This is nirmal kumar. My office cum goodown is at door no.145, sadayankuppam village road, manali, chennai-103. Before my office there is a bad condition transformer, pls inspect and update its position before heavy rain. There is a chance of short circuit and trees and plants are grown inside the transformer. Pls change it and do the needful. My contact no. [protected]

    Respected sir,
    This is satheesh from vridhachalam. I applied for two new eb connections from vridhachalam poodhamur eb office on june 2017.
    Later we received a call from eb person named seenu and he said, ci (Mr. Stalin) is asking money to give connection. For two eb connections (One three phase, one single phase), my father and myself paid 13000 rupees to mr. Seenu.

    15 days later, i received a call from eb and said "your meter is ready, come with 800 rupees" like that. Then i paid 1000 rupees to mr. Mohan raj (Line man). However finally they fixed three phase meter on july 2017.

    And i asked several times about single phase connection, they replied that"meter not available".
    After continuous follow up with ci (Stalin), on 9th august received a call from foreman and he said "meter is ready, come and collect". The same day i went there to eb office met mr. Seenu. He said, you go to home... By evening we come for fixing.

    Up to 15th august nobody has come. Then i went to work at oman on 16th august.

    Now i asked my wife to enquire about meter, she asked them... They replied that we can't fix the meter unless your husband comes to eb office. She replied them "he is in oman" like that. Until today we are waiting for them to come to fix the meter.

    We doesn't know the eb rules and regulations, being a poor people we have spent lot of money on getting eb connections. Spending money also ok, but we are not getting proper response and service from the eb employees.

    I met several times ae, ci, foreman and line man in last 70 days (June 5th to august 15)... I feel more dehydrated because of my eb connection.

    I am kindly requesting you to look after the issue.

    As i believed the systems of eb, so i didn't noted application number and i doesn't have any evidence for money paid to eb persons.

    I am looking for your favorable reply.

      Dear sir
      On 22.8.17 i tried to pay my brother's house electricity bill of rs 1010 /- through my debit card (Canara bank). When i first tried i did not get any reply and tried for the second time and immediately i got message in my mobile that a n amount of rs 1010 got debited and there is no credit in tneb account which shows that the bill is stiil pending. On the same day evening i took mini statement of my bank account and found that the amount of rs 1010 got debited twice. Again on the next day i found the one of the above amount of rs 1010 got credited to tneb account against the bill due and the fate of the another amount or rs 1010 is not know,. Again on 24.8.17 i tried to pay another bill of rs 290/-through my debit card and got the message that the transaction failed. But unfortunately this amount also got debited in my bank account without any credit in tneb account and on 28.8.17 i had to pay the above bill through cash at the counter.. Till date i don't see any reversal the above two amounts via rs 1010/- and rs 290/-. I have even given a letter to my bankers and no reply has come in this regard. Please help me as to how i can get my above payment back.

        I am resident of gujarat vadodara since 45 years and never stayed in tn nor having and resident in tn but still i am getting wrong messages for payment of rs 2242/- against sc no. [protected], this wrong message is the 15 times since 2015 and i have complaint against tneb for 15 times but no action taken by the tneb.
        You are humbly requested to stop this type of wrong messages in my mobile

              I paid rs.2506/- on 05.08.2017 towards the above consumer account. I checked with the bank and they've debited my credit card account since they received valid debit advice from tneb. This amount is yet to get reflected in tneb's records towards my consumer number. I paid this bill amount again on 16.08.2017 along with late payment fee (Rs.2585/-). I request you check and arrange for the return of rs.2506/- to my credit card account.

              Bank's credit card statement, the reply that i received from the bank and tneb ereceipt archive are enclosed herewith for your reference.

              Kindly do the needful.

                A tneb power distribution board is without door exposing live cable terminals in this busy road junction in l. B. Road. If a bike riders or cyclists loose balance while waiting to turn to l. B. Road, they are in danger and may fall on this live wires which could be lethal.

                Concerned authorities kindly take action before any unfortunate incident happens.

                    For consumer no:[protected] i have paid amount via online payment and it has been deducted from my account as well. But tneb website shows that the transaction could not be completed and displayed a blank page. I tried twice and it got deducted both the times. Still the amount i have paid is not reflecting. Later it has been paid through my brother. Pls check and let me know the status of the payment i have made twice. Whether it will be credited back to my account or will be considered as advance.

                    I have tried calling to the number given 2852 0131 which is of no use.

                      I am living in 3/3 mahaguruflat2 elimnagar 1st street, Perungudi. There is a power cut in my flat since last 3 months. There are 16 flats in the compound. We are only facing the problem. Now, this time we are sitting in my flat terrace and typing this complaint.

                      In sabari garden new gummidipoondi, there is unnecessary powercut last two weeks. Especially in night time they are cut the power unnecessary. We are not able to sleep at night time.

                        Our region is villupuram, and address is kuilapalayam, every 3 days in a week power was cut, when some rain is come that time we face ic power cut, but after finished the rain, wind everything up to next 12 hours power will be not come, and every responsible person like tneb ae kottakupam, line man siniore, je vijay kumar they are also not reply our phone call, they are just ignore our complain... Every saturday and sunday frequently power cut from evening 8 pm to next morning 12 pm... This is very wrong... Please take action otherwise will take big action against tneb kottakupam office and office staf also

                          We had a power supply failure on 26/06/2017 registered a complaint ([protected]) on 27/06/2017 in tangedco portal as well to the respective eb office located at jothi nagar, thiruvottiyur, chennai - 19.

                          Eb staff attempt to fix but told us the cable is faulty so temporarily fixed the problem by taking supply from the neighbor home. Till now no single attempt or action taken to identify the fault in cable and do permanent fix. When we engage the staff, response is poor. Seems they're not interested in resolve the problem.

                          Please take necessary action to get the problem sorted out.

                              My name is karthik from singampunari here my house from today morning 8 only no power. We have called from 8 o clock and they not picking the call and sometimes they have given some wireman number but he also not pick the call. No proper toll free number for tneb. There is a worst servuce department in tn govt is tneb. I need a proper reply for this.

                              Tneb singampunari, sivagangai dt eb landline no [protected] wireman number [protected] he is not pick the call [protected] he said to us today we all are in leave lethargically. I need a proper resolution for this. If not reverted i will escalate this to next level.

                              My property in Pirappan Valladai has been without electricity for weeks and the uchipuli eb lineman mr Karemegam responsible for that area is completely non responsive ...we have now contacted the JE Uchipulli and he has promised to rectify today .
                              There ae reasons for obstruction to repair and we will address these via the authorities .

                                  I am a resident of 11, ramasamy naidu street, ward no:13, venkittapuram, velandipalayam post, coimbatore..in our area there is a corporation ground.in that ground there are many dangerous insects like snakes, mouse etc. Street light in our area is not at all burning even after several reminders to near by eb office.. After 7 pm our street is completely dark that even we cant see the person coming opposite to us.. Using this opportunity there are many theft attempt in our area. Yesterday when children were playing a snake came out from the ground and because of a vehicle light we were able to see it. Really ladies and children feel more unsecure to come out of the house after 7 pm. Pl kindly look into the matter and see that the street light is repaired and the resident can come out without any fear... Hoping you will do it soon

                                      Ambattur eb ram nagar circle has one landline number[protected] and one cellphone no [protected]. Landline receiver is kept down in night times and cellphone number always not responding. If you continuously call the concern person who has to respond cuts the call. It's better to bring some private electric operators, like other states in india and send many of the reluctant tneb employees by crs - compulsory retirement service.

                                        For the service connection no[protected], i had made online payment of rs 590.00 through indian bank, net banking on 22.8.17 and the amount was debited vide transaction ref no[protected]. The due date is today and still the payment is not updated. Request to verify and confirm receipt of the payment.

                                        Also request to ensure that the connection is not cut due to this reason.

                                        Kindly resolve the issue and arrange for payment receipt.
