    Sirs, i have paid rs 31925 towards my august 2019 bill on 05.09.2019 via cub online netbanking. Amount deducted from my cub a/c on 05.09.19 itself. E-receipt from tneb is not yet received / generated. Amount paid also not returned to my cub a/c till date as per the authorized cub authorities. Kindly take necessary actions pls and do the needful to solve the problem

      Hello sir

      We have received a bill of rs. 33000.00 with high consumption all sudden! This is from no 45, valluvar nagar, sithalapakkam. Kindly help us to resolve this issue. While my tenant visited the office the office staff misbehaved very badly saying we are cheating! The house was closed from aug 2018 to jan 2019. So there will not be any eb consumption in that period. I am not affordable to pay that much amount without any specific reason or some one's mistake. Kindly help us to resolve the issue.[protected] &[protected].

        We are living in Coimbatore, Our house have no current due to low voltage, every time EB officer will come, put the line and get Rs. 50 every time, , , how many time we will give 50, and 50, they didn't tell any solution. If one night current no means how should we carried out our routine works, We are in line house, , 4 house is there! Only our line have this problem, please give any solution for this problem,

            Respected sir,
            Previously we had power supply from thiruninravur, where we had huge low voltage problem. Not the supply is changed to gudapakkam village, the voltage is better now but we are facing very frequent power shutdown for the whole night with no reason. Having small kids and being working people it's difficult to manage this situation. Kindly look into it and take necessary action.

              I live in velachery and yesterday there was power shutdown till 5.00pm. When current came only our flat was not having power, so we call ae and complained today morning the line man came and checked, he said some wire has burnt underground needs to be change and asking us 20, 000.
              My question is if the supply wire is damaged should we pay and repair it and 20000 is a huge amount.

                  The bill for the last two month cycle is exorbitantly high.
                  For first four two month cycle bill was as follows
                  Reading date. Reading. Bill amt
                  8/10/18. 300 530
                  9/12/18. 780 335
                  19/2/19. 1060 470
                  6/4/19. 1390 620
                  Then suddenly for next two cycles it shot up to rs 4000
                  7/6/19.2150.3496
                  9/819.3000.4090.
                  And surprisingly all bulbs in use are led.
                  There is something wrong some where as it goes totally against the law of averages and also probability.
                  Pls rectify and call for a comprehensive forensic audit.

                    I have a HT temporary supply for construction of new house and have consumption for period with effect from 18 Jun 2019 to 17 Aug 2019 is 60 Unit only. But my bill amount is Rs 2205.00 which is not understood.
                    My energy charge is Rs 720 is acceptable but fixed charge for contr load is 1380.00 is not understood.
                    The EB tariff for temporary supply for new construction house is Rs 11.00 per unit and fixed charge is Rs 350/month as per Revised tariff rate with effect from 11 Aug 2017 video THERE Order No T. P No 1 of 2017 dated 11 Aug 2017 (copy of EB Bill and tariff rate is enclosed for ready reference).

I am continuously call to Eb Manarpuram, Trichy they will pick the phone on 8.30 Am. After that i have complaint to landline [protected]. Then complaint to 1912 They are given the token no 80726 on 8.34 Am. Again and again i will call to eb office but they are not responding.Still power not come. My 80 years old parents and small children's are suffering a lot. i have so much depression due that problem. This is our kind request sir please consider and resolve the prodblem soon sir.

                            In my 2bhk flat i'm using 4 tubelights, one small refrigerator, two fan but most of the time i use only one tubelight and a fan. Meter reading per day comes 5 to 6 units which i feel abnormal as compare to my usage, as i don't use a. C, t. V, desktop computer, induction, microwave or a cooler. I have give a 3rd complaint letter regarding this to my nearest electricity office (Nanganallur) but still no action has been taken so far.in this connection i have to mention that our neighbour use a. C, t. V, fan etc. But their electric bill for bimonthly came 1000 rupees. This high bill gives me a rude shock. I want this problem to be rectified immediately.
                            My electric bill bimonthly period dated 8-8-2019 came 4288. I request to to please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

The electrical poles near narayana group of schools, kolathur are bend and wires are hanging which is at high risk for people commute that side, especially children's those who study at narayana.                                   Mangadu eb is worst division in Tamilnadu eb. In our are one nit full power cut but they are didnt response that transformer line was damaged bt they didn't repaired. This mistakes happen so many times bt they didnt solve this prblm. Our area people are middle class only so we connt sleep in nit time, that very irritating. Please take Nesseseries.

                                    I am resident in 12/87, b-block gb, west madha church street, royapuram, chennai-600013. Tneb reading on every second month has to be taken on 22nd, but the reading is not noted on this day rather they waiting to meter to run beyond 500 units and then later on month 28th or 29th they writing the reading. This to collect huge money from.
                                    Respected sir, i request you to take appropriate action on these personal and take the readings on right date.
