      This is john rathnam, my address no 258 siva sankaran street, erukkancherry, chennai -600118, past 10 days am not getting proper current supply for my house, i complained lots of time to my respected eb, the lineman came and give temperory connection due to this, hardly 20 times in a day, the power will be cut and came back for after long time, this situation are going on past 10 days, so many electronics products are repaired due to this un usaual power cut, please take an immediate actions for this problem as soon as possible...

            The transformer available in kottampallam of erkolpatty of eriyur ae hurisdiction was burnt off on 30.10.2018. There was no electricity upto 01.11.2018 when this was brought to the knowledge of the eb official the same was rectified on 01.11.2018 by 07.00 pm again the transformer was stuck down by 7.30 pm. The complaint was not attended by the eb officials till today. There was no electricity from 30.10.2018 to till date. Without electricity no water is pumped. It is not known as to how to make livelihoods including the animals. Pl change the transformer urgently

                Kindly take immediate action in my village... When we are complain about current problem to mr. Panjayan... He is working in thukkanayakkan palayam eb office (Nanjai pullyam patti[protected]. He ask money for consumers... I don't know why we are giving money.. The government properly provide salary or not.. Is this situation continuous how we are alive.. Basically i'm from poor family.. My dad earn daily 200 to 300 rs.. But mr panjayan ask one complain for 100 rs. Please take immediate action. Thanking you!

                  Dear sir,
                  My Electricity connection No is[protected]and on 2/5/2018 Ac-counter of electricity board member put previous month average amount for electricity charges due to the reason that my meter is not running.. This is totally wrong. My house shop no 13B is sub meter of 13D meter and previous month usage of current is more than this.But on February/2/2018 we have get a new connection ([protected]) for 13B. For that 13D electricity connection usage is too low for above reason. Accounter had wrongly mention that meter is not running and he changed the meter and put fine of Rs.4, 808 as of amount we paid. Due to this reason on 3/9/2018 meter balance amount Rs.965 and new meter deposit amount of Rs.700 and electricity usage amount Rs.620. Totally Rs.2, 285/- as be collected from your side.As above reason I give an complaint on 28/5/2018 and 06/06/2018 that I paid whole amount what you mentioned and return back my reasonable amount or reduce my amount on next bill. I[censored] need any copy I will give you in proper manner.

                    electricity bill not generated

                    I paid my last eb bill on august after that we didn't get any update regarding electricity bill on tnebnet website.

                    On my apartment usually we all pay bill at a time but now all they got electricity bill updated on website, except to my consumer number.

                    Always we will pay using tamilnadu electricity (Tnebnet.org) website.

                    I raised complaint also but till now i didn't get my eb bill even after...

                    The tamilnadu electricity board, chennai south [selaiyur], they are not taken any consumption reading for the past month, suddenly yesterday i received bill of rs. 2704/- they calculated amount based on the last time amount which i already paid & the same needs to pay this time too.
                    More-ever in my e-bill, previous reading showing 1420 kwh and current reading also showing 1420 and i don't know on what basis they assessed consumed units 640 units.
                    I regularly monitor my meter reading it was not more than 450 units this month.

                      Hello sir iam udhaya from madurai, i'm residing near madurai airport area (Transport nagar - 625022) yesterday[protected] the power has been cutted at 8pm till now there was no electricity now the time is 12:30am[protected]... The people in my area were suffering a lot like this power cuts, this was a regular problem for a long period of time... Kindly do the needful as soon as possible...
                      Lot of old age peoples are there...
                      I have already made a complaint directly on the eb office but they didn't taken steps to rectify the problem..
                      Please make a necessary action soon...

                          EB Electric RCC post is very close in my house and electric cable wires are very close in my house parapet wall and balcony. There is a EB pole where my child hand touches the balcony. The RCC post condition is heavy crack in top of the portion. This may be shifted. Small kids are playing in the balcony it is very risk for my house. Please safety measures are taken up immediately.

                          We need to help save us from this dangerous place. Please do the action immediately

                              This is a complaint about no power in or fluuctuation of power for more thannot18 hrs ashthalakshminagar 13th street, this is absolutely the worst cities i have lived in, where there is no in charge of any concerns, this is actually dangerous and because of power fluctuating the electronic devices are not working and am sure nobody from the govt will be responsible for this. You better fix this issue, this is not the first time this has happened for the past 6 months it has happened several times

                                I am from sithalapakkam, we are facing low voltage problem on afternoon and night 11pm to 6am. Air conditioner is not working. Cant sleep properly.. Children are struggling to sleep in the heat and due to this fluctuation electronic things are getting worse. Not able to do our routine work. Please sort out this issue as soon as possible.

                                  Ref: eb consumer no.[protected].

                                  In the mes card referred above, the reading amount has been written as 355 units current consumption charges rs.695/- on 20.08.2018. This current consumption charges rs.695/- was paid on 31.08.2018. The due date is 10.09.2018. Payment made well in advance. On the same date 20.08.2018, rs.2, 084/- has been charged on the mes card on nmc. As such we launched an online complaint (No.[protected]) for the appeal against this nmc charge of rs.2, 084/- compliant registered on 18.09.2018. The reply through the reply checked on the online showed as’ to be processed’. On 12.10.2018, the mes staff telephoned to me and said that they are disconnecting the mes connection. Immediately, i rushed to the mes office at chetpet. The mes staff said that they have erroneously included the disconnection list and that they will rectify the same. They said that this amount has been charged by the anna nagar, mes office and they will inform me over cell phone after clarification at the anna nagar office.
                                  Due to water scarcity in our area we have stopped using ac, washing machine and water heater etc. But not considering the this fact the staff took up the highest bill paid by us at an average and impounded nmc charges at a random unnecessarily.


                                  Pray action, grant justice and exempt me from the nmc, bpsc, and rc other than the mes due consumed bill.

                                    Now eb post is located in the corner of plot no 3369, without disturbing anyone. Due to self convenience and car parking facility for plot owner they planned to shift from original place to,
                                    5 feet to left side and 3 feet to front (Road)
                                    This will affect public transportation and give safety issues. It will disturb...

                                    I paid amount through online hdfc payment gateway, amount debited from my account and next day morning i got an auto-generated mail "payment not aproved" then i went to office and paid my bill but the amount not refunded still now.
