In kalaignar nagar, kanuvakkarai (Po), coimbatore (Dt), ther is no power from last night. There was a heavy rain last night that's why they cut the power. But they didn't provide the electricity till now. We complained to the line man about the issue. But no response. So please provide the electricity as soon as possible. We people are suffering from last night without the electricity.

Continuous Powercut of minimum 8 hours in Vijayshanthi Lotus Pond apartment - THAIYUR for last 2 weeks.

No proper response or resolution to avoid this kind of ridiculous powercut.

Here 1500 families are suffering a lot.

Please do necessary steps to solve this issue immediately.
We are facing continuous power failure in midnight without any proper reasons. Midnight power failurevl whichs leads some suspicious activities. There is no any proper response from our local eb office
Sir the Electric board on platform at SKM church, 10 west koovam River Road, chintadripet is opened, Very Danger for children & public, orally told complained for 2 days no one attended.Please do needful to avoid accident, thank you
My eb reading was taken and the bill amount has come rs.6707.which is too high for a small family and we dont have many current consuming products at home. most of the days the house was vacant though. kindly check into the usage reading or pls ask someone to come and view the meter asap.

    I am correspondent of durga matric had kodambakkam ch24. Your e. B office is just oppose to my school. There is frequent power failure in our school but there is no proper person to recover or attend complaints. Today there is power failure. When i gave a complaint your people say that today is holiday and if they bribe them they will attend the complaint. I am extremely sorry to mention that this is the pathetic situation in your kodambakkam eb dept. Request your good self to attend the issue

      I got an email for paying consumption charge of rs. 125 for sept 2019. When i went to pay online i was shocked to find a line item of demand if rs. 68, 222 for 'average shortfall". I have been using the service for more than a decade and we have been paying bills very promptly and regularly and had never experienced such huge and inflated demand.

      Owing to natural calamity and no rain fall in the whole area for a very extended period we were not able to draw water by using the service and we have not been able to plant anything and we have been incurring huge losses. Sudden shock of tneb without any advance warning or notice we senior citizens are put to huge shock and mental tension with such an inflated demand. I hope rhis is a mistake from the department and i have written to ae concerned on oct 4, 2019.

      Till my last bill which was generated and paid in August 2019, i was able to pay it online. But now tneb site says that my consumer number is invalid. My consumer number is [protected].

      Please activate my service number on tneb online site so that i can pay my bills on time.

Eb people’s not responding anything they will said if not rain i am not responsible you ask every where they will told.night we are where asked.and they will told such a irresponsible talking they are.now what can we do

          I have been charged 12 rupees per unit for my room alone in a hostel in kilpauk in chennai. There are plenty of rooms in my hostel and i believe it is excess charged. I have used 104 units this month and had to pay rs.1248 for this month alone. The charges showed in online search engines have no consonance whatsoever to what they are charging me. Most of the people staying in this hostel are students or working people who have been exploited by this very excessive charges of the hostel. I hope proper methods can be adopted to curb the excessive rates charged by the hostel.

              For two months i got billed wrongly for faulty meter. For 0 reading difference i was charged for 2126 and then a new meter got replaced. I usually get 400 to 600 units maximum usage. Now for current billing this time with a surprising comsumption of 940 units, which billed around rs4600. Most of the days we are not even in home.
              Kindly resolve the issue

                  I would like to bring to your attention that i have been overcharges as the current consumption reading has been wrongly noted.

                  The meter reading as of 03/04/2013 shows 2980 where as i have been billed as below.
                  Please advise on how to get this reversed as the payment date is nearing.

                    Hello sir/madam, i’m from thathanur pottakkollai village which belongs to udayarpalayam tk, ariyalur dt, tamilnadu, pin 621804.in my village every two three days current cut for long time and very often. We are facing very difficult situation or i can say our every day life is very difficult without electricity because many children's, students can’t study and labors, workers can’t do their job and even a simple people can't have a normal life due to this stupid workers mistakes or i don’t know why they making so many current cuts. When we ask the eb workers who responsible to our village not giving proper response and ignoring. Their attitudes are so bad. Even to do their work we have to give money which is totally corruption and cheating. Is it because it’s village? So we are living in a village we can’t get our rights? Or we don’t have a power to ask? It’s very shameful situation. Please sir/ mam i request you so much to take action for this unfair situations.

                      I am saravanan from kolathur, poombugar nagar. Lineman from tneb kolathur charged 15, 000/- for 3 phase connection and gave challan for 7450/-. When i asked where is my balance amount. He told that balance amount is bribe share among a. E. And other staffs in tneb or else work won't get completed. Hence please take legal action on these kind of criminals. They are brave just because they are sure that nobody can do anything to them. Hence need your help on this

                        My complaint is about electrician from electrical department. Nobody from the electrical department don't want to help me to fix our electric switch box which is sparkling, instead they keep on ignoring me. They keep on sleeping all the time inside that office whenever i go to call them, saying they will come later as they feel sleepy. If they are going to be like this, why don't you just terminate them. There are thousands of people jobless electrician better than them. They really work hard but get nothing, but this people, they keep on sleeping in the office and earn alot. Why? Are they were for public or private?? Please do something..!!!

                        Hi Sir/Mam,

                        We stay in Mugalivakkam V.V Koil Street Chennai-600125. There is an electric pole just in front of my home which is in completely corroded condition. These rusted and damaged electric poles carrying live wires may fall in the residential homes any time.

                        Request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
                        In Vinayagar second street, Sakthi Nagar, Near Ramanujam Nagar (Hopes to Singanallur - Kamarjar Road), Coimbatore, one recently installed LED Street light is not working.

                        Kindly rectify the same.

Weekly 5 or 6 days they are saying breakdown without rain and all... Please take a step for this

                            Hello sir/ madam
                            We are from thiruvallur district, thamaraipaakam kootroad location, for a past few weeks we are facing this problem which is like current cut happens suddenly for 2days continuosly without any reason. We contacted supply man but he didn't responsed.. After that we have went to the eb office for 2times. 1st time at morning we went they said they sorting out the problm but then until evening we didn't get the current.. Then again we went and asked for a complaint and then they went and sorted out.. The main highlight is that they not even knowing we had a current cut na.. And today again it happens all the surroundings having current only our place is got cut. Everyday atleast for 2hours we had power cut but that is fine.. But atleast they should provide current at night times na.. We contacted supply man but no response.. Again we are facing the same issue.. If this happens for weekly 2days what will we do.. We dnt know how to solve this problem.. Pls do help us

                              shortfall in misc. collection for non defaulter

                              For my consumer ([protected]), i have seen 2 entries for shortfall in misc. Collection with charge rs are 620 & 1230 on 30th july 2019. When i checked reason on online, this charges comes only if any pending arrears or any defaulter. But i always pay my bill within 3-4 days from bill generation date for past 3 years. I have raised complaint ([protected]) on 11th sept 2019 and till now no response even that went to 2nd level escalation....

                              Daily once single phase power shutting down in vallalar street, m. G. R. Nagar. Day by day i make a cal to eb and informing, they came and connect only for that day supply again the next day same issues continues. I am having 10month baby and how can we live without power on evening time with mosquitos kills.. So, i kindly request you to please make some sollution to solve this problem.

If you people don't know how to fix website issues, then please make it private... So that we can expect good service... Already tneb is running on huge loss...                                       Previously tneb electrician taken meter reading for the ground floor but they didn't taken meter reading for first floow. Seems like some meter problems. I was not available for around 2 weeks in home for this billing cycle. Today i email notification from tneb says that billing of 2242rs. Its really excess billing. Kindly look into this problem as soon as possible.
