There is a very damaged lamp post in our street, There are many people in the street walking around and living including the children, we request to you that kindly change lamp post asap to save living people of this area, as of now very dangerous condition. Ahead a rainy season, it is very difficult to hold that post please change it sooon, from it's bottom to its centre damaged totally from that image u can see how the post is like soo...

I am residing at pappakudi my eb account no is[protected] on my complaint regarding meter struck the department have made a shortfall recovery in my account but wrongly a cc arrear charges of rs.1700 have been billed 0n october month. When i called the concerned person they did not replied me properly. I want detailed explain for cc arrear for my eb service.

Made multiple complaints over the slanting transformer in 7th street ananthagiri to kodaikanal eb office over the course of 2 months. Due to heavy rainfall yesterday the transformer has slanted even further. When we asked je to take steps immediately, he spoke rudely as though it was our fault. If the transformer falls, it would fall over our house. I don't understand why i have to take such attitude, such arrogance. If anything happens to...

I am trying to contact our area lineman last 4 hours because of no electricity. When i am calling he is not attending my call. For past few days power cut is very high. Power cut timing is short but it occurs frequently. We complained many times there was no action taken by your side.
The area of this problem islalgudi near busstand. Since it is a business area its very disturbing. So we request you to please look into this matter and take appropriate steps for stoppage of power cut....

We are from karaikudi (630003) ponnagar area. Sakkotai (Pudhuvayal) eb where we pay our electricity bil. The worst low power we received for several years.

Because of the transformer near my home we have so much of problem like transformer burning /bursting etc, and the wires from the transformer is left open in road and crossing my home openly. For which s very danger for the kids there. Today they broke my entrance just because they are passing wire near my entrance. Why so much thick wires are passed near residence that too without even hiding. This ill really create risk for others too...

Hi I had paid tneb bill payment from mobikwik on 1st of october 2019 for 2 consumer nos ie[protected] the amount is Rs:830/- transaction id: MK[protected] and[protected] the amount is Rs:470/- transaction id is: MK[protected] both amount was debited from my account but not cleared in tneb. As the last date is on 3rd october i had paid once again from tneb website and the amount was cleared. When i checked in tneb website the 2nd paid...

I have purchased a property in second-hand during may 2018. I was advised by
He previous owner that this was vacant post dec 17. There was a faulty neutral which was duly changed. While he has comlained earlier about charge levy during apr 2018 that the house was vacant, tneb has denied for admisson of anything and levied him some charge in apr 2018.
