      தங்கள் உட்பட்ட பகுதியில் மின்சாரம் சீராக வருவதில்லை. வாரத்தில் 3 நாட்கள் காலை முதல் இரவு வரை மின்சாரம் வருவருவதில்லை. தற்போது[protected] வியாழக்கிழமை ) மாதம் ஒரு முறை பராமரிப்பு பணிக்காக காலை 9.00 மணிக்கு நிறுத்த பட்ட மின்சாரம் இரவு 9. 00 மணியாகியும் வரவில்லை. கிணத்துக்கடவு மின்சார அலுவலகம் சார்பாக எந்த தகவலும் முறையாக கொடுப்பதில்லை. தங்கள் உட்பட்ட wireman முறையாக பதில் கூறுவது இல்லை. எனவே தங்கள் உட்பட்ட பகுதிக்கு தடை இல்லாமல் மின்சாரம் வழங்க ஆவணம் செய்ய வேண்டுகிறோம்

        My name Abiya, I am from pamban. I have Physically and mentally abnormal younger sister . Above our house there is electric wire is passing we are afraid that due to rain or storm if it fallen its danger to my sister also that current wire touching our roof .We asked our local EB team to help us like placing plastic tube which will restrict passing current on roof.but they are asking more money(35k) with us. We are poor we can't afford that much amount because our small house cost itself 1lakh only.

            Address: DR AMBEDAR NAGAR METTU STREET THIRUVOTTIYUR CHENNAI (JOTHI NAGAR ELECTRICITY ZONE)

            Kindly request you to take immediate action regarding this. The drinage has been blocked for several days and also it is overflowing because mud is blocking the sewage lines. The eb lines are not properly installed making it difficult for everybody to move around and eb post not properly removed. The video is also attached. Please take immediate action.

              Since 4 month I'm not received reading because of corona.
              My average bill was Rs 800 per month.
              Today Eb person came to my home and got reading and the bill amount was Rs.13946. I need the solution and pop do something regarding my bill amount.

                  My family is out of chennai for last 4 months. Nobody resides in my home but i got wrongly billed for 600 units (2390 rs). Last bill was 0 rs as expected but now random meter readings are updated without visit for the current bill.
                  I did raised online complaibts twice on tnebnet.org but requests closed without resolving and no reason mentioned.
                  Request your help on resolving this.

                    Sir vanakam, we are from karur district aravakuruchi taluk coodalur bit-1 location madakalli (Periya mathiya koodalore). There are 50 families living in this area, people living here are poor coolie and poor farmers. Two rich families here have used their influence and put the eb post in the middle of the 30 ft road. We farmers have filled a complaint against it to the eb officer but he is not taking any action against it. The eb post is very disturbing the transports. The main reason for not taking action is the two people belong to dmk party which is ruling in aravachuruchi. So please take action. Please move the post to any corner of the road. The eb officer named sathish post je actios are against the public here. So please take action

                        Eb pillar box has been raised infront of my house. Usually pillar box should be raised where the existing electric post is situated, but here the pillar box has been fixed away from the electric pole which is infront of my house. Request you to move the pillar where electric pole was initially located. As this is a old house, i am planning to renovate the house with gate at the front of the house

                            As everyone is getting accustomed to this pandemic situation, refitting our lives to staying back at home, working from home, learning from home, doing business from home, etc., which have affected our everyday life to any extent. The pain caused is extensive.

                            In a way of helping us coupe with such a situation, our government is taking their good efforts to meet our basic and essential needs to help us stay safe and secure.

                            Electricity has become one of the basic necessities and very much a required one. Because all the work from home, learn from home and every other single activity evolve around it. Such an important necessity should be supplied 24/7 without any hassles unless for an unavoidable situation.

                            I live in dasarpuram, thirunindravur, chennai - 602024. For the couple of months we have been going through power cuts everyday for at least 2 hours, anytime regardless of rain or shine, day or night. (This i say apart from the regular maintenance shutdown - one day per month). I cannot affirm such power cuts are necessary or unnecessary or compulsory from my end. But considering the way we go through, it has / have affected every single life here. Anyone should think and feel the pain and the trouble caused by such power cuts.

                            Note: not every home is equipped with inverter / solar / power-gens.

                            Some of the awkward situations every common citizens face:
                            1. Consider you are in middle of your studies or going through an online exam, and your power goes off...
                            2. You are rushing through your online assignment or project to submit, and your power goes off...
                            3. You are attending an important webinar or in a conference video call with your management / boss, and your power goes off...
                            4. You are opening or winding up your business for the day because of the permissible time, and your power goes off...
                            5. Every one is at home. Father / mother / both running office / work / business from home, children studying / attending an exam from home, a baby screams in suffocation, because of your power went off...

                            True that we cannot avoid a power cut, but here we are in a anticipatory situation of such, every single day and any time. How? Why? How come the power goes off every day at the same time? After questioning them like this, now it happens at anytime, but 2 hours for sure. Either it would be 2 hours at straight or twice for 1 hour. I am texting this in a power cut situation. This morning there was for one hour. Now again. This happened everyday.

                            Now...
                            1. Repeated failure of an equipment shows the low standards used or inadequate.
                            2. Repeated failure caused at any particular area and the failure to sort it out shows incompetency of the concerned person.
                            3. Providing lazy excuses and threatening like responses during such situations shows the irresponsible behaviour of the persons appointed.

                            When tried calling the local eb office either they won't reply our call or come up with some reason which we hear from them more often. If we call the respective ae or je they too get irritated to answer our call (Stressed out?).

                            My personal experience with such calls are witty. Whenever i called any such persons their questions to me is like a. Who are you? B. What are you / what is your occupation? C. Where are you working? D. Which place is your office situated? There is nothing wrong in inquiring my name and locality of the power cut. But what about the other questions? Aren't such questions intimidating?

                            Is there a remedy for such power cuts in our area?
                            Is there is anyone responsible in the tneb to look into such power cuts?
                            Or help us out with a alternate option for such power cuts.

                                Today tneb of eruvadi, tirunelveli had carried out their maintenance activity. They had chopped a tree and left all the waste (Huge branches) in front of my shop despite requesting them not to do so. Lineman mr. Venkatesan behaviour in this aspect was unacceptable. Monthly maintenance is the duty of eb and it's not a free service. Eb should do maintenance activity after making proper arrangements to dispose waste immediately with minimal disturbance to public and traders. We are paying for the service and expect the staff to behave appropriately. I demand an apology from the line man and would like to get the waste removed immediately from my premises. Please act on this asap.

                                  I complaint regards to excess amount was billed for unconsumed units.
                                  Our actual reading was 3093 on march 10, 2020.
                                  But billed unit was 3670.
                                  They were charged for almost 500 unit extra.
                                  We have given written compliant regarding the same on march 10, 2020.

                                  But they not yet take any action in same.
                                  We request you to kindly look on the above issue and take necessary action.

                                      Hi sir,
                                      Today (09/08/2020) morning around 11:30 i have visited the electricity board office @ammoor to mention that there is no power supply in my home but the gates i opened the gates and searched for complain book to enter the problem. Because after entering into the book only they will come and check... But i can't find the book there. So i call mr. Kumar who is the line man on duty. I informed him the issue and he said i will come and check, after that i called him for every one hour he never picked up my call. Finally i called mr. Jayapal and informed about the problem i faced. He informed kumar and finally kumar came around 5:45 and the problem is solved @ evening 6clk. We spent the whole day without electricity. While calling in the morning itself i informed kumar that the work will take only 10-15 minus. I don't know why he did like this. Pincode-632501
