Syska gagdet secure is a fraud company and never provides claim. They have opened the company to do just fraud only. Thier main motive is to harras people over phone and never listen to the customer. They know that the insurance is with a girl who lives alone and despite of that fact they have sent that girl to police station 5 times for thir level of insatisfaction of report which was all fake. I will put a case on them and will take legal action against them. This kinda frauds must shut down asap.

    I lodged a claim with the company as i noticed a visible crack in my lens cover of the phone. Filed for accidental damage. The company rejected the claim stating that it is not an accidental damage. If it isn't accidental then what type of damage it is? The person at the other end wasn't even interested in understanding my concern. Like a cassette, he was repeating the same thing.

    Lens cover replacement would have cost them only 1000 bucks but with this type of service, they have lost me and friend circle as customer for ever. Totally unsatisfied with the way they play with words. They don't even bother to message or email about the claim rejection.

        My mob. No. [protected] for insurance claim detail. My mob was lost in 03-aug-2016, i have fir copy for the same. When phone lost i have immediate given information to shop owner and he requested me to get all the documents, bills. Also informed syska helpdesk number on 08-aug-2016 (Within 48 working hours)

        Syska is fraud company. There is time frame of 30 days however syska rejected my claim by saying that i have not informed syska within 48 hours.

        I talked with customer care executive 3 times no satisfactory answer from them and not received money which invest by me due to your company. It kind request to solve this issue as quick as possible.

        I am working with timesofindia news paper, i will publish this issue soon.

        Syska is fraud company and making money and not giving claim to general public.

          My mob was break in 2015 i was claim on same day after all process company person told pay money to service center your claim amount received in 45 days in your account. After sanction of claim, why this type of delay from company side and who is responsible for my money and intrest of the same.
          I talked with customer care executive 3 times no satisfactory answer from them and not received money which invest by me due to your company. It kind request to solve this issue as quick as possible.

              Here i made intimation for claim of my mobile Samsung galaxy A5 which was bought on 20/jan/2016. My claim reference no. is [protected] . after this from your department a message was received that claim has been rejected due to delay of intimation. I want to clear you that due to some reasons i was not in position to make you intimate in 48 hrs. after damage of my mobile. and also at the time of selling your product your salesperson doesn't explain the terms and condition for claim intimation they just sale your products and we people get fool by them. and doesn't make us aware of 48 hrs. in this view i request you to please consider my claim and do replacement of my mobile which is very costly and also for safety i had paid 1799 amount but just in a six months i am facing this kind of behavior and feel like a cheated somehow. my contact details are name Yagyesh Rathi contact no.[protected].

Hope you understand that my phone been fell down and broken from my pants pocket while i ride my bike in a turn. When i purchase my samsung edge 6 phone on 08/12/2015 from the galaxy mobile store in calicut, the sales person told me that if you face any damage or break within 1 year will be compensated by syska gadget secure at a cost of rs.2399. At the same time as a customer i been awarded and registered with syska. Now i found that you rejected my claim. You have to explain the reason of the above matter.                     Subject - issue in claiming the insurance.

                    Dear sir,

                    I have been trying to claim insurance on my damaged phone which is well within its insured period.

                    On 7th july, 2016, my first call was made to the call center (within 48) hours of the incident. post which i was assigned the below mentioned service centre:

                    I was verbally informed to upload the documents on the site after my claim is approved in the initial stage. the intimation of the approval has still not reached me.

                    When i tracked my complaint status is was informed that the documents and pictures of the damaged phone needs to be uploaded.

                    My handset and other documents have been submitted to the assigned service center on 12th july, 2016. (picture attached)

                    Now i have been informed that the damaged picture of the mobile phone has not been uploaded and hence the claim process is not going through.

                    The handset is in the possession of the service center assigned since the past two (2) weeks and they keep assuring me that the same would be done from their end.

                    The customer care says its my responsibility to upload the same and they cannot help in any matter.

                    As per the claim process mentioned on the official site the documents needs to be uploaded from the service center assigned.

                    I have made numerous calls to the customer care number asking their intervention and asking them to escalate the matter and in many instances i have been put on hold for a period of 5 mins and the call gets disconnected.

                    Everytime i call back, i have to narrate the entire process again to the customer care executive.

                    In the past week, i have spoken to:
                    1. priya reddy - executive
                    2. muzamil sheikh - senior manager

                    Today i have have been issued a ticket number for my complaint - rpd[protected].

                    It has been 18 days since my initial complaint been launched and the claim is not even approved not denied. please note, post this estimate and final approval the handset will be sen to repair which will take thirty (30) days.

                    A repair which usually is done within 6 hours in any service center of good repute.

                    Frustrated by the lack of progress in my claim process i asked for the nodal officers number; which i was denied without any valid reasons.

                    I was asked to send an email on email id : [protected]@syskagadgetsecure.com, which i did on 22nd july, 2016 at 13:30 hours.

                    I was told to expect a revert from them within 48 hours of the email being sent and till date i have received no such revert.

                    Every time i call the service center or the call center there are only false verbal assurances given and there is no movement on the claim process.

                    I request your kind intervention in this matter. kindly advise, if i am required to complete any formality to lodge an official complaint/consumer case against syska gadget secure as well as the assigned service center.

                    Syskagadget secure is a habitual offender is delaying the claim process to such extent that they frustrate the customer from claiming the insurance amount.

                    Hoping for a swift action from your end.

                        My phone was accidentally damaged and claim was submitted. Every few days, they keep asking for some revised documents. On 26-Jun, I uploaded revised documents and was confirmed all fine, and then on 14-July again they ask for same document. On speaking with their executive, he says document is ok and will forward request. First I had uploaded original bill, then they said that they need photocopy. I updated the same and now after 10 days they ask for original bill !!


                        Its been 50 days and Syska just keeps playing around and I am now sure that they do not want to honour their commitment and are just waiting that for me to say that give back my phone and I will do it on my own. I will also lodge complaint with IRDA, but not sure if any action will be taken as Syska may have anticipated complaints and may have suitably taken care of the IRDA also.


                        My CIN No. is [protected] and from 03-Jun when I submitted my phone, after 45 days, there is still no development. This is clear case of cheating by Syska.

                            I own a iphone 6s n when i buyed dis highly coatly gadget i secured it gth syska gadget protection.
                            N after 4 mnths, yesterday my phone was damged n i complainted syska about the product damage they registered my complaint and gave me id no:[protected],
                            N then they asked me to upload pictures of the gadget n bill n other things.
                            I uploaded as they asked n today when i see they rejected my complaint.
                            Syska just fooled me with their gadget security and today just rejected my complaint.

                              Till now my claim amount is in processs... all the time customer care representative said that ur claim amount is still in process and ur amount will b deliver shortly... bhai 145 days ho chuke hai... koi sharm hai bhi k nhi... if company k pas paise nhi hai to why should u tell people that u settled the claim in 7 working days

                                I have registered claim for repairing of my cell phone. Syska told me that i have not uploaded sufficient proof within 30 days, but i have already uploaded all necessary documents within time.
                                Further this is my 2nd claim for repairing of phone and they have told me that i have to submit repair invoice of my 1st claim, but at time of my 1st claim they refused to consider my claim and due to minor damage i have not repair phone at that time so repair invoice is not available with me, i have explained this issue so many times via phone call or emails. Further they have told me that i have to close my 1st claim before registering complaint for 2nd claim, my question is how can i close my 1st claim without information /intimation.

                                Company giving silly reasons to force close my claim.
                                Kindly look into matter.

                                  I bought an iphone on march 23rd, i was assured that i syska will cover all types of claims including damage and theft. Unfortunately my phone was stolen and i called syska customer service. Let me tell you customer service is rubbish. Agents are not aware of the process and they dont know hindi or english language. They told me to upload 8 documents which i did and after 2 days when i tracked my complaint, there i find my claim has been rejected and the interesting fact - they have given no reason for that. I called customer service and they have just one thing to say that we cannot do anything.
                                  I mean you people have let me down.
                                  You suck, your customer service sucks and mind you i will be moving to court.
                                  I will make nobody in y family, relatives, friends take your bad product.

                                    I call syska gadget when my my phone display has destroyed but at the mean while i was not getting my syska kit which i got during the insurance so i was not able to give my barcode i find my kit every where but i didn't get it.
                                    I again call syska when i got my kit. and i told the total details that i was going on a bike with friend and small stones were there on the road and it was little bit raining also so bike slipped and we both fall down and mobile comes out of my pocket and display loosed it's colour
                                    Now syska has rejected my case
                                    So i request that kindly register my case and let me use my mobile phone. i shall be very thankful to you..

                                      I had clamed my insurance on 15th april on which i got approval on 26 th april and the serice provider told me that the phone will be repaired n would be given back within 45 days bt 4 months passed till now but i didnt received my phone back till now.. Every time i contact the service provider they tell me some reasons... Company is worst in providing service... They dont even care about thd coustomer facing problem since 4 mnth... Worst experience ever... I will never think about syska ever in my life

                                        My mobile was been stolen and i have called the syskagadgetsecure they have regestered a complaint regarding that and after 2 day i have called them then they said that my complain was been rejected as there was "no forcefull or voilent activity" while theft of mobile. I think that its not a valid and safe reason to backout with the complaint.
                                        The company is fraud and just looting us by insurancing the device and not giving claim.

                                        Please take a fast action on it
