This is venkat, holding a t24 connection bearing [protected]. Today i saw new offers, where i came to know i'll get 235/- talk time for a recharge of 200/-. I went to recharge through online and did it. For which i got 178/- as talk time. Please see the attached pdf which is the print of the new offers page of t24 mobiles.
On every offer you kept online recharge option, what that means. Generally what customer will think is that offer is available on online-recharge. Regarding the same i called the customer care, where i got answer what can i do? i said please raise a complaint. for which your rep said that is not available. That means the customer service won't have an option to raise the complaint? Then what type customer service is this?
Then i asked him to redirect the call to superior, for which i got answer as there is no superior at that time, call me back tomorrow. As customer why should i call you people again and again, what is the need to use the t24 no?
