 2 weeks and i am asked to send them invoice of previous repair which do not even exist!

                            The syska team is not at all cooperative or are helping us find a solution and only stuck on previous claim invoice... I am fully fed up telling the same story to many syska employees as they do not check the latest updates and keep calling to ask for previous invoice... I have told each one of them several time that kindly check my mails to syska that explains the whole scenario but still they insist to hear the whole story from me and keep the phone saying we will now check the mail and revert in 48hrs... That has never happened and my phone is still with them... I am stuck with a damaged phone kept with them with no repair that they would do.. And they simply end up saying, if you want your phone write us a mail (Again) to send your phone back... I am wondering what kind of help is this when you are putting your customer in so much trouble and what are the syska employees sitting there to call us for? When they cant simply convey a message and for every small thing i have to writr a mail and for that also i dont get any replies!!!

                            So the complaint is against the syska insurance company for making all this as a joke, troubling the customer, without tallying the old records i am forced to generate an invoice of a repair that never happened as i never submitted my phone & due to which has stopped the procedure of my current phone repair claim and still have the phone with them and keep asking us to either mail the invoice or mail for your phone return without repair.

                            Hope i get a solution & all these efforts bring in a positive result.

S : as per all the documents & screenshots, it was nowhere mentioned that the reciept of previous claim is a mandatory document to submit, and when they took our phone then they are calling and telling to submit the invoice of repair, which did not even happen as no phone was submitted.

                            I bought set of 6 LED syska bulbs from paytm a month ago, after one month, its not working...know one is rplying, customer care number is for no use...I shouldn't buy any syska products, biggest mistake I shopped online...they have poor customer support..

                              My handset water damaged on 20/07/2016. After that i immediately made contact with syska customer care & provided details.
                              As per communication with syska gadget secure i have uploaded documents on their website & gone to their local office for submission of cellphone but they denied to accept it due to their issues with syska gadget secure. Finally they pick up damaged cellphone on 02/08/2016. After which completion of their legal formalities took several days & my claim is approved on 29/08/2016. As per communications with them accepted delivery date was 29/09/2016. But till date my cellphone not received & their local agent telling me that my cellphone is repaired, but cost of repairing not paid by syska. So they will not give me my cellphone. I made contact with syska gadget secure agent but they are not responding properly.
                              Please help me.

                                My handset damaged accidentally on 30/05/2016. After that i immediately made contact with syska customer care & provided details.
                                As per communication with syska gadget secure i have uploaded documents on their website & gone to their local office for submission of cellphone but they denied to accept it due to their issues with syska gadget secure. Finally they pick up damaged cellphone on 10/06/2016. After which completion of their legal formalities took several days & my claim is approved on 24/06/2016. As per communications with them accepted delivery date was 25/08/2016. But till date my cellphone not received & their local agent telling me that my cellphone is repaired, but cost of repairing not paid by syska. So they will not give me my cellphone. I made contact with syska gadget secure agent but they are not responding properly.
                                Please help me.

                                  My phone got damaged in an accident and u reported the same to suska with complete details and they registered my complaint for the same but the whole run around started when they they started making excuse that my claim cannot process as I had bought insurance under my name while the phone was bought under my elder brother . When I bought the insurance they didn't even bother to ask me that under who's name is the phone, they just ask me my name and registered under my name I. E taranjeet singh anand and later when the claim process started they started avoiding my claim saying that phone is undermy bro name i e upkar singh anand and the insurance is taken under taranjeet singh anand . They didn't bothered to check at first point at time of selling the name and now disclaiming my claim and make me run around for my claim .. its very disappointing to see syska being such a big brand is fooling people and playing with their emotion ...

                                    My phone got accidentally damaged on01/08/2016 . I registered claim on same day. Every time I submit a document, they raised a query that they need another document.
                                    Finally, I submitted the phone on 8 th August. After 12 days, Claim got approved on 19th August, 2016.

                                    I have not received the phone till today (18th, oct, 2016), Its been 2 month and 19 days.

                                    I also got to know that their tie up got suspended with Samsung because they don't pay the Samsung service centre.
                                    They keep telling me every day that you will get your phone the next day.

                                    And today they said that spare part is not available.
                                    please make some solution for my problem.

                                        I Arun kumar Sinha live in ambikapur Chattishgarh, Purchase Mobile (Gionee F103) From BABU Bhai Electronics.I have Insured my mobile from SYSKA GADGET SECURE, Now on 12/10/2016 my mobile got damage due to two cow are fighting and they run to my side and mobile slip to my hand and got damage.Then i talk to SYSKA customer care executive they suggest me to Upload document in syskagajetsecure, but when i tried to upload my document file is not uploading it is showing file is bigger but i have click the photo from my phone only, And as i have allready done my process in your time given but it is not my foult your site is not uploading my documents.
