This is regarding the complaint already raised for the high voltage current wire passing in my house but there is no action taken.please refer the addressed petition but there is no action taken

    Street light not working most of the time during 6PM to 6AM. Next street lights are working fine except Anthony nagar. Kolathur. Near SRM grand hotel- Retteri
    Kindly check and fix the issue ASAP.

      Hi Sir, I have paid 2.8 lakhs for 4hp free current connection under thathkaal scheme, I have not got connection yet, upon following so much, attender at thally keep telling we will do from last 3 months and not making any progress.
      I will escalate this to higher authorities if it delayed further.

          Address: I am currently residing at No-18 , Flat 4C,Kumaran Colony 6th street, Vadapalani 600026

          My Consumer number[protected]. I would like to inform you that my electricity meter is not working .I am writing to you because I would like to request to change my electric meter. (Describe in your words). There has been no meter reading and you are sending average bills.(high value).I need a clarification for my current reading, Without showing meter value I'm not ready to pay the manually calculated bill amount.
          (Explain the actual problem and situation).

          Regarding this issue i raised a complaint to below address on[protected], but still no action was taken..

          121, Navaneethammal St, Pushpa Colony, Saligramam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600093..

          Under the circumstances, I request you to send your men to replace the defect meter at your earliest convenience, so that may be a correct reading of the meter and the correct electric bills are prepared thereof. (Explain all about the situation).

          So, I request you to install a new meter immediately. (Cordially describe your greetings and requirements). I look forward to hearing back and seeing what action you take.

              I have received wrong meter reading of 1070 units for the Sep-Nov cycle when the actual unit consumed is around 400 units, the same has been reported to the respective TNEB office multiple times and have submitted multiple letters dated Dec 4th and Dec 29th, but the response from the officials has been very disappointing and reading is still not rectified till date.

              Everytime I have visited the office and requested a timeline for the solution to the problem, I have been told that they have submitted the letter to higher officials and they have no idea about the timeline by when the meter reading will be rectified in the system. Officials have also asked me to pay the excessive amount as per the incorrect reading and the same will be adjusted in future readings until the meter reaches the incorrect units recorded, which is absolutely unacceptable.

              I have even missed my due date for the payment since the meter reading is still not rectified even after 1 month of my first complaint, this has also resulted in a penalty on the payment I will have to make. I am absolutely disappointed and feel mentally harassed for going around to get this problem solved for the past one month.

              Please address this problem at the earliest.

                I need my name to be typed as 'P. MOHANAN' in all three TNEB bills. .

                Kindly please change the name in the TNEB register for three bills.

                    We have 3 phase connection in spite of that there is frequent power cut for around 6 months. This is because of the opposite building where the EB box is damaged.In spite of many complaints
                    this problem is not getting resolved. When we call linemen he is speaking very badly and refusing to repair.Kindly I request you to do the needful to resolve this problem.

                        Good evening sir
                        The power supply in our area has been cut since morning. We called the customer care center.. they said they have sent mechanics for the repair. But no one came from the EB board. Now when we called.. they have responded saying.. we will restore ur supply only in the morning.

                          Sir, For our house Electricity Reading is not taking properly for Consumer Number [protected] on 04.01.2021.Actual consumed unit is 50 units. But EB Reader in my area marked it as 0 Units. When my mother asked about this, he spoked very unrespectful manner. Please take necessary action in this issue.

                            new service connection

                            I have applied for new LT EB Connection and payment was done by online. After payment done, application was cancelled with following message
                            "Application Cancelled - Amount not paid to till date". But I got a message from tneb "Application Ref.No.[protected].Advice slip raised Rs.2818 within 15 days at www.tnebnet.org/awp/login".
                            I have left 15 days to pay registration fees. I paid the amount before due date....

                                Old tenant had used the online payment by creating user id, password and emaild id. He has left without giving these details.

                                The old details should be deactivated and new online account with userid/password and emailid has to be created for the existing service

                                How should this be done

                                  In This connection, Fridge, Washing Machine, Water Overhead tank motor, Wet Grinder and Mixee is not working properly and also continuously came repair due Low current fluctuations. So, Day-to-Day life is going on very depression of my family members too.

                                  At present So many Light post are available in all areas. We are using Stay post with our own cost to Houses only

                                  So, We need separate Light Post Connection for Houses

                                    Address: 32, 2nd street, New secretariat colony , Chennai

                                    I have paid electricity bill through debit card on 02/09/2020 amount Rs.800 vide electricity account number[protected].
                                    I received a message through sms from bank that 800 debited towards EB payment. But to my surprise I received a call from EB that the amount was not paid.
                                    I had checked the history of EB payment it doesnot show the payment.
                                    We have approached our TNEB branch kellys regarding this issue. So far we have not received any reply from them.
                                    Bank people comfirms that the amount is successfully credited to TNEB account.
                                    Syndicate bank has given the statement as a proof of debit to TNEB.
                                    Kindly see that the amount is credited to my account at the earliest.
