    Our noted reading is 5065 on 23.07.17
    But the reading taken and entered on 15.07.17 as 5880,
    More than 800 units entered. Please consider this and clear this issue for us

    The post light which was in correct position is turned towards one side. it is at crossroads. It should focus on all 4 roads. now its focus is on three sides. I have informed the panchayat leader and launched a complaint at EB office. Nothing has happened for 2 weeks.

      Hi sir, iam dinesh leaving from ambattur oragadam.

      We are facing low voltage problem last two months. We are reporting many times ambattur ae. And given written letter se. They came and give assurances within week resolve it. But 1week passed away now, we can't to sleep last two months properly. And many electronic items damaged. Kids, pregnant ladies and old hart patients very suffering for this, so please take care this problem and fix as soon possible.

        Eb junction box which is using for public service was installed in our own land survey limit on 21/06/2017. This junction box is very next to our bed room wall. While installation of junction box itself, we conveyed to eb staff about our discomfort and requested them to keep it in a safe public place. But in my absence, they installed it and connected the power supply too.in last one month several times, i directly went and met eb staff for requesting them to replace it. Even though every day i requested them over phone, no action were taken yet. (If any issues arise later eb office will be responsible

          Redhills eb service is very very worst. That are not providing power supply properly they shut down the power daily more than 3 times sometimes they cut the power at night times more than 1 hour. People's can't tolerate this kind of service. This problem is being routine for daily. So many times they are not caring about power cut they solve the problem very slowly even in night times also.

            The eb lamp post in south sivan koil street (One way), near shakespeare school, vadapalani is under dilapidated condition which may crack down at any time. It is a serious threat to public life especially school children. A tree near electricity post and parallel to live electricity wire may pull down the wire on the road side where movement of public is high.

            Please arrange to resolve the issue before any untoward incident happens.

              I'm from k. S. Nagar, kavangari, redhills-, chennai-66. Local eb service is not good. No power in night times. We have been trying to reaching local eb. But they are not responding. They are not pick up the call. They kept the receiver on the table. Our people are facing lot of trouble. We have lot of children, students, workers & aged people. We all need to go school/office/work. We are in struck. We can't sleep in the night. We see that so many changes in our great india. But still the eb department doing the worst service. Please resolve the issue now.

                As i am residing in vanagaram, adayalam pattu we are of power shutdown for more than three days and i have complained it eb office, and the asstiant engneer is not even picking up the call and he cutting the call. No body has the response to attend the complaint and the eb office is located in nolambur mogappair west. As i need a resolution for this and i dono were to register the complaint.

                  I made a same complaint on july 6, but it was good for a week and the old low voltage issue started again. I've registered a complaint in person but no one came to check. It's been a week since i complained. The ac trips off and then turns on. This happens through out the night and occurs for a moment for every 10 minutes. The ac and the stabiliser are working good. The problem is with the power supply. Kindly do the needful

                    Hi sir,

                    Our service number is[protected], my last bill was pain in the month of may 2017 of inr 6352 for the consumption of 1220 units.

                    Recently we got one more bill which mentions that we need to pay 14056 for the consumption of 2360 units which is high in consumption. I request you to please check the meter and the consumption o[censored]nits.

                    We are sure that we had used same as previous cycle only but we are highly surprised to see this bill with consumption of the units 2360.

                    I request you to check the meter and the consumption details for the service number[protected] and let us know the actual bill amount to be paid for the bi monthly cycle of july 2017.

                      Description - three phase electricity board is blasting outside the home. Metro water new connection is providing in our street. Due to this, electricity is blasting from night onwards. Still nobody from electricity board is not coming to see this issue. Kindly solve this issue immediately.

                        Here is my experience, on my recent trip to chennai, i went to kotturpuram eb office for name transfer. Ae incharge made me to visit the office for two consecutive days and then took rs.2200 money from me for two consecutive times. I was hoping that 2000 was something deposit and 200 was name transfer fees. On the day when we went to get the name transferrred card, got only receipt for 200 rupees and realized that 2000 was bribe. Even though i have produced all the right documents, had to pay 2000 as bribe.

                          Sir, power supply to my house experiencing voltage fluctuation for the last seven months-observed since early december 2016.

                          For information we are using a stabiliser for refrigerator got burn two months ago. We got it repaired at a electronics shop in near by town. Due to unstable power between 1800 hours to 2130 hours the stabiliser does not feed power to refrigerator. Other than the time mention above stabiliser function normal.

                          Further a table top grinder do not pull due to suspected fluctuation too.

                          Kindly do needful to restore stable power supply.

                            Sir,

                            I applied for solar rooftop panel in feb 2017. It was duly approved and installed at my house at the above address in march 2017.

                            I paid for the net meter in full in april 2017. The net meter has not been supplied despite my follow up at all levels.

                            I spent rs 1.5 lakhs (One and a half lakhs) believing the promise of savings every month and also due to my interest to preserve the environment.

                            After approving my application under the scheme and making me spend 1.5 lakhs of my hard earned money, tneb has not connected the system to the grid, which has resulted in financial loss as well mental agony. If there was any policy decision pending, tneb must not have approved my application. It is “promissory estoppel” which is illegal.

                            The act of not supplying the net meter even after receiving full payment is deficiency of service as defined by the consumer protection act.

                            I request you to supply the net meter and connect the solar system to the grid within a week, failing which, i will be constrained to approach the consumer court.

                              I am manikandan, i am residing at no. 83a nethaji nagar 4th street, tondiarpet chennai.

                              I have given a representation to ae in the regional eb service station on last one year before which is located in power house.

                              During last two years ago the eb employees and foreman had come to my street at eb junction box and fixed a new cable line to another junction box which is nearby 50 feets approx,

                              After fixing of the new cable line they had not fixed the cable line in under the earth. As an advocate i told them in simplest way to ae at eb station by giving representation to act the work expeditiously but since as of now on 15/7/17 till they have not come forward to fixed the cable line as possible. Hence in the mean time rains suddenly come and go. So your good self may direct them to fix it properly under the earth in order to avoid any dangerous things may not happened in future.

                              And i also submit that the eb personnel during power cut connection they have not come properly and fix the matter for just temporarily solve the problem by screwing th wires and gives connection.in such a way the common man could do this. So that would also may be do it by them right care to the welfare of the people in a calm way.

                                  My eb meter no.[protected]. The house with this eb no. Is vacant. A meter reading of 590 units has been recorded by eb dept. And an amount of rs.2374/- due to be paid by me. Even as i got the alert of the meter reading, i have complained to the eb people at velachery, but they are not taking any action to cross check the details. The excess reading should be cancelled and amount minimum to be paid by me.

                                      My consumer number is[protected]. My reading details are not being provided online since 4 months. All the others in my flat have confirmed that their details are getting displayed correctly. Nit sure why this is happening with my number alone. We always do online payment and have not faced an issue earluer. We only received cc charge recently but not actual bill detail with units of consumption. Can you please help this getting resolved at the earliest.

                                        We have installed Solar 2KV in our house. Install months the meter reading was taken correctly .Past two times the meter reading was not taken correctly the amount is coming very high. When we asked the local EB office they ask us to pay the amount first and they will look into it. But same thing is happen this time also. This time also they ask us pay the amount first. Iam sure they wont take necessary action this time also. Please look in to this mater urgently and reimburse the amount ASAP.
