Our region is villupuram, and address is kuilapalayam, every 3 days in a week power was cut, when some rain is come that time we face ic power cut, but after finished the rain, wind everything up to next 12 hours power will be not come, and every responsible person like tneb ae kottakupam, line man siniore, je vijay kumar they are also not reply our phone call, they are just ignore our complain... Every saturday and sunday frequently power cut from evening 8 pm to next morning 12 pm... This is very wrong... Please take action otherwise will take big action against tneb kottakupam office and office staf also

    Consumer number: [protected].

    We had a power supply failure on 26/06/2017 registered a complaint ([protected]) on 27/06/2017 in tangedco portal as well to the respective eb office located at jothi nagar, thiruvottiyur, chennai - 19.

    Eb staff attempt to fix but told us the cable is faulty so temporarily fixed the problem by taking supply from the neighbor home. Till now no single attempt or action taken to identify the fault in cable and do permanent fix. When we engage the staff, response is poor. Seems they're not interested in resolve the problem.

    Please take necessary action to get the problem sorted out.

      No one responded so far.

        My name is karthik from singampunari here my house from today morning 8 only no power. We have called from 8 o clock and they not picking the call and sometimes they have given some wireman number but he also not pick the call. No proper toll free number for tneb. There is a worst servuce department in tn govt is tneb. I need a proper reply for this.

        Tneb singampunari, sivagangai dt eb landline no [protected] wireman number [protected] he is not pick the call [protected] he said to us today we all are in leave lethargically. I need a proper resolution for this. If not reverted i will escalate this to next level.

        We are suffering from no power from 10 pm inspite of calling to complaint number for more than 40 times no one is lifting the call

        Our street lights are not working from last 3 month.we informed to our village muncipal office 2 times.
        but still now no actions are taken by any one...
        in night we got many problems...
        some misuse this bark night .
        due to no lighting in out street our street is look like very very bark...
        please take action sir...
        My property in Pirappan Valladai has been without electricity for weeks and the uchipuli eb lineman mr Karemegam responsible for that area is completely non responsive ...we have now contacted the JE Uchipulli and he has promised to rectify today .
        There ae reasons for obstruction to repair and we will address these via the authorities .

            I am a resident of 11, ramasamy naidu street, ward no:13, venkittapuram, velandipalayam post, coimbatore..in our area there is a corporation ground.in that ground there are many dangerous insects like snakes, mouse etc. Street light in our area is not at all burning even after several reminders to near by eb office.. After 7 pm our street is completely dark that even we cant see the person coming opposite to us.. Using this opportunity there are many theft attempt in our area. Yesterday when children were playing a snake came out from the ground and because of a vehicle light we were able to see it. Really ladies and children feel more unsecure to come out of the house after 7 pm. Pl kindly look into the matter and see that the street light is repaired and the resident can come out without any fear... Hoping you will do it soon

              I'm from jamalia (Chennai) state bank offficers colony 2nd street, (Near perambur) the power was cut at 10p. M last night 23rd august, now it's 24th august and it's going to be 7a. M and power still hasn't come! I tried contacting the eb but they don't seem to respond!

                Ambattur eb ram nagar circle has one landline number[protected] and one cellphone no [protected]. Landline receiver is kept down in night times and cellphone number always not responding. If you continuously call the concern person who has to respond cuts the call. It's better to bring some private electric operators, like other states in india and send many of the reluctant tneb employees by crs - compulsory retirement service.

                  For the service connection no[protected], i had made online payment of rs 590.00 through indian bank, net banking on 22.8.17 and the amount was debited vide transaction ref no[protected]. The due date is today and still the payment is not updated. Request to verify and confirm receipt of the payment.

                  Also request to ensure that the connection is not cut due to this reason.

                  Kindly resolve the issue and arrange for payment receipt.

                        My eb meter serial number is 11327980.
                        This meter is missing from my flat board since 1 month.
                        But replaced by a faulty meter with another serial number 11393065.
                        I came to know only when there was a fault in eb reading this month of july 2017. I approached madipakkam eb and they said it was their fault only and would replace my original meter. Till now they have not changed. I donot know what will be my next month reading.

                          Respected sir/madam,
                          We stay in mogapair west, 4 months back they changed the meter to digital meter, and we received a huge payment of rs 3800, which is not at all expected since every time we receive only below 1000, so we have given complaint to check the meter, some one came and check and said meter is corrected so u will receive correct payment from next time, this month again we got a total unit of 240 unit (Which is what we get every time before the meter problem) but in eb office they are not accepting telling that huge difference between last month bill and this month, so we will change the meter and asked us to pay (2100 rs which we have no idea why should we pay this amount)
                          No one is taking responsibility and even willing to answer the question.
                          Please do take an action, has this is not a way to treat a consumers.

                            Dear sir, we have paid the money and given the application for electric connection in bagalur, hosur now 3 months completed but we did not get any connections. When we are asking the concern officer, he is telling next week and children in dark at daily night, nowadays robberies also started in these areas, request to take needful action as soon as possible.                               Sir we are living in basin road thiruvottiyur since three years we are suffering with erratic power supply, once in a month we are out of power for three or four days there is no cable we are getting power from over head wire to nearly 20 households there is great danger to our lives every time when we complain they are not responding, so please kindly take permanent solution to this issue and let we sleep peacefully and let children study and go to work without any hindrance my eb connection no[protected]

                              There is no display in the meter. I was asked to pay average payment oh highest readings. I paid it. Now the meter has to be fixed. Is there any charge for fixing the display? If so what will be the charge? Can I pay that charge online or should pay in the office? What should I do If the service guys ask me amount without any receipt?
                              I wanted to pay money for the last 2/3days. Unable to remit msg coming as "server under maintenance ". When it will get functional -EB bill
                              A branch of a tree in (no30/9a 4th main road Hindu colony puzhuthivakkam Chennai 91..) is almost lying on electric line is about to fall on line ... We are not able to contact our electric e.b office... Take action soon as possible

                                Power went off at muthukadai, back side of mla mr. Gandhi's home by 10.30.. Tried calling ranipet eb office many times.. They are not picking up.. Power came just now.. But voltage is too low.. This area is prone to mosquitoes.. Couldn't sleep even for single second.. There is no appropriate form to register the complaint.. Request to take action at the earliest..

                                  Really wat is the problem in arakkonam again and again they cut the power in arakkonam gribills pet and over all arakkonam they cut the power this is not a first time. And monthly one day shud down ok but every Monday they shud down means it's really irritating please take imiddiate action it's our requirements.

                                    With reference to the above said eb connection no., the consumption is increased gradually from june 2016. As on 10th june 2016, the consumption unit is 430. The meter reading as on 9th august 2017 is 1030unit.

                                    Our flat owners association not accept to pay the amount. Hence we request you to check the meter and do the needful.
