On 26th august your person is came and taking reading at that time he told that meter display is not working. He write in eb card that not display. Please check the meter and if possible than change it with a two days. My no is [protected]

    எங்கள் ஊர் களத்தூர் கிராமம் தேவகோட்டை தாலுகா சிவகங்கை மாவட்டம் எனது பெயர் பெரியார் சின்னதுரை எங்கள் ஊருக்கு 16 எண் பேருந்து இயக்கப்படுகிறது கடந்த 10 நாட்களாக பேருந்து எங்கள் ஊருக்கு வரவில்லை அதற்கு காரணமாக பேருந்து ஓட்டுநர் மற்றும் நடத்துனர் சொல்லும் கரணம் எங்கள் ஊருக்கு வரும் வழியில் உள்ள வண்ணன்வயல் என்ற பேருந்து நிறுத்தத்திற்கு அருகில் மின்சார கம்பம் சாலை ஓரத்தில் இருப்பதால் தற்போது பெய்த மழையால் அந்த கம்பம் சாலை பக்கமாக சாய்ந்து நிற்பதால் பேருந்தில் உரசி சேதம் ஏற்படும் என்பதால் எங்களால் இயக்க முடியாது என்று கூறி எங்கள் ஊரிலிருந்து சுமார் 5 கிலோ மீட்டர் தூரத்தில் பேருந்தை நிருத்தி விடுகின்றனர் இதனால் பள்ளிக்கு செல்லும் குழந்தைகள் பெரியவர்கள் பெண்கள் என்று அனைவரும் மிகுந்த சிரமத்திற்கு ஆளாகின்றனர் அதுவும் மாலை வேளையில் பெருந் விட்டு இறங்கி நடந்து வருவது மிகவும் சிரமமாக உள்ளது இந்த மின் தடம் சாக்கோட்டை அலுவலகத்தில் இருந்து வருகிறதா இல்லை தேவகோட்டை சரகத்தில் இருந்து வருகிறதா என்று தெரியவில்லை ஏனென்றால் தேவகோட்டை அதிகாரிகளிடம் சொல்லி நடவடிக்கை இல்லை சாக்கோட்டை அலுவலகத்திற்கு தொலைபேசி அழைப்பு இணைக்கப்படவில்லை எனவே இந்த கோரிக்கையை உடனடியாக சரிசெய்து தரும்படி மிகவும் பணிவோடு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்

      In my 2bhk flat i'm using 4 tubelights, one small refrigerator, two fan but most of the time i use only one tubelight and a fan. Meter reading per day comes 5 to 6 units which i feel abnormal as compare to my usage, as i don't use a. C, t. V, desktop computer, induction, microwave or a cooler. I have give a 3rd complaint letter regarding this to my nearest electricity office (Nanganallur) but still no action has been taken so far.in this connection i have to mention that our neighbour use a. C, t. V, fan etc. But their electric bill for bimonthly came 1000 rupees. This high bill gives me a rude shock. I want this problem to be rectified immediately.
      My electric bill bimonthly period dated 8-8-2019 came 4288. I request to to please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

          My name is madhan kumar, residing at kolathur. The electrical poles near narayana group of schools, kolathur are bend and wires are hanging which is at high risk for people commute that side, especially children's those who study at narayana. I have escalated it to kolathur ae but till now no one has visited the place. I kindly request you to have someone to inspect immediately.

          We are facing power cut in our home name: vasanthaammal. Num:[protected], Pls do the need full to resume the power supply. Always it happening very frequently in our street KAMALA rice Mill St., 1st lane, PUDHUPALAYAM, Gobi, Erode.
          We are living in theregalputhoor, nagercoil, yeaterday nit onwards powercut in our area, whole nit we was dry to reach THOVALAI EB ofc, but they didnt atn our cal, full nit we was suffered, it is very disappointed

            Mangadu eb is worst division in Tamilnadu eb. In our are one nit full power cut but they are didnt response that transformer line was damaged bt they didn't repaired. This mistakes happen so many times bt they didnt solve this prblm. Our area people are middle class only so we connt sleep in nit time, that very irritating. Please take Nesseseries.

            They cut off the electricity every night and if you call it, there is no response
            No one has to accept calls, How do the children sleep and how do we go to work if the electricity is cut off at night during the summer? We look forward to hearing from you soon..

              I am resident in 12/87, b-block gb, west madha church street, royapuram, chennai-600013. Tneb reading on every second month has to be taken on 22nd, but the reading is not noted on this day rather they waiting to meter to run beyond 500 units and then later on month 28th or 29th they writing the reading. This to collect huge money from.
              Respected sir, i request you to take appropriate action on these personal and take the readings on right date.

                Hi there is frequently power cutting in perungalatur thiruvallur street area atleast by night time dont cut the power we work as a software employee and we have work by morning its such a pathetic we come to tamil nadu for work from outside and this is the service provided by govt cant even sleep peacefully. Please take care of it as it is not even raining.

                    My name is saran i am from muttukadu (Chennai south ecr) in my area power cut happened consistently, if any function in this area hotel and restaurants they regularly cut the power in my area and supplies the power to that restaurant it's happened past one year, today also they cut power and i called them (Kovalam eb office) to ask for power cut one of the eb employee taken my call and he said, some other functions going on in kovalam beach (Surfing event) hence they cut power from here and supply there. Here many children and family there, we unable to live without power, please take action and resolve this kind of problem i request you to please action on this as soon as possible.

                    I live in Muttukadu and we have daily power cuts morning and in the evening. Upon enquiry the personnel do not give a proper answer. Looks like a small inefficiency that needs attention. With so may apartment complexes this problem has just been overseen.

                      I have two new eb connection in my home separate meters.
                      The connection has been given through wires by crossing the road on the top of the post connected to top of the house. The wire are looking very low from the ground.

                      So i need to change my wire to under ground power cable.

                      What is the procedure? And where i will contact. If there is any request form please let me know.

                        My cc bill is inr 3298, which am ok to pay but all of sudden an excessive payment is coming in additional to cc payment of 5200 in others and average shortfall, showing due date of next month (Which am not sure of what reason has been added & is certainly an error from tneb end). I can n't proceed by only paying cc pay & is asking me to pay additional money also. As my due date in another 2 days, requesting you to resolve this earliest.

He is speaking to rough for flat people and he is doing disconnected to my flat eb connection without any reason. Till now not coming to that power connection.                             This is to be informed that by electrical service wire connected post is fully damage and need to replace immediately. This is very old steel post and bottom is fully corroded (Rusted) and it can be fall any time.

                            It is posted in-front of my home and our children are playing bellow this post, so it very danger and unsafe condition.

                            Requesting take action and replace to new concert post as soon as possible in priority basis

                              There is no power from yesterday 7pm, we called the eb workers but no use. Till now the power has not come. Request you to take immediate action on it. We people struggling a lot with kids at home.

                              The eb officials do not bother about the situation. Need a quick attention on this.

                                Please consider high priority tneb elavour office power line every daily night power cut happened in elavour to sunnambukulam power line issue more then 2 to 4 hours per day daily many time complained on eb office not care of power cut happened. Please inform to check problem not repeat daily.
                                It will be effect on student and child education and also sleep well lose.
                                Kindly do the needful as soon as possible

                                  I have sumitted my complaint on month of may 19 regarding the meter non functional to the ae - periyakuppam, thiruvallur and told, as the meter is not in stock for replacement it will be kept pending. I am charged on average basis for may and june 19. Till date there is no sign of action. The current period is of monsoon the consumption will be far less to the average consumption. Hence the concerned officials take the stock of the situation and do the needful for replacement it will of great help...

                                    The due date for payment of current bill is 9/9/19 and it is requested to adjust the refund amount in this bill please.This is a long pending issue.
                                    In our village are all the time power cut going on what about problem per day must they cut 5 hours today until not power not come...?

                                      Dear sir,
                                      We had faulty meter in our flat for common eb meter. We had given complaint almost 1 year before n did follow ups too. As the meter display was not working tneb had charged almost 560 rupees three times. And changed the meter 2 months before. Now we got bill for almost 1770 as arrears shortfall. Kindly see the issue.. Even the meter was not working we had paid more than five times our usual bill. But how come it comes arrears this much and without any details or explanation.

                                        Our consumer no:[protected] the person taken reading on[protected] at home told me meter box not working so we put average but he put 630units and on 11/07/2019 came for reading and they also told we put the average but they also made mistake. I think you can see our readings and do the necessary steps. As per our reading card from january 2018 08/01/18 360 units 08/03/18 is 330 units 08/05/18 is 520 units 09/11/18 is not written in our card, 12/01/19 is 310 units as per calucation it may be around 300-400 units how it is possible to increase to 630units suddenly when meterbox is not working. We you taje necessary action to reduce the amount for us.
