Address: 1414-H Block, 16 th Main Raod Anna Nagar west

Few months back the underground cable in front of our apartment was burnt and it was attended. Now we suspect the joint is not proper as we feel the ground above the joint location is hot.

      Am paid bill amount through Phonepe but still showing due amount.so, I check with Phonepe customer care the told BBPTNEB still not update your amount on their site.

        I am suffer to no power supply from 4.12.20. Morning not rectify the problem still continue. I am phoned many time not pick up the phone my service no[protected]. I am residing at somangalam bajani look at somangalam mettur Mr no theatre.please help me

          Due to puravi cyclone, power was shutdown but we didn't get power till now its been almost 4days now. Entire village is suffering lot for basic survival like water ..etc .

            MY CONSUMER NO: [protected] From the month of May we are facing very high reading in meter after complaining several times they checked and informed even without conception of electricity the meter keeps runs and changed the meter. Now the bill for those wrong reading for the month of September and October is 4222 for 870 units but our average reading is 300 unit of conception only due to heavy unused charge we can't able to pay the amount. Thought the electricity is not used by us please consider the amount for only we used and change the bill. We had already paid extra amount for May, June, July, Aug, sep so take this under consideration.

              Dear sir/Madam
              We are staying in a rented house with the consumer no mentioned below, where we get average Eb bill as 800-1200, this time our Eb bill is RS.14666, how it is possible for drastically increased, we husband and wife both are working there is no such possibility to get this much of bill

              Kindly check and provide solution for this this Eb amount is double the rent amount which is not at all possible for middle class family

              Sir every 2 months we are paying 4500 to 5000 nearly buy in June month paid the old bill amount of 4600 without meter reading and yesterday 8/8/2021 reading was taken the amount was 10000 sir and having 3 metres in home another one also 2500 something paying every 2 months for that 8/82021 reading taken amount was 4000 plus and for another meter paying 500 every month but now came double for all 3 metres y huge amount came please chk the issue and resolve it

                    I tried to pay my TNEB bill of Rs.859 through Canara Bank bbps website. But it shows me to transaction error at the time and the amount was deducted from my account. Kindly refund my amount .

                          I have paid my electricity bill through Phonepe for july month for Rs.2091. Amount got debited and I checked with bank, phonepe and bharat bill pay too but they said transaction was successful. Amount has been sent to TNEB. But in TNEB office they said it was showing as not paid So I paid again. Please refund my amount Rs.2091.

                            Dear sir/madam
                            We are residing in 10/22, avenue shabnam flats, Nabigal nayagam street, Vetriselvi anbalalagan Nagar kolathur Chennai-99. On 24th November night underground power cable (three phase cable) was fired due to short circuit & heavy voltage fluctuations. Immediately the power supply was gone off in our apartment. The same was informed and complaint registered in the poompuhar Nagar EB office on 24th November night itself. EB staff came on 25th November morning and inspected and said underground cable was damaged and power cable should be replaced and it will be done only after rain stops. We spent three nights and two days without power supply. But on repititive requests to EB office, on 27th November EB staff came and provided temporary wire connection ( single phase supply) from overhead lines. But with this single phase power supply we are facing frequent tripping problems. We are just adjusting with fans and lights. Fearing to switch on even washing machine.
                            So we request your goodself to arrange for replacement of new underground three phase power cable as early as possible.

                              Sir,
                              I'm Saraswathy, my land with document number 2833/2010, survey number 25/3A2B, Plot No. 16 (Melpuram), Patta No. 7051 is being wrong used by one named Maheswari illegally.

                              Maheswari has obtained EB service[protected] wrongly with a forged document having different survey that never exists.

                              Hence please disconnect the above service in land at the earliest.

                                  I am residing in Kathirvedu, I got new 3 phase connection 5 months back and i have been informed that my new EB card and number will be provided at the earliest but till now i have not received my EB Card. I am not receiving any proper intimation regarding this from Kathirvedu EB Office.
