I have purchase Samsung phone & for that i have takrn syska gadget insurance. Before 2 month my phone damaged & i apply for claim.My claim is approve on dated 28th April & on the same date the phone is submitted to service centre for repair.
The person from Syska gadget said that he will inform when my phone is repair.
I have taken follow up many time but my phone is not tepaire till date.
Also I call in customer caremany times but they said we will take your complaint on priority.
I don't why this much time is required for phone repair.
If we approach service centre for mobile repairinh with cash payment then we ate getting phone within 3-4 days.
Please take my complaint on priority & reply.

    Sir my first claim was rejected as i didn't claim within 48 hrs. So when i claimed 2nd time. U asked me to submit bill of 1 invoice claim i have submitted it today but my claim is withdrawn kindly open my claim as i have submitted my bill. My complain no is [protected]. Sir as i was walking in magarpatta city one student came from behind. I was walking. That boy came and hit me near my legs. My leg got stuck in his cycle. As my leg got stuck i accidentally felt down. My mobile samsung galaxy a8 was in my pocket. I felt over it. My mobile lost its display. My mobile was in my right pocket and i felt down over it. Next day i claimed you guys asked me to upload 1st repairing invoice bill. I got my mobile repaired from outside. I got it repaired from samsung care and today i uploaded the bill. Sir kindly help me in passing my second claim. Its my humble request to you accept my second claim.

        My phone is covered under syska insurance. It fell down and got broken. Due to the impact screen got broken. When i submitted the complain they "rejected" mentioning the incident as "cannot be defined under accident". This is highly disappointing and irresponsible denial of claim. I would like to request to reopen the incident and review the request on immediate basis. Also i took the phone to samsung service centre where they certified and confirmed that this is an accidental damage.
        Please attend my request asap.

            Hello All,

            With due request and humble I would like you to request for reopening of claim number [protected] as per below scenario:

            1. I uploaded all the requested documents mentioned by your call center team on stipulated time, i.e. 21/09/2015. After uploading the documents I requested your team member to check whether the documents are correct/completed or not.He confirmed after checking all the documents that everything is their apart from NO SIM DISCONNECTION LETTER and you don, t have to upload it as their were no sim card in phone while the incidence took place.He told me that it will take around 45-90 days to clear your claim.

            2. I again called customer care to get an update in december as per mentioned time period.The person who received call told me that your case has been closed as you didn'"t uploaded all documents.I requested your team member to explain what actually missing.He/she told me that I will request my concern team to re-open this case as this is not your fault and missed by our side.

            3. Again we received call stating that your case is closed because of incomplete document in January 2016.Again I called your call centre number and explain everything in details then they told me that we have open your case and will notify you of the same.After waiting for few weeks again we received call stating their were incidence details missing in POLICE INTIMATION LETTER.Please explain and upload the document as soon as possible.I again went to police deparment and after running several time they provided me the document and I uploaded and also sent through mail and person who received that mail confirmed that it is correct and your claim will be approved.

            4. Now in February I received a call stating your issue is closed as you didn't uploaded NO SIM DISCONNECTION LETTER. Then I explained your employee that we dont have sim card in it and this has been conveyed several time.They they told me that we will forward it to concern team.

            5. Again few days later we received call stating your claim is closed because of insufficient document.Again I called and explain everything in details and they asked me to drop a mail.I was following up both on email and via call but no progress has been made.Then suddenly we received call and mail stating same line that your claim is closed because of insufficient document.

            Please look upon everything above and also do inquiry whether this has been missed by your team or not?

            I am a person from middle class family and Rs.20000 means lot to me.Please do something to reopen this claim and advise me what I need to upload

            I will be really thankful to you as I have done what I need to be done and your team has missed everything.

            Please advise and help me out with this

              i would like to inform u that i have got my iphone 6s insured by syska gadget secure. on date 6th April 2016, my phone got brooked so i forwarded details to the company and started procedure they took many days to update everything asked me all the necessary documents and i forwarded everything . they approved my claim n said phone is getting repaired (while phone is supposed to get replaced as i submitted it with apple authorized service center ). its was date 28april when they started repairing my phone but still now no updates if i mail them call them all they say is its getting repaired if i ask specific time they don't say anything
              i also had a word with apple service center to ask if there is any update but as if till now service center says that syska haven't preceded further with us if they proceed it will only take us 2-3 days to get it done

                My mobile got damaged on 21.05.2016, on same day i intimated to your insurance company through job card no./cin no. [protected]. I have submitted all required documents on 22.05.2016. And without any verification today's (23.05.2016) morning i got message that 'your claim rejected. And your job card will get closed'. Is i bought your mobile insurance with my hard money to get reject my mobile's minor damage claim from you? Even employees who handled my same job card no. Humilated me with their arrogant and rude behaviour (One of the employee name is mr. Yogesh). I made complaint about your fraud company in consumer court', let's meet there fraud company 'syska gadget secure', because our customers hard money is not yours.

                  I bought this product on 7th oct, 2015.On 15th may, 2016 I had an accident so I claim for my mobile damage .Syska gadget secure provides me the address of service centre( om jaswani mobile touch, 2nd floor padiya complex, tower chowk, akola) but the service centre doesn't approve my mobile and told me that the service centre doesn't have concerned with syska gadget secure and rejects my mobile please help me to get out of this.

                      I took the gadget insurance from syska gadget :

                      Amount to be paid by leehan: 11150

                      Leehan retails pvt. Ltd. Is the service facilitator for insurance claims & third party applications including for all other features of this product.

                      Its been more than 5 months to settle a petty claim, but the company is most reluctant & not responding. Every time i call syska's toll free number[protected], i get only 1 response i. E. "your claim is under process and will be settled soon". There is no timeline provided. Kindly assist.

                        I have purchased a mobile Model No. YU5010A, IMEI No. [protected], on 21.01.16 . Which was insured by Syska, Coupon No. 30886478. on 3rd May my phone was damaged and I have claim for Insurance, were CIN No. is [protected], after continuos follw-up, yesterday i have recd. the updated status i.e. "Your claim does not meet eligibility criteria hence
                        it has been rejected by Validation And Scrutiny.
                        Job card will get closed." and when I call customer care they are saying that pertucular model is not in our product list. Sir after 4 month from Insurance date, when i am claiming for Insurance amount, how they can refuse and if perticular product is not in their product list, why they have not returned the insurance amount within 7 days of policy date.

                        I need my amount from Syska, otherwise I will make a legal case for the same.

                                My CIN no - [protected], your executive collect my mobile on 04.03.2016 for repair. Now 2 months are over still you are not given my mobile. I call your pune office 8 - 10 times & talk with Mr. Manoj but he is not given me proper answer & not resolve my problem.
                                Kindly confirm when you are given my mobile up to today eod, otherwise I will take further legal action in consumer court.

                                    My self kavish choudhary complaint no-[protected].
                                    I was having my phone which display get crack due to a accident.
                                    My mobile was under insurance covered, so i had submitted the from withe all the document and details my mobile too.
                                    Everyday i call a custmer care for a inquire about the claim status, your executive told me he forward my complaint please wait 48 hours for a response but no response(Call).

                                    Plz check my complaint and repair my phone as well soon .

                                      Dear sir/ madam,

                                      My self arman m khan, i was having my iphone 6 which display got crack due to road accident and the phone was getting hanged alot after that.

                                      My mobile was under insurance covered so i had submitted the form with all the details and my mobile too.

                                      It is approx 2 month get over i haven't received any reply from syska gadget secure.

                                      Is this security syska provides to its customers.

                                      I need my mobile asap in full working condition.

                                        I have purchased syska gadget insurance for my mobile. Unfortunately mobile was stolen. I claimed for theft. Reg. No. [protected]. But company denied my claim speaking that there was no violence in theft. It was not mentioned on product pack that violence is mandatory in theft. However if violence occurred then it is loot not theft .where company insured for theft claim on its product pack. It is fraud with me. Plz take necessary action.

                                        Syska is cheating consumers in insurance field.
                                        Syska Is a big fraud company. At the time of insurance they told your mobile is covered for theft and damages. But when your gadget lost or damaged, they start telling the conditions and tell what is covered under theft and damage. All r requested too don't buy this insurance. you are wasting your hard earned money. government should take some strict action.
