I am stayed anumanthapurm village. My area electric current all time low voltage. My electronic item repair for low voltage reason. 8 street one transform is supply in current that is low voltage problem. All home electronic item not working.

My home fans not working in night time. My area people struggle low voltage problem in night time.

    Warm greetings. We the resident of vaibhav 3rd road, vaibhav nagar extn, opp to st csi stephen church, (Opp vit 3rd gate) would like to draw your kind attention towards the poor upkeep of lights in our area.
    During nights there is a presence of theft, chain/phone snatching as taken place is absence of street light and presence of darkness in our area. Also, there is no street light in the state highway 59 road. It is darkness in our area. It has brought about a spurt in the frequency of wrongdoing in the region. Especially women are in danger in leaving their homes at night. Grabbing, thievery and robbery have turned into the order of the day. The criminals in the wake of perpetrating law violations exploit the obscurity and securely flee.

    I, accordingly, request you to kindly take necessary move to mend the ways so that people of the region have good street lights.

      In a place like chennai this is the worst a government office could do to the public.. I've been here for 20 yrs..till now the eb office here is the worst if it's kind..today there was a power cut from morning 9 a.m to 6 pm again power is gone from 12 till 4 in the night..everytime we call the line says it is busy..kindly do your job..employees of vyasarpadi eb office or leave it for others who is ready to do..

        I am having xerox shop in hosur. I have got a client for paying gangman recuritment exam fees. I have filed the application and the made a payment but twice the payment is done once got message failed but the money debited in my account. And i also asked the bank they said it is credited into the tangedco account. I have made this transaction on 22/05/2019. From 3 months i am walking to bank and asking this details, and also they said me it is not a fault bank their side.

        So now what should i do rs.1180 taken twice from my debit card.
        Whom to contact i dont know. And also their is no option of asking this issue in tneb, please get me the refund for my issue. I have attached the screenshot on my bank statement...

          Dear Sir

          We got excess current bill for the two months of Oct i.e, amount of 3800/ Generally we used to get below 1000/- - When we analysis on this website http://tneb.tnebnet.org/newlt/menu3.html - we found that they have calculated the meter reading from June to Sep and they charged the amount.

          For the month of August they have taken the default value of what we received bill of June.

          For the month of Oct'2019 they calculated from June to 10th Oct.

          Here are details
          From To Reading
          11/06/2019 11/06/2019 9200 620/- This is for June
          14/08/2019 17/08/2019 9200 620/- They charge default amt of June
          09/10/2019 14/10/2019 [protected]/- Here they have calculated from June to Oct.

          Please let me know how we can take it froward of this complaint.

            There are no street lights on the way from perriyanayakenpalayam, coimbatore (Dist) to keeranatham, some street lights are not functioning. Its difficult for all to use that way during night time and since there is it park in keeranatham most of the people use that road. Kindly take required action on this as soon as possible please.               continuous power cut

              We have power cut in unwanted mistake of loose connection in wire during hoki puyal time. We have complained that. They have made the wire temporary and gave the connection. Until now they not given proper connection. There was continuous shortage in our home. We have complained but not coming and the eb wireman in vallankumaravilai service is not making proper distribution in line and i told to them many time...

              Why does kottakuppam (Just outside pondicherry) suffer from powercuts everytime it rains or even drizzles? Even the slightest breeze results in atleast an hour of powercut? What kind of maintenance is being done? Nobody picks up the phone at the electricity office to receive complaint. I have a good mind to stop paying my electricity bills from next month if this continues.

                Sir, i am a resident of padur, chennai tamil nadu. I feel very sorry to inform you that the padur electricity office associates are not aware of the frequent power cut during the nights mostly sustained till morning. Since it is a centre for education many college students like us are not able to achieve proper sleep and attend college. Also the power cuts occur without any reason or prior notice and the maintainance person is not responsive. Kindly look into the matter and get this solved as soon as possible.

                  My name is vanjithkumar and i'm a tenant in mr. Jagadeesan's house in kundrathur. Last time eb reading was taken wrongly about 500units extra by eb department. It was 1250 but noted as 1750 units. We have raised a complaint on 30th september 19 in tneb site (Complaint id:[protected]) but still no actions taken against that. Actual bill should be ₹350 but the bill generated for ₹3365. Please make them to revise the bill amount.

But they didn't provide the electricity till now. We complained to the line man about the issue. But no response. So please provide the electricity as soon as possible. We people are suffering from last night without the electricity.

                    Continuous Powercut of minimum 8 hours in Vijayshanthi Lotus Pond apartment - THAIYUR for last 2 weeks.

                    No proper response or resolution to avoid this kind of ridiculous powercut.

                    Here 1500 families are suffering a lot.

                    Please do necessary steps to solve this issue immediately.
                    We are facing continuous power failure in midnight without any proper reasons. Midnight power failurevl whichs leads some suspicious activities. There is no any proper response from our local eb office

                    My eb reading was taken and the bill amount has come rs.6707.which is too high for a small family and we dont have many current consuming products at home. most of the days the house was vacant though. kindly check into the usage reading or pls ask someone to come and view the meter asap.

                        I got an email for paying consumption charge of rs. 125 for sept 2019. When i went to pay online i was shocked to find a line item of demand if rs. 68, 222 for 'average shortfall". I have been using the service for more than a decade and we have been paying bills very promptly and regularly and had never experienced such huge and inflated demand.

                        Owing to natural calamity and no rain fall in the whole area for a very extended period we were not able to draw water by using the service and we have not been able to plant anything and we have been incurring huge losses. Sudden shock of tneb without any advance warning or notice we senior citizens are put to huge shock and mental tension with such an inflated demand. I hope rhis is a mistake from the department and i have written to ae concerned on oct 4, 2019.

                        Till my last bill which was generated and paid in August 2019, i was able to pay it online. But now tneb site says that my consumer number is invalid. My consumer number is [protected].

                        Please activate my service number on tneb online site so that i can pay my bills on time.

                            I have been charged 12 rupees per unit for my room alone in a hostel in kilpauk in chennai. There are plenty of rooms in my hostel and i believe it is excess charged. I have used 104 units this month and had to pay rs.1248 for this month alone. The charges showed in online search engines have no consonance whatsoever to what they are charging me. Most of the people staying in this hostel are students or working people who have been exploited by this very excessive charges of the hostel. I hope proper methods can be adopted to curb the excessive rates charged by the hostel.

                                For two months i got billed wrongly for faulty meter. For 0 reading difference i was charged for 2126 and then a new meter got replaced. I usually get 400 to 600 units maximum usage. Now for current billing this time with a surprising comsumption of 940 units, which billed around rs4600. Most of the days we are not even in home.
                                Kindly resolve the issue

                                    I would like to bring to your attention that i have been overcharges as the current consumption reading has been wrongly noted.

                                    The meter reading as of 03/04/2013 shows 2980 where as i have been billed as below.
                                    Please advise on how to get this reversed as the payment date is nearing.
