To complete the process of insurance claim they have taken my phone around 2 months ago to repair it and till now my phone is not returned to me. Each and every time they just say that it we will give you in few days but that day is not come till now.now i want my full refund back of my cell as i am tired of trying so please help me .thank you

        I had claimed insurance for my mobile phone (micromax canvas doodle) against accidental damage on 13aug16 (cin: [protected]). Firstly, the co. Took a very long time to verify the documents and after following up repeatedly for alomotst a month has come back with a stupid reply that the license copy provided is not valid since it has expired in nov'15. But i dont think this is a valid reason for rejecting the accidental damage claim since all other documents are in order. Also the plan covers accidental damage as long it is not intentional. I think the co is just trying to make fool of the customers by rejecting the claims on any stupid grounds. Please help

            sir/madam i gave my damaged phone to syska under insurance scheme for repair but they didn't give any response in last 1.5 month and when i call samsung service center ans syska company for my phone they are creating excuses and wasting my time and money so please take some action about company and service center to repair my phone ASAP.

              Our mobile phone is there for last 2 months and we are facing many problems without that so, we requested to you sir that please our case reopen it and help us to get claim back.

                My mobile was damaged on 23rd May 2016 and I raised the complaint on next day. But since then my mobile is not repaired. They said I will get my mobile in 30 days. I gave my mobile for repair on 22nd july 2016. I paid Rs.57000 for that mobile and Rs.2000 for the mobile insurance. Plesae look into the matter. Seriously, this is very annoying to contact them again and again. I would request you to please look in this matter and help me

But they kept my kash with them now its been 2 weeks I have written to [protected]@syskagcomadgetsecure and there is no reply...

                    My complaint registration no. Is [protected] dt 12.08.2016. All d required documents were uploaded on line on 19.08.2016.
                    I am writing this mail after lot of follow ups and after a very disappointing response from customer care team of syska gadget secure i. E. Toll free no.[protected] mail id [protected]@syskagadgetsecure.com) i lodge a complaint on 12.08.2016 regarding physical damage of my mobile lenovo. From that date, i am regularly following up on my claim status through syska customer care and service centre both. But all of them are saying there is no update on this, as soon as any update receive they will inform me. I asked him to provide me mail id or contact no. Of any higher authority, so that i can get exact status of the same but they are saying there is no such mail id or contact having with them. I asked them to forward my concern through their system to higher authority and ask for exact date (When will i get my claim), they did the same but again no response received. Till yet. I contacted customer care and service centre person but both have only the information which i can extract online also. If after 10 days of lodging the complaint i haven't got my claim (Not even proper update and +ve response), then what is the benefit of purchasing "syska gadget secure" @ price of more than 10% of my mobile cost. Due to this delay i purchase new mobile (Because without mobile i can do my job for so long time) i am in loss from all sides 1st - i purchase syska gadget secure" @ price of more than 10% of my mobile (Waiting for claim) i am mentally harassed. My time and money both wasted in this process so please take my request seriously and resolve my issue. I am waiting for the claim from a very long time. For mobile insurance claim 4-5 days are more than enough and it is already 10 days. I got cheated by company syska gadget secure and i don't know whom to contact for the same

                        Date of theft: 30th july, 2016 (Midnight)

                        Matter:
                        I lost my mobile (Samsung j7) on 30th july midnight. The handset was 3 months older date of purchase: 8th april, 2016it got stolen when everybody in the home were sleeping. The handset was placed besides a closed window. The theft came into notice early morning at 7:30am. I registered a complaint in the local police station as well as with syska under gadget insurance claim. Complaint number being: [protected]. Shard all the required documents with them still my claim was rejected on the basis there was no forceful activity.

                        Desirable resolution:
                        Request a refund of the total purchase amount of the handset. (Purchase amt: rs. 13800/-).

                          Respected sir/madam, i submit my handset htc desire dual sim 826c to your parle service centre. On 26 may 2016 with all the documents. After that
                          I was not recieve any call or massage or email from your side. On last saturday 20/8/2016 i visit the parle service centre to know the status of my phone but they told me to take my phone because you close the file cin [protected].
                          So now will you please tell me what to do???
                          Please be kind and guide me. Waiting for your reply.
                          All the pictures you got was provided by parle service centre and not from me.
                          When you need the pics please tell me i will send it to you.

                            I purchased syska gadget secure for my htc 728 on 28/04/2016
                            It was being snatched at andheri railway station on 27/07/2016
                            Complain for the same was being lodged with syska and andheri railway police on 29/07/2016 (Within time frame from syska 48hours of incident)

                            Their website has no information regarding the
                            Claim status, document varification status, documents accepted or rejected,
                            If rejected, what reason, every day have to call and follow, and to surprise their team never have any solution, every time they have different reason for document rejection, some time they say only 1 imei no, to be mentioned on indemnity bond, other time they say it should be hand written,
                            They dont ever reply on emails,
                            No sms alert for documents upload, rejected,
                            I am afraid its a totally fraud
                            Its totally waste of time and money.

                              Last time we give my mobil micromax e471 to your yashvant plaza indore office akhil traders and he giveme my pices after
                              40 days and he talk to me he chang pcb my pices and clear problem but my pices not proper ok after 8 days i meet to mr. Pradeep prajapat and told him to my pices problem he says to me you can use your pices after some time we check your pices
                              After fue days my pices give very problem we again go meet thair he went to micromax care centre and procces softwair my pices and give to me your pices is ok, after 15 days my pices give problem again we meet him and told my problem he says came morning 10 o'clock and submit your problem care centre but care centre clearly told me your charging pointis fully damage and all problems are give charging socket so i have once again give my pices to syska
                              It mins mr. Pradeep prajapat not complete my pice proper ly and take aprovel 9500 / apox. Amount by sysca but not satisfied custmer so lease my complain is you should complete my e471 pices free of charg and check mr. Prajapat activity he not correct pices and take charges by sysca

                                Syska is such a fraud & foolish company.. I lost my mobile in sept2015... I registered the claim for same.. But still, i didnt get any single rupees from syska... Its such an bakwaas and faltu company.. Please everyone's... Dont buy syska plan... All they are fraud.. They didn't issue the claim amount... All are bakwaas company... Customer care also dont have any knowledge... Plz dont buy syska fuska plan...

                                    I registered my complain on 22/07/2016 but still they did not provide me service center where i can get repaired my phone. My phone screen and charging device and charging jack totally damage.

                                      My name is nikhil. I have a purchased a syska security insurance worth rs 1199. At the time of purchasing the insurance agent did not showed all the documents and said all kind of damage is covered. I lodged a complaint against a damage with cin no[protected] they have rejected my complaint without any reason. My wife was walking on the road and was raining she has an umbrella with her one person came and pushed her she dropped down and her phone also dropped in water accidently. It is mentioned in syska advertisement "janne kab mobile gir jaye syska security" syska is a fraud company. They just provide the fake commitment. I will definitely take the legal action against them they are just selling the policies with a commitment that your phone is secured. I want my phone insurance to be covered.

                                        I have damaged my samsung a7 in an accident on 8th aug 16, immediately i was out of station and rushed to attend a funeral hence i could not lodge a claim within 48 hrs.. I therefore request u to consider the claim on humanitarian grounds.. Damage is already done to my handset for just because of reg time within 48 hrs may not be genuine reason to reject the claim.. Because my priority was to attend the funeral pl look into this
