Dear customer,

The PUK code is[protected] after entering PUK it will ask for the PIN number and it would be 0000 OR 1234 by default, two times you have to give the same PIN no. And whenever you switch off the mobile it will ask for the PIN-you have to give the same PIN what is if not the SIM will gets blocked.

    sir,

    i am using mobile number [protected]. I recharged Rs 500/- from Bigbazar Raghunathpur. I got topup of Rs 500/-. I never requested to subscribe below mwntioned services but these were activated and charged a huge amount.

    A. Medals Rs 1.5
    B. gamepack Rs 15
    C Daily Cricket pack Rs 5/- per day
    D NUMEROLOGY Rs 30/-

    I tried to communicate Customer care but customercare is sleeping and they are not bothered to pickup our call.

    Kindly help me to deactivate these VAS and also support me in recover the huge amount which are deducted unethically by T24.

          With reference to your sms, mentioning my details do not match with your records and hence outgoing calls are barred. To enjoy services please submit your ID, Address Proof and photo to TATA DOCOMO.

          I am really amazed at this enquiry.

          First of all, after my shopping in February 2012, at Big Bazar, VIP Road, your representative literally forced me to avail T24 free coupon plus charged me Rs. 50/- for additional talk time. In the process, he took all my verification, PAN CARD, etc., and then activated the T24 SIM ([protected]) given to me by them.

          My question is how could you suddenly bar the outgoing calls? What verification was done prior to activating the number? Is this the way you operate, anyhow generate clients and give them trouble. I am a very busy person, and most of the time I am travelling, I am sending the details to you through this email attachment because it is not possible for me to go to Big Bazar which is 20 Kms from my residence. Moreover, if you feel, this email is not adequate please send your representative to collect the documents from my residence. This will also help for physical verification. If that is not possible, like a good business sector, I expect TATA DOCOMO to refund the cash what you had taken and permanently disconnect my line. I am not interested to continue with T24 because it is causing a lot of harassment.

          I have a T24 number issued by Big Bazar [protected]. Currently I'm out of country and returning to India next week. I've managed to recharge the number online. I can now send sms. But I cant make any calls or receive any calls yet. Please help.

              Hi,

              I had took T24 Sim card in Big Bazaar in Chinchwad Pune 2 weeks back. I had submitted documents at the time when I took sim card and activated 98 rs GPRS plan. After 4 days Sim card is de activated. I called customer care they said to go the place where you took sim and enquire when I went they said to resubmit documents and I did.

              But still my number is not activated. It's been more than one week I resubmitted douments. when I call customer care they say we cant do anything you should go and check where you took Sim. When I go there they say we sent documents. No one is taking resposblity. And I dont understand why customer care representatives are not taking any complaints. Why the customer care is there for if they are not entertaining any complains from customers. And we should go every time to bigbazaar to enquire about status?? Why dont T24 have point to contact to take customers complaints and solve it.

              Please escalate it to higher management about this and do the need full.

              T24 — Faulty Sim

              This complaint was submitted on line on 8-2-11 to T24 help line email, But is still not resolved.

              I received a faulty SIM that never worked. Is this scheme a CHEATING exercise.

              (1) This connection has been taken at Big Bazaar, Saharaganj, Lucknow.
              (2) Activated on[protected]
              (3) showed nil balance for one day
              (4) Thereaftermobileis showing "Invalid sim"
              (5) About more than 200 Rs have been credited by way of shopping at BigBazaar & Pantaloon.
              (6) We discussed this issue with Sri Ajit Mukerjee on 6th Feb'11. He was unable to suggest that weshouldtake new sim by paying Rs 49/=
              (7) Can you pl kindly arrange for review and arrange for rectification of the problem as soon as possible. Else we are loosing faith on genuineness of this whole arrangement.

              t24 company is a cheater company..They are selling sim in 30 rupees by promising 45 TT in bigbazar. But this is absolutely false..There is no TT on 30 rupees sim. So I request to you please don't go to purchase the sim of t24 company. They are Thief.

                T24 mobile are cutting 1.5 daily for past 1 month for some ta-mdeals which I havent even subscribed for.

                I called the customer care numerous times and they put me on hold for 20 mins and tell me to send email to [protected]@t24mobile.com. After sending the complaint via email, I repeatedly sent reminders for 1 week but I got no response.

                Again I called customer service and they are giving me the same answer to email. I asked to speak to supervisor and they said that he has gone home, next day they say all supervisors are busy and ask to call after some time.

                This is a scam being run by T24 mobile to keep generating money through fraud instead of good service. We should all switch to another operator using number portability

                  This is venkat, holding a t24 connection bearing [protected]. Today i saw new offers, where i came to know i'll get 235/- talk time for a recharge of 200/-. I went to recharge through online and did it. For which i got 178/- as talk time. Please see the attached pdf which is the print of the new offers page of t24 mobiles.

                  On every offer you kept online recharge option, what that means. Generally what customer will think is that offer is available on online-recharge. Regarding the same i called the customer care, where i got answer what can i do? i said please raise a complaint. for which your rep said that is not available. That means the customer service won't have an option to raise the complaint? Then what type customer service is this?

                  Then i asked him to redirect the call to superior, for which i got answer as there is no superior at that time, call me back tomorrow. As customer why should i call you people again and again, what is the need to use the t24 no?

                          My mobile no is [protected] and my complain is my Internet connection is not working from 09/09/2014 on the same day i have recharge the pack of 500 mb for two month pack for rs.100/= .
                          from last 33 days i am continuously talking to customer care every time they are telling that it will start in some time . After repeated complains i have lodged a complain also, after which i have received a call from your end and your officer told me that Internet is closed from end only and it will be shorted out in next 24 hours . This complain i have done before 10 days back and after that also it has been not started after which on 08/09/2014 again i have complain for the same now your executive told to wait for another 48 hours and given me complain no-PNR[protected]. But till date this case has not been resolved and when ever i call to customer care they told to do manual setting.
                          Now for your kind information from 09/08/2014 to 12/09/2014 i have done this setting for 30/40 times i have switched off and switched on my mobile every time as well in your retail counter in big bazar also they checked and told that my setting is ok and ask me to talk to customer care .
                          So now please tell me that another how many months i have to wait for restart the internet connection. also you are requested to revalid my date from which you start the connection, already my 1month pack is over and started for next month, as i dont have any problem in my mobile this is stop from your end please clarify the above matter immediately other wise i will move to consemer forum. my alternate mobile no is [protected]

                              Hi, I have recently got a T24 sim card from Big Bazaar. Problem is that I am getting too many recorded calls per day about various offers from Big Bazaar. This used to be 1 call per day initially, but now has increased to 3/4 calls per day. Spoke to customer care, they advised me to register on DND, but doing so will block me from a lot of required SMSes like stock market tips, etc. My question to the service providers is that who gives them the right to forcefully call customers and promote their products over recorded ads? If it is an sms, we can choose not to read it there and then, but we have no choice but to take out the phone and check when it is a call and it really becomes a nuisance in middle of important meetings and so. I think this strategy is a direct infringement of our fundamental right and want to know how to file a complaint against these service providers.
                              Please reply back to my email [protected]@eircom.net about the procedures involved as I really want to take this matter forward.

                                T24 is a worst sim ever

                                when we do shopping in any future group, T24 sales man comes to you and says that we are providing free talk time to you, by listening their cunning talk we fall into their pocket, after 2 to 3 days they simply disconnect our sim, and says you have to provide your proofs once again. if we go to customer service they simply says this is your(custmer) problem. by listening their words and by seeing their angry the customer has to close all his holes and comes back.

                                PLEASE DONT FALL INTO T-24 SUNAMI.

                                With reference to your sms, mentioning my details do not match with your records and hence outgoing calls are barred. To enjoy services please submit your ID, Address Proof and photo to TATA DOCOMO.

                                I am really amazed at this enquiry.

                                First of all, after my shopping in February 2012, at Big Bazar, VIP Road, your representative literally forced me to avail T24 free coupon plus charged me Rs. 50/- for additional talk time. In the process, he took all my verification, PAN CARD, etc., and then activated the T24 SIM ([protected]) given to me by them.

                                My question is how could you suddenly bar the outgoing calls? What verification was done prior to activating the number? Is this the way you operate, anyhow generate clients and give them trouble. I am a very busy person, and most of the time I am travelling, I am sending the details to you through this email attachment because it is not possible for me to go to Big Bazar which is 20 Kms from my residence. Moreover, if you feel, this email is not adequate please send your representative to collect the documents from my residence. This will also help for physical verification. If that is not possible, like a good business sector, I expect TATA DOCOMO to refund the cash what you had taken and permanently disconnect my line. I am not interested to continue with T24 because it is causing a lot of harassment.

                                Well it's shocking to see so many victims of T24! guess they are laying out some trap to victimize poor customers!...

                                T24 has given me the worst ever experience! this **** just believes in harassing it's customers! they have blocked my sim for no reason and not even taking up my issue! asking me to buy a new sim, can u believe it?????
                                Time to drag these **** called T24 to consumer court, and give them a lesson for life, which even their coming generations won't forget!!!

                                  I have t24 mobile. Mobile no. is [protected]. I did shopping at brand factory outlet two times on July 17 2011 at bangalore and July 31 2011 at hyderabad for which I was suppose to get Rs 125 talk time each time. For this gave complaint to customer care . Complaint nos. are FG0906003 and FG0906004 on aug 19 2011 . But still after so many days I havent got any balance. I kept calling the helpline and ech time the responce was wait 24 hours. I talked to the supervisor at customer care Mr karthik who promised it will be done but then still it wasnt done. When I tried again to contact him he dint talk to me again and neither lifted my call.
                                  Is this kind of fool future group is making . And what kind of customer service is provided. I asked for nodal officer email or number but I was told there is no nodal officer while the website www.t24mobile.com states they do have nodal officer.

                                  My sim worked in thailland and i checked my balance there by calling 1331 and i lost rs 50 please give my money back as i think it is not good to take money even if we see our balance . MY T24 number is :[protected]

                                    My T24 SIM No:[protected]. It is not activated in my Mobile [Model JC-8900 Quadband Dual SIM ] which is purchased from Hongkong. When I inserted this SIM it says automatically SIM INVALID.

                                    Please activate my SIM immediately.

                                    My T24 SIM No:[protected]. It is not activated in my Mobile inthe september 2011 .But LATER (NOKIA-1616, LG R 200, ) When I inserted this SIM it says automatically SIM INSERT .we have confirmed at Big bazar RTC X ROAD hyderabad 500020 AP.Even at Big bazaar ex-cutive at T24 counter also confirmed that sim is not working so, I have requested to issue new sim with any other no' but ex-cutive refused to release and they have demanded to pay and buy other sim .So, I have requested to cancel the above given number.

                                      I purchased a sim card of T24 from big bazaar on 15th June, 2011. Executive promised me Rs. 65 balance on purchase of card of Rs. 30. I have got balance of Rs. 25 only. I logged a complaint to customer care, but they have been misleading and also no action have been taken against it. It has been 21 days since i have filed a complaint to them. So i request you to take action against it as soon as possible.

                                      I purchased a sim card T24 from big bazaar on 1st Jan, 2011. Later it was deactivated in june, due to insufficient balance, later again i visited big bazaar (old madras road, bangalore ) & replaced sim by paying with new Sim No., the madam geetha told tommorow it will be activated, but didn't get activated & was showing invalid sim, Since i was busy with my official work, i could meet her in person, but called her and reminded her for activation, see told it is activated from our side, but in my mobile it was showing invalid sim, so finally i met her last week with mobile & sim, see told, ur mobile is having problem, so next day again i visited with differnt mobile, then see told ur sim is damaged, I asked her how come it was activated when it was damaged, see told forget it & given new sim, which was activated 2 days back, Now the amount i had in the older sim is not recovered, when i asked her she told that recharge is not possible, then that amount who will pay me, My new sim [protected], so i request you to take action on her & recharge the amount immediately, This people are spoiling the reputation of Big bazaar, hope my amount wil be recharged at the earliest
