Hi. I have paid rs. 1010/- as eb bill (Consumer no:[protected]z) through my tmb net banking on 24th feb, 2018. The bank payment is confirmed and the reference no.10427437.

Later, i have raised the compliant through tnebnet.org website also and the compliant number is [protected]. But still date my payment is pending and the receipt is not generated.

Kindly resolve.

    Hi sir/madam,

    I have applied for tneb exam for ae post and i proceeded with the online payment of rs.590 through icici bank yesterday (28.02.2018). After initiating the transfer, it threw an error as "the page is prohibited to view". I didn't receive any confirmation message that my payment was successful and when i tracked the payment status, it was pending and payment not received from my application no : a0176751 hence, i made the payment again. After that, the money got debited from my account twice. I contacted the icici bank, they asked me to contact merchant since the payment was successful and the merchant had accepted. So, please consider about the first payment for the exam fee and refund the second payment. My status is still in pending and payment not received till now. I hope, the action will be taken.

      Whenever i tried to make a payment on the tneb website for the past 10 days, it would not go after the page where it gives option to select the mode of payment like credit card/netbanking and so on. If it is for one day or a few attempts it is fine and further when we change options, it automatically logs out. This is a very poor service on the tneb website part. The reason why we want to make payment online is for not being able to go in person and pay at the center. Having a facility for online payment and when it is not functioning optimally, it is of no use. I've been paying eb bills online for more than 3 years now and really depend on it. Please do the needful in getting this up immediately.

                    I have applied for tneb ae(assistant Engineer) exam, completed all applicaation and uploaded my documents and finally paid with my debit card, the amount was 590 which was deducted from tneb. My online payment status still showing that my "PENDING", please help me fix this problem. My register no is 251374. I still getting that my online payment status was pending.

                    My money has been detected but i still didn't get the payment status pending. What can i do to fix this problem. I really wanna know how to contact them, i called to tangedco complaints number but there is no response they didnt attend my call.

                            I am a tenant of plot no - 26, karapaga nagar, selaiyur, chennai - 600073, and my independent house electricity meter does not display any reading, as mentioned in the electricity card by the meter-reading staff of the electricity board on 12th feb. 2018. Subsequently, the written complaint has been lodged on 13th feb. 2018, but no one has come till today to repair/replace the defective electronic meter.

                            It is to be noted that the bill has been paid as intimated by the electricity board official but no one has clarified about "how to calculate the electricity consumption" as tneb guidelines if the meter does not display the consumption detail."

                              On 28/02/18 I started applying for TNEB Recruitment for the AE post. I have declared my personal details, signature, photo, thumb impression. After applying the educational details which includes SSLC, HSC and UG and saving it, am unable to view the UG details alone.                               Abirami here, Actually I applied for tneb ae post. When I tried to do the payment via online on 27th Feb its status was "Pending" again I checked on 28th Feb and that was the last date, it's status was "Still pending refund process will be initiated kindly pay at Bank by downloading challan " So, I did the same. But today I checked my online payment status its is "Success". Because of this application site issue I paid once again now I didn't receive that money. I have attached the snap shot also. Please take necessary steps to refund my extra amount as it happened because of that application site issue.

                                In RK garden ( address: 2/13. RK GARDEN, THENISHWAR KOIL STREET, VELLAORE- 64111) and near park area trees are grown and it branches are hitting the EB pole and wire. during raining season it will have major issues. Hence arrange to cut the trees.

                                  We are belonging to selaiyur east tambaram a lady cashier is dominating customers to pay exact change if they are not having she will skip them and let them wait even though senior citizen have to stand till her call it is mostly a punishment today 22.2.2018 the same experience i got from that lady name i don't know please send a notice to her not to behave like this or i will have to move to consumer court thank you

                                      Sir here in pattalam near new ferrance road and perambur barracks rd junction eb layed a new power cable which was layed just one feet below ground level and a joint was made unnecessarily even when lot of cable was available and the joint was not properly closed also. No official was available to supervise the work. More than 20 mtr of cable has been stolen

                                        More than 3 hours in night of shutdown of power in my area happening daily... When eb official phone not picking up or busy always... It is very difficult to live in this area where the mosquitoes also surrounding us, we have infant kid which is very difficult to handle when there is power shutdown... The next street around us having power area ganapathy nagar alapakkam porur...
