I am Ravi patil from sangli our Talwalkar gym in sangli till closed. The manger Govind can’t receive phone and not giving any masage about gym All clients are waiting to open the gym. Manager was not taking anyresponsibility

When does the guns will reopens ... Will they reopen or not ?... What about our membership???

This mail is regarding news regarding the insolvency petition of Talwalkars gym . I am a member of this gym (alwarpet branch - Chennai) & due to COVID -19 this gym was not functioning for few months.

Since due to insolvency petition being filed by your gym, I wanted to know whether the gyms will be opening for the members to retrieve their belongings & things.

And secondly I also wanted to know regarding the status of the my balance subscription fees for the remaining period in your gym . I am also attaching my payment invoice for further reference.

I had taken yearly membership (by paying Rs.12000) of talwalkars kalwa branch in the month of october 2019. Further, due to COVID-19 the gym was closed from march. Further, as per the new guidelines the gym has been opened in the state from 25th october 2020. However, when i tried calling them there was no response from them. Today i visited the complex where the gym is located. There was a big banner stating that the gym has been permanently closed and for any queries get in touch with the headoffice. No refund has been provided.. no renewal has been done. No prior notice was given.

There is no information from the Talwalkar's gym when they will be opening it. I have paid my membership fee of 17k and they should refund back the money if they don't intent to open the gym.

all the telecom lines have been disconnected and there is no update from them.

I'm a member of jodhpur talwalkar branch and I renewed my membership for 1 year . But when i contacted staff of the jodhpur branch they said the company is permanently shut down and we can't help you with anything.
The gym has not been opened for a single day after my payment and i've not attented a single day there .
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and initiate my refund for the same.

My name is bharath, i stay in a s rao nagar (Hyderabad). Me and my wife were joined in talwalkars gym at a s rao nagar on feb 28th 2020. After a few days, the gym was closed on march 7th, 2020. Up to now the gym is not yet open and we just completed the trail. So please help us in return our 16000/- rupees from the talwalkers which were paid for 6 months. All this happened before covid 19 pandemic situation.

I have joined gym in feb 25 and from march 21 the lockdown had come and i have paid membership of whole year!! Kindly refund my fees

Post covid most fitness centers are open with sop however talwalkars inshape fitness centre at alwarthirunagar chennai india, remains shut, rumours about permanent closure due to bankruptcy running aroung]d. Me and my wife joined talwalkars inshape alwarthirunagar branch around 2oth feb 2020 paying a full year subscription of around 28000/- for both o[censored]s, however due to covid pandemic it was shut by march 18th. Though most gym started first week of august 2020 as per govt recomendations, talwalkars remained closed, mails sent to branch and head office were not delivered due to reasons unknown (May be details given weere faulty). We have hardly used for 25 days having paid for a full year for both o[censored]s, kindly refund our subscription or if opening soon our subscripton should be adjusted for the unused months.

The talwalkars gym located in Guntur was not opening even after the relaxation of lockdown and the branch staff are not contactable and not responding whether they'll open the gym or issue refund.

I had 6 months left in my gym membership before talwalkars - vile parle east, shutdown for business. I took the membership on 25th february 2020 and have done the workout for only 15 days whereafter since 15th march 2020 there was nationwide lock down due to corona virus pandemic. When i came to check the gym status on 8th august 2020, i found a notice stuck on the main door which says "due to non payment of dues by talwakars bettwe value fitness ltd this facility is temporarily closed until further notice. Trespassers will be prosecuted as per the law. By order".

There's no way for me to communicate with anyone to negotiate a refund. They intentionally took members in knowing that they will run out of business soon.

This a fraud case where the gym operators intentionally took in new members fully knowing that they will be unable to provide the services to workout for the whole year. The staff on the front desk needs to be called in for questioning.
I would like to recover my hard earned money back. I'm legally entitled to refund. Please help as soon as possible.

Hello! My self sumaiya begum member of nagawara gym branch banglore.. I have requested to return my refund... I got a call today for returning my refund from some consumer board /complain service instead of returning my refund thy are saying such procedures where i gonna pay them 2500... What kind of service is this iam v disappointed of your service... An i request u to pay my refund as soon as possible with proper payment method

Aftr so many months now we got permission from govt to open th gym but my gym is not yet open is a long time still gym is close first of all the equipments or not been repaired on time now we facing problem that gym is closed i request u to return my refund as soon as possible

I am Dr jaideep Sharma I am a member of your madurai branch started my membership for 3 months from 15 January 2020 to 15 April 2020 but because of covid gym was clased from 15 April onwards but renewed my membership because of the offer on 10 March for 1 year .I am not able to contact any of your staff or the gym .kindly look into the matter and do needful if gym is not opening refund back my deposit

I (Sachin Patel) & My brother (Akshay Patel) paid Rs. 18000/- (9000 + 9000 =18000/- Indian Rupees) for 1 year membership of talwalkar at ahmedabad talwalkar Fitness gym (address: 202-203, Maurya Atria, Above Reliance Fresh Opp Atithi Dining Hall, Judges Bunglow Rd, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015)

We paid for 1 September 2019 to 1 September 2020. And we stated gym on 1 September 2019 after that we used only 1 to 1 and half month of gym.

In 4 months every one month thay have money problems so they closed gym for 30 dyas and more. Still date they have problems so not start gym and also didn't have communication for any update, they didn't recieve any phone calls.

We want our money back so please help us. We are middleclass family needs help.

I paid 13500₹ for 1 year membership at talwalkars dehradun on 1st february 2020 and the gym got shut without any prior notice on 1 st march 2020 please help me in getting my money back

I took admission in this # gym on oct 2019, but they shut the gym without prior knowledge and didnt return the amount

We paid for the annual membership of the gym. However, within a month of operation talwalkar shut down the maninagar (Ahmedabad) gym and that also without any visibility of when they can re-start.

I had chosen the maninagar branch keeping the proximity and approachability in mind. It is not possible for me to go to any other location as suggested by you talwalkar.

I have written series of e mails but without any response from talwalkar.

I have waited for more than 4 months for re starting of the maninagar gym operation or any response to my e mail.

However, now i don’t think the maninagar operation is going to start anytime, soon. Thus i request them to refund my proportionate annual fees from the date of in-operation of your maninagar gym.

But talwalkars are not responding. Request you to help me get my refund and oblige

I have paid 12500 for 12 months of gym membership with dietician. After 6 months, the Gym closed for maintainence. At first they said it would be 15 days. Then they extended it for 1 month, then 2 months and its closed still. The Gym is closed from 1st Dec to till date. There is no response from management. No refund. No hope that gym would start again. The location is of Maninagar. Please help me get my money back. I have bill as a proof.

I had joined gym in pune lullanagar branch, i was harassed there by the manager working. He kept body shaming me. I was also cheated with the package cost. Mr. Madhukar talwalkar got in touch with me and appointed ms. Chaitrali to handle my case. She assured me compensation and promised me to return the money that i had already pain within 15 working days. After 15 days when i called her she blocked my numbers. After that i help receiving calls from ms. Sofia working in the same branch and she abused me on call for no reason. I have been writing email, but there is no revert from anyone of them.
Is this the way gym staff treat their customers???
Also i havent got my money back till date.
