Suffered loss of about one lakh for want of mobile. Immediate remedial action for repair or reimbursement of total amount of phone I.e. 44000/- with damages for deficiencies in service. Prashant

      Syska Claim No. [protected] was submitted on the 3rd Of August 2016. 6th the handset was submitted to the assigned authorize service centre Mobitronics Samaung Service Centre Kalachowki Mumbai 33. 13th Aug the claim got approved & till date 2nd Oct i havent received my handset. Ridiculous service provided by the service centre n syska is the most unorganized claim company .

        Its been more than more than 3 months that have complaint for damage claim. Every time when i call for then they say have forwarded your call to are concern department they will call u. With in 48hrs they will collect your handset. Every alternate day i have been calling then. I dont know what 48hrs they talk about that never come. I am sick of the company. I guess its a fake company and they don't give any claim.

          This is regarding my iphone 6S.

          I do not know what you people want from me!

          I have been chasing you since 2.5 months!

          My level two got cleared after 45 days after making my life hoorible on 29
          August 2016.

          Within 30 days you will get your phone back after reparing!

          I have been calling you people again on toll free number, it has been more
          than a month after level two!

          I have been calling the service center they say there is managment issue
          between sysksa and us! We have repaired your phone but we can not give it
          you as we have not received confirmation of payment.

          You people say that you will call me back but you never.
          Now if l dont get my phone back within a day, i will go to police and
          consuner forum.

            I gave my phone on august 26 2016. the company said they will return with in 30 days according to their company policies.the company is trying to cheat me.Actually the matter is the company is already in debt with service center for an amount of rs.200000.i called to service center they said syska company is in debt of rs.200000 and first they should pay the money to service center then only they will repair my phone it seems.

              Sir, i have mobile samsung j7, my mobile's keyboard is required repair so i had lodged complaint at syskagadgetsecure.com on dated 04.08.2016, complaint no. Is [protected]. Then i had submit required documents to syska gadet secure service counter in samsung service center located at 5th road, near kohinoor cinema, jodhpur for repair on dated 08.08.2016 but still my mobile not received, i have talked many times physically and on telephonic to syska gadget secure service center.
              I have check online status of my complaint which is showing that your mobile expected delivery date is 17.09.2016, but the company still not given my repaired phone. Also counter of syska is sifted to other location. Kindly take necessary action against company and return my mobile.

                Iam durgesh anand.. Mob no. [protected]... On 10 sept 2016 my mobile phone touch was broken.. I registered the complain with complain no.[protected]... Today i called syska customer care about my complain status and they said that my complain was rejected.. They said they dont give any insurance for the accidental events like phone slipping from hand, slipping from pocket, purse etc etc and they will provide insurance if my phone should be damaged in road accident.. But on the front of the book of the syska package it is clearly written that "jane kab phone gir jaye ya chori ho jaye", jane kab phone gir jaye means phone slipping from hand, pocket or purse... So this is totally fraud company and guys please dont buy its product because this insurance is can't be claimable because if any road accident will be happen with anyone then that person must not be able to registered complain in syska secure within 48 or 24 hrs coz he could be seriously injured and admitted to hospital and even if he is not seriously injured even then that person cant be able to register the complain due to lots of reasons.. So this company is totally fraud... I need my claim as fast as possible otherwise i will do a police complain...

                    This is regarding insurance claim of my handset. I purchased cellphone on 12/02/2016 and on same date purchased syska gadget secure. On 30/05/2016 my handset is accidental physical damaged. After that i immediately made contact with syska customer care & provided details.
                    As per communication with syska gadget secure i have uploaded documents on their website & gone to their local office (Nam: kishor kasar; address: infiniity computer services, 1st floor, satdham complex, near kotak mahendra bank mondha naka, jalna road, aurangabad, maharashtra) for submission of cellphone but they denied to accept it due to their issues with syska gadget secure. Finally they pick up damaged cellphone on 10/06/2016. After which completion of their legal formalities took several days & my claim is approved on 24/06/2016. As per communications with them accepted delivery date was 25/08/2016. I have taken follow up after 25/08/2016 continuously. But they are not responding properly. Please help me to get my repaired cellphone or refund equivalent to my cellphone price.

                        My handset is secure with syska insurance policy . firstly i complained about my damaged handset to customer care on 26.06.16 .after more then 20 days the provide me a service center 55 km away from my city (hisar) and said submit your hand set to delite mobile shop which is in fathebad .and i reach there on next day but service center could not accept my hand set and said to me we have no information about your complain . after this syska employee said again submit your handset to delite mobile n hard copy of all documents .again i go there n submit my handset but their next issue is re upload documents .and we upload document again and also a hard copy is provide to the service center . after this they reject my document n close my job card and said you take your handset and said touch up your handset with your own money we could not pay any amount .
                        more then two months they manipulate me that your job card in process every time and this is the 4th time i have to go to fathebad n take back my handset without any solution .
                        why i take syska insurance policy when i will pay all amount to damaged part ? i want my policy money and my 4 time up down fare .i want justice .

                        Dear sir,
                        After i raise complain to you about my case, the insurance progress is move slowly and the pass my claim on 14/10/2016 but after this there is silence . i call multiple times to syska gadget secure customer service but they all are give same speech that your case is progress on priority bases and our company is thankful to you for your patience and after this no mail no feedback. After every 10 days i ring customer care to know about my case but same things happen every time. On 26 dec 6 months completed of this case. My phone is now out of warranty, my up and down fare to fathebad is waste now, my insurance amount is waste now, most important my time is waste . Sir why i insured my phone for this, why i wait for for this.

                          I nitin verma got my samsung e7 phone purchased in october 2015 insured at the time of purchase through syska gadget secure. On 5 sep 2016 due to an accident the display got damaged and the same day i registered the matter for claim with syska gadget secure on their toll free number[protected]. A job card no or cin was assigned to me which is [protected]. I was asked to submit requisite documents for the claim which i did.in the documents i also provided a estimate for repair taken from authorized service center of samsung. After this i was intimated that the phone will be picked from my home for repairing. On 10 sep 2016 it was picked up by a courier agency (Delhivery) assigned by syska gadget secure for the purpose. Now till date every time when i call syska customer care a verbatim information is provided that a job no has been assigned to your complaint and a service center will be assigned to you. Surprisingly they don't have the information that as per the company policy the phone has already been picked up from my home. Further more they do not have any information of whereabouts of the place where my phone has been delivered. On every call when i ask about the service center where my phone has been sent they tell me that they cannot provide me the information as per their company policy. When i ask them in how many days will i get the approval of claim, they say that time for approval cannot be provided, but your phone will be returned to you within 30 days of final approval. It is highly confusing from when the countdown of 30 days will begin because till date they have not been able to provide me simple information regarding whereabouts of my phone, time required for final approval, time required for repairing and finally returning the phone. Further more i am also afraid that they might not misuse the contact details available on my phone. Even i have not got any reply for the mails sent on [protected]@syskagadgetsecure.com. The company is least bothered about the problems being faced by customers due to their lack-luster, lazy, unethical and pathetic behavior. I am highly frustrated and tired of following up. Kindly help me in getting my phone back

                          With reference to the above complaint filed by myself I would like to add an information which I gathered with my own efforts. For claim I specifically selected the city as Chandigarh. but was surprised to know that as per the courier agency details my phone has been sent to Rohtak, Haryana. Even though I specifically selected Chandigarh for Claim Settlement city reason behind sending it to Rohtak, Haryana is a mystery. Further when I called up the customer care no, they gave a silly reply that they are unaware of the reason and the matters of this kind are handled by different department. When asked for contact details of the concerned department they said they cannot provide the same as it is not available with them. Further more it was told to me that Syska has a tie up with an external insurance company for their insurance product. It is this company which is handling the claims and surprisingly they don't have its information for how to contact them. It seems like a racket being run by big companies. Because of the processing system of claim my thoughts are gaining weight daily.

                              My phone got accidentally damaged on 23rd July, 2015. I registered claim on 23rd July, 2016. Every time I submit a document, they raised a query that they need another document.
                              Finally, I submitted the phone on 4th August. After 12 days, Claim got approved on 16th August, 2016.

                              I have not received the phone till today (17th Sep, 2016), Its been 1 month and 24 days.

                              I also got to know that their tie up got suspended with Samsung because they don't pay the Samsung service centre.
                              They keep telling me every day that you will get your phone the next day.
                              They have now raised an issue that my phone's motherboard got damaged.

                                My phone was accidently damaged .I have submited my handset to syska 124 days before now. I am contacting syska since 4 months and they keep on saying that our deadline to deliver phone is between 60 - 120 days .

                                Today 124 days has been crossed and i still didn't get my cell phone .
                                Also they are cheating as by putting the false status of device on their website . The status is device repaired but the service center says that no work has been done on mobile yet . Every time i am calling their customer care i am getting a new reason behind delay

                                This is a fraud .

                                I would recommend syska insurance to those people who have black money. Syska is the biggest fraud company in India. Never ever buy their insurance plan. Its been a month i m calling them for claim. No response. Making excuses all the time.

                                    that it is been accidentally fallen & from my had becouse of push given by my
                                    back side, but ur policy says that its not a accident, & rejected my complaint
                                    for this dtupid reason that it is not in our policy, i am not happy with your services & in future i will never going to buy insurance by your company,
                                    & also i will suggest others not to buy insurance by this company, & now i am
                                    going to publish this complaint on social networking sites also. fraud company.

                                      I had bought 10 nos syska led bulbs from Sale4 trade, Lajpatnagar delhi against an on-line order placed with snapdeal, during february 2016.Many of them have gone bad- either fused/dimmed/or flickering AND need replacement.They have 2 year warranty. snapdeal directed to supplier who is pointing to the manufacturer who in turn are suggesting to contact supplier. How to tackle this and get replacement?

                                      a local regular supplier of electricals dealing in syska led bulbs too was persuaded to replace faulty 5 w led buls. They did so after much follow up. as such the mater is treated as resolved

                                      No response from syska, the supplier or snapdeal.Having waited so long, I requested a local syska dealer to provide replacement. they did after much persuation and follow up. this arragement however is through my own effort and outside the purview of snapdeal or the supplier.so the matter may be treated as resolved

                                      I bought insurance cover of my hand set Iphone -6 but no one ready to update status of my claim and making always new inquiry. No management detail available any where. Surelly this company will do big fraud with people of Indai. Indain company law board will have to inform for legal action against them

                                        Submitted all sort of required document yet not got any service help from syska team. Kindly provide nearest service center and claim as soon as possible. I haven't got any information regarding my claim process. Previously i complaint for change of service center location to my hometown and there was no help or feedback was provided by your syska agents.
