While i am going to bus stop walking a bike rider has pushed me and i fall down on the road and without any external damage my mobile display is cracked.i went to samsung care for claim but they told that if you had buyed systa insurance than you can claim in that condition so i am mailing you sir for fast process.please listen my query and send mail or call meh its urgent.

    I am also victim of cheating like thousands of others, we are using phones value over 40k and paying premium to this cheaters(syska). that simply say us that your claim is rejected without giving any reasonable reason they are misguiding us by doing fraudulent advertising and making money i believe that this is new idea of syska to make ample amount of money by doing white color cheating . i would be not angry if i dont have insurance but it is feeling of complete cheating i would recommend people not to buy this cheater company's any product instead you should donate that amount to needed ones

      I had purchased iphone 6 from a retailer also with a insurance of syska gadget secure, insurance costed about rs.3000/- on 13th oct, '15.

      On date 22nd jun, '16 i met with an accident wherein my iphone got damaged, after submitting all the necessary documents along with the bill, syska guys are telling as sim was registered in the month of march, '16, and activation of insurance was happened on 17th oct, '15, which is completely a process involved between the syska and the retailers.

      In the above case as a customer i am totally unaware about the activation process involved. Now either the retailer is not helping in sorting out the issue nor the syska guys.

      Syska is totally a fraudulent company, all fake promises they make, no security is provided as mentioned in the policy book. We can't claim anything as mentioned in the rule book for any of our products.

        My cin no is [protected] and my claim is approved 8 months back but i have not receive even a single penny from this company and i am so much fed up with the response from this customer care and even asm's are not giving proper response. Even after 8 months i didn't receive the amount, what kind of bloody work their are doing i don't understand. Just a bull company just wasting the time of the customers and giving bloody excuses everytime. I won't recommend about this company.

              I have launched the complaint and my claim is approved on 28th of March and 90 days are gone but I have not received the single penny of my claim amount and the syska call centre executive told me that u have received the claim amount in 45-60 days but till now I have not received the single penny of my claim amount.i continually followup on syska customer care no and i sent to 1 mail on "[protected]@syskagadgetsecure.com" id but till time not to receive claim amount and even not to proper time line day to day commitment date change on phone n not to revert on mail.
              This is the service given this bull syska.Please don't purchase the syska insurance.

                I bought my new phone Samsung Galaxy A8 nearly 3 months back in the month of march . I have Submitted the complaint in Syska Gadget Insurance and my claim is approved but I have not received even a single penny of my claim amount.
                They are not ready to co-operate with us. my visit to the pune head office was utterly disappointing due to the ignorance of the staff. the head of the office manoj sir was very rude and not at all polite.

                  I had registerd complaint for my dmaage piece on 13 june. On that day they told me your old job card was not closed. It will take 24 hours to update. I called again on next day same thing happen. Four day i got same answer and on 16th june they registered my complaint. After disconnection of call i got the sms that you claim is declined. Due to late intimation. Why you all people making fool to customer.

                    I registered a claim against physical damage of my iphone 6. However, without acquiring complete information or inspecting the incident, the claim was rejected basis the little information supplied on phone. I had raised this concern over phone also and requested a call back to which i was told, it will be done within 24hours. I also wrote an email to the complaint department of the company, however, it has been almost a month now and i still havent recieved any response or call back from them.
                    I bought this insurance to secure my phone against any such damages and now when my phone actually got damaged, i am being told that it cant be covered. This is highly unacceptable. The damage falls within the scope of insurance and i demand proper inspection of the incident followed by claim processing. This is my right as a consumer who has bought insurance and i request immediate action to be taken on the same.

                      This complaint is against syska gadget secure. My complaint number is [protected]. I registered a query in august, 2015. I submitted my phone, other documents and everything else required. They were suppose to give me the reply within 45days but they took around 4months. They declared a claim on 24th december, 2015. According to their policy, the claim amount was supposed to be transferred to my account within 60 days to 120 days. However it been more than 120 days and even after several reminders they keep on promising that the claim will be settled soon and they fail to do so. I am student. I want to take some action against such false promises made by syska gadget secure.

                        Kindly note that they are totally Non Transparent company they have harassed me from the day i filed a complaint there MD is not accessible neither his e-mail or contact information is available and also there is no one else other than a security guard who answers the phone at their corporate office your e-mails to their customer care goes unattended and unanswered the company has no Insurance tie up and neither registered as an Insurance Company.

                            My mobile damaged on 3 march 2016. I followed up for this i have received mobile payment approval email.
                            But i have not yet received my mobile damage payment, already 110 days gone but i did not any reply from them.
                            I am getting response over the call as i will get my payment from last three month. I have visited pune branch office they are keep saying i will get in next week, next week their is one person manoj he said you will get payment this month 10jun but still i have not get any payment and today he reply me you will get payment after 120 days. How syska work with his customer dont belive with syska dont take his insurance its my suggestion to all people.

                                  अभी अभी मेरी आपके executive से फ़ोन पर बात हुई है और उन्हें claim rejection का कारण पता ही नहीं है, as per policy condition मैंने claim करने की सभी प्रक्रीया पूर्ण रूप से पूरी की है,

                                  अबतक मैने आपकी policy के तहत लगनेवाली सभी दस्तावेज complite करवाये है और आपके तरफ से status भेजा जाता है की हम dammage के criteria मैं फिट नहीं है और इस वजह से claim reject किया गया है

                                  ये तोह पूरा fraud है जबकि अबतक syska gadget secure की टीम ने पूरी जाँच भी नहीं करवाई है

                                  हम कस्टमर insurance के भरोसे कीमती mobile ख़रीदते है और इन्शुरन्स का पैसा भी देते है और आपकी कंपनी पालिसी के तेहत कोई incident होने के बावजूद claim देने से इंकार कर देती है

                                  ये बात सार्वजनिक होनी जरुरी है के syska ने मेरे साथ fraud किया है ताकि और कोई आगे से ये कंपनी पर विश्वास न करे ये बात मीडिया में भी आणि चाहिए की syska कैसे आम लोगो के साथ धोखाधडी कर रही है

                                      I purchased the Mobile Insurance from Syska Gadget Secure - under the understanding that damage to the mobile is covered. on 21/05/2016 my phone fell down and the screen broke. On the same day, I registered a claim with them but received a rejection on the grounds that my description of the incident did not include any accident taking place.

                                      Sirs I am now helpless in getting my mobile repaired. I feel I was cheated while the insurance was sold - there was no mention of these conditions by the sales representative over the phone - I was told no matter what kind of damage occurs - my claim will be honored.

                                      Now - when I have genuinely damaged my phone - the insurance company is declining to pay for repairs - despite submitting all required documents and paying their premium also.

                                      I request your help in getting my claim resolved.

                                        I have purchased a insurance plan from syska gadget secure for my mobile samsung galaxy e5 . Unfortunately my mobile got damaged and I have registered a complaint on 12/11/2015 for the physical damage. My CIN is [protected] and and my claim has been approved on 28/01/2016 after a very long delay. But now it has been 4 months but the approved amount yet didn't credited in my account . Every time when I call on the customer care no. I got the same response that is your payment is under process and it will be credited soon your account, it seems that they are manipulating me at all the time.
