I have taken Gym membership by paying Rs. 15000/- for 2 years under fixed deposit scheme at Talwalkar's Charkop, Knadivali branch. Date 17 / may / 2013 talwalkars fitness (L p savani road - surat branch) offered me a membership plan 25000 / - rs deposit for 3 years and after 3 years they will give back full payment (25000 / - rs) . It was a 100% refundable deposit plan.

Talwalkars gym is a fraud!
Talwalkars gym located at borivalli, wazira naka, mumbai cheated us.
I paid them rs. 20, 000/- under fixed deposit scheme that is refundable.
I joined on 18th march, 2013 and they said that they would return my money in one year.
I was shocked to see that the gym shut down abruptly and nobody is responding to phone calls or emails.
I hope some action is taken.
