I have sumitted my complaint dtd 08.06.2019 regarding the meter non functional to the ae ashok nagar east and told as the meter is not in stock for replacement it will be kept pending. I am charged on average basis for june and jul 19. Till date there is no sign of action. The current period is of monsoon the consumption will be far less to the average consumption. Hence the concerned officials take the stock of the situation and do the needful for replacement it will of great help.

    It's really worst to have frequent powercuts in pallavan nagar 6th street maduravoyal, i have informed many times but no proper response from tneb. Powercuts happens mainly on night times lasting for 3-5 hrs. Tneb people are not fixing the issue permanently instead they are doing on temporary basis. Really worst to see this kind of responses from them

      In spite of complaint against the defective meter and asking the consumer to bear the cost of the meter to replace, tneb has replaced the meter on 6th july 2019 and charging rs 2285.00 + rc, the consumer to pay and highlighting in my account as due to pay by 6th august 2019, which is not clarified to me. The old meter also in the possession of tneb

        Hello sir,
        There are lot of accidents and lives going in annur-saravanamapatti due to the absence of street light. Heavy duty vehicles comes with additional lights since there is no street lights. Nothing is visible on the roads other than the vehicle lights. Lot of vehicles travel in this road especially nights including HDV trucks too. Please kindly provide the street light facility asap.

          Connection no.:[protected] meter read on 18 august 2019
          When i enquired about the reading the person noting the reading replies angrily without any reason asking for my meter number. Before i said the number he left the place without telling anything and i was just telling the number though. This sort of disrespectful behavior shall not be entertained to any human. Please be respectful and no 1 is least or higher than anyone. Hope the complaint is taken an action and a response is received the earliest.

            My residents at santhoshpuram i was living here more then 50 years i hav a land and i built a temporary shop in. Am going to build permanent shop in tat place. So please disconnect my electricity connection. I was gave written complient to electricity board officer but they didn’t take any action. They saying go to court and get court order.               Respected sir, this is panneer selvam residing at 11/20, mylapooran street, royapettah, chennai - 14. Contact no - [protected]. Next to my home there is illegal power supply is given. The meter wires are connected straight in direction to main board of government supply.. We raised the question to ae officer of royapettah branch why you have permitted for an illegal connection, he replied as it's my wish il do as what i want il get money and i will do it. This is not the right way of an officer to do and answer.. We have the proof of photo and videos for the illegal connection.. The llegal given power supply directly to the main government is totally offence and not fair and it is not safe here the wires can get fall whenever.. Please i request the government to take necessary action against the illegal connection and to the officer for permitting it.. Please do the needfull as soon as possible.. Thanks..

                    We are living in kattumalayanur (Puthur) village, thiruvannamalai district 606804, there is a very damaged lamp post in our street, when ever it will be in fallen down condition, there are many people are living along with children around the lamp post, hence kindly consider our request and take immediate action as soon as possible.

                      We live in
                      Shollinganallur area and for the past one month, the voltage has been very low and we were never able to switch on air conditioner. The heat has been so intense and most of the nights we are not able to sleep, i asked the eb people and they say, they cannot help as the incoming voltage itself is low. I do not to whom should we go ask for. This is shame of my people and my country, no compatators for tneb. No choice to change service provider. This is ok not life threatening incident. Think about scams across india filthy politicians. Omg i am not getting sleep.

                        While passing through the 8th street in shakti nagar porur, i noticed that a couple of trees have grown tall and are touching the live wires in the left side corner house. On taking up the matter with the old lady living in that house, she expressed her inability to cut the branches as none of the men she tried to engage were ready to do the job as they are apprehensive of a shock.                           After 8 or 9 months of meter impaired.. They installed new meters..2 number for the sc. No÷[protected] &[protected].. Which shows higher values which cannot be acceptable for that resident use of eb.. With the basic electric householdsh like elsewhere..
                          So.. I request you to check on to this meter readings.. And the malfunctioning.. Hyperfunctioning of these meters.. Immediately and help me to get rid of this stress..

                            Hi,

                            Power at my house for the last 4 years has been irregular at best with frequent fluctuations and a couple oddball high surge thrown in. Every now and then my meter readings too are off the charts
                            . I've complained to your dept but they feign ignorance. Please can you have a look at our frequent power fluctuations that has pulled our lives apart. I hardly get to sleep and barely any sleep if at all. The issue happens every sunday night and many other nights all other streets have power except our own. Seems a convenient coincidence and nothing i can do. Please have this fixed at your earliest convenience.

                              The street lights are also not burning for more than 3weeks now in chitlapakkam main road and sanatorium fly over posing threat to public. Chain snatching and robberies have started happening now. It is posing a threat like situation here.

This is a commercial service usage & consumption of electricity is high. But reading online bill amount is very low.. They are using highly consumption of 3 phase borewell for agricultural farms / chick farms.. Kindly pls take legal action to stop thefting..

                                      Please find the attached snap file of my rental hose EB bill history

                                      Could you please review this issue and get the feedback

                                      We are paying the bill normally 590Rs. but last two bill getting very high

                                      Could you please revisit the EB bill status

                                      We went the guduvanchery EB office and complaint about this but we didn't get the proper solution

                                      We suspect with EB reading officer because our all row house getting same issue (EB reading didn't write on the EB card but we are in the house)

                                        I received electricity bill for 4354rs for the month 20/05/2019 to 23/07/2018 of which all time very high amount. Kindly note that i have been continuing to use electricity in usual way for all the months and here there is no point of sudden abnormal increase in the consumption of electricity in the month 23/07/2019. I raised a complaint against this issue, but no responds from ae side. Still now he could not visited my home to check whats problem going on.

                                        foreman checked the reading on 13/06/19. but he is not mention in that Application. Again inform EB Office tariff not changed. then took reading on 25/06/19. Tariff changed on 19/7/19. now consumed unit 230. reading amt Rs.4456.
