In the system reading page, I can see the 'total reading' doesn't change for current month and previous month, Since I came to native. But current month reading is noted as 440 mistakenly. I have attached screen shot.
Please take action.

    I am from Manalikarai in Moolachel EB area. I have applied for tariff change from 6 to 1 nearly two weeks ago and paid all amounts relating to Shift and Tariff change. But till date they are not say any responsible answer. I have a loss of 4500.00 till date. Please help me to change my tariff as fast as possible.

      Wire man "BALA" asked too much money for some electric wire problems and working was very bad and worst, frequently again and again we got many problems through electric wires and joints. And again he coming and ask more money, please take an action on him, our area is kasthuribai nagar, melur(tk)-625106, madurai(dt). We all are requested to solve this problem, thank you sir/mam.

        For the October month bill I got the current reading states 11000 whereas in the meter i see it is 9800, because of which i have got Rs.10400 to be paid as bill amount.. Average bill amount for us will be around Rs.500-600. When checked the same with the EB office they asked me to check with AE as they do not have access to edit the current reading in the TNEB Site. AE is not responding properly.
        Please update the right meter reading in the bill and update it.

            On 15/03/2020 i have made online payment on tneb ae exam online payment option. I am trying 1st time i received pending status . But rs1180 deducted from my account...Then I download the challan and pay the fees through Indian overseas Bank challan payment.Now i want revert of my fee rs.1180 amount deducted from my account during the attempt of online payment. Is it possible? I want to know from tneb. I mentioned my payment details here. Kindly provide solution for it...

              I am from vadamalairajapuram alias konampatty, sankarapuram (P.O), Thevaram via, theni (D.T) -625530 under the thevaram EB office.
              In our area we have faced regular power interruption every hour without any prior information. Many school, college student unable to continue online class due to this issue. Suddenly disconnect the classes. and also employees faced the same issue. Please do the needful. If it will happen in regulated time it is easy to schedule our work. Thanks

                I GOT NEW CONNECTION TARIFF VI FOR CONSTRUCTING A NEW HOUSE THE EB CONNECTION NO[protected] COIMBATORE REGION COIMBATORE NORTH DISTRIBUTION CIRCLE METTUPALAYAM TOWN. I COMPLETED THE HOUSE AND TAXATION BY THE KARAMADAI PANCHAYAT ON 29.09.2020. AFTER THAT I APPLIED FOR TARIFF CHANGE APPLICATION TO THE Assistant Engineer Mettupalayam 641 301 on 5.10.2020 Town along with required documents. Now I am residing in the house from 25.10.2020. still the tariff has not changed TILL DATE

                  Payment Could not Processed because of this error I had made three times instead of single payment
                  Amount also deducted three times, after while I received One Payment accounted but two payment had to refund

                    Other charges too high for our commercial connections above 1kw capacity apart from the charges for current units consumed . So please reduce the charges or the capacity to .99 kw . Our connection numbers are situated in Eliza nagar Thanjavur from 554 to 746 - six connections

                      Our service no, [protected] we had power complaint for last 4 days, from 04/11/2020 house was shocked due to rain, we return complaint to the eb note and inform to our area eb man mr. Subramani, until now he is not responsing, we are stay with our childrens in dark situation. We pay everything correctly. But the service was not satisfying. We complaint for getting proper result

                        We are residing at Door no.88 (Old no.201), Solayappan Street, Old Washermanpet, Chennai 600021

                        I am one of the partner who has acquired divided property from my father B.CHENGALVARAYAN. We are 1. B. B. CHENGALVARAYAN my younger brother, 2. B. BALASUBRAMANYAM, my self, 3. B. BHAGAVATHI and B. SAVATHRI, being my mother and elder sister jointly, owners of this property in above address. I am yet to get seperate connection for my portion.

                        Our division is not satisfactory between us. So we have reconsidering the modification of our portions. We have already agreed to part some part our portions with each other.

                        We have been sharing the connection between us.

                        I dont have separate connection.

                        I am registering the complaint on behalf o[censored]s three.

                        The complaint is that the power supply is fluctuating for almost for past 18 hours.

                        Please look into the matter.

                                  My parents are residing at no. 4/39-1, St. Patrick's Church Road, 3rd Lane, St Thomas Mount, Chennai - 600 016. The registration number for the electric connection in our house is[protected]. For the past three days the electric meter in our residence is out of order and displaying the message "F6" instead of the meter reading. Electric supply to the house is normal. I request you to kindly attend to this request and repair it as soon as possible as it may cause problems with billing.
