Sir,
We are running a company name endeavour it services. No 382, thullukannam street trunk road, karayanchavaday chennai-56 (The property is of mr. Kuppuswamy residant of chennai)
We, the following consumers of electricity belonging to the thullukannam street trunk road, chennai -56, beg to inform you that there is frequent low voltage and irregularity in the supply of electricity in our area. We have been complaining it since a 2 years and more but there is no result. It fails regularly and we allways have a low voltage does not permit our equipment's to operate. Our ac's and compute equipment fail regularly due to which it a huge loss for us it puts us into great difficulties. Due to low voltage, our equipments are not able to function, it also causes troubles for the all.
We have been paying our electricity bills regularly moslty without delay, further u also ask for deposits for a power supply which u dont provide properly, im here with attaching our power bill state ment for ur refrence our deatails are given below

    Dear sir,

    I am writing this email to you by early morning 1 am.

    We didn't have powder supply from 10:45 pm of 27th july 2017 till 1:30 pm.

    The ambattur ramnagar eb office customer contact number receiver has been kept down till now.

    Kindly look into the reluctant line man and contact numbers.

    It gives a feeling that these people have drunk and slept in the office by night.

    A surprise visit to these office and call to these contact numbers will bring the reluctant employees to light about their attitude towards their work. The contact number is[protected].

    Kindly take necessary action to punish these reluctant employees.

      This is bala from alapakkam, maduravoyal. Daily in our location we are facing night power shutdown, we have a child (6 month baby), we called to madhuravoyal office[protected] but its always busy, yesterday (26-july-2017). We went to the madhuravoyal eb office, i am shocked to see that the receiver is in the table, i find 2 ae no in the same premises and tried to call and complaint to the ae. But the both nos are ringing and no response ([protected] / [protected]). Again today also power shutdown (10.08pm).
      Now also they are not taking the call. (1912 is total waste and i have spent atleast rs.150/- (Waiting charge).

      Very thanks to eb entire team for your wonderful consumer response. You people didn't value our money and problem.

        In old days they collected eb bill every month, but now they collect it once in two month. People in tamilnadu says you are stealing our money. Is that true? Are you guys really robbing us? If you guys cant reach us once in a month you can divide the units consumed into two and we can pay two month bill in that way. We are the citizens of india we have the ryt to question and we are not well paid in our job. Government are taking much from us and we are earning less. This is what the current scenario is. If you have a heart to even think about this issue, please do consider this complaint. Not all o[censored]s are rich. That too middle class people suffers a lot in this issue.

        No power supply from yesterday(22/07/2017) 22.40 I started calling eb office number continuously for more than one hour but no one answered the call and now current time is 23/07/2017 2.00 till now no power. Eb office number [protected] which I was calling now says currently number out of service. Pathetic service by central government employees.

        In Chenbagaramanputhoor Thovali Taluk. Kanyakumari district. Most of the time power supply issues was continued on this night hours. Especially on today, We are informed to concern Team and they have no response .. Due to this issue repeated issues Childrens and people's were not able to sleep. Request you to resolve the issue.

          My eb card no:269.0.13.258 address: no:6, singaravelu street, mathiyalagan nagar, saligramam, chennai - 600093.

          My eb meter is running abnormal & reading is not as per usual rating. Last month my eb current meter run for 750 units. We have contacted local ae & he informed us it will be replaced. We are following with ae for past few months but it is not resolved.

          Kindly do the needful. Last month my current bill is rs.3430/-. We are not able to manage our regular family expenses due to abnormal current bill.

            The post light near my house is not in a proper position. It is at a crossroads. It was alright a month ago. Now it is turned in such a way that the focus is on the three roads and one road is left under darkness. I have launched the complaint with the eb office and the panchayat office. Nothing has happened for more a week now. An additional light is needed. Kindly request the people concerned to take action before the situation become worse.

                We are facing low voltage problem last two months. We are reporting many times directly to the eb office chromepet at radha nagar. But they simply given false promise given assurances will resolve it. But still we are facing a problem continuously,
                We haven't sleep will for last two months properly.
                We are not having ac, we are using only the fan and tube lights, tube light blinking and get-off frequently and fan rotate very slow... Because of less voltage problem even some time suddenly getting high voltage as well, also many electronic items got damaged.in our place many kids, pregnant ladies and old hart patients are living together,
                So, please consider this problem and do the remedy as soon possible...

                My house is located in Sindhu Nagar Avadi. There was no power supply from 10 PM. I have contacted local EB persons to attend the problem. Even after repeated calls to them, none have attended so far. Now the time is 02:18 am in the morning. This is ridiculous and atrocious rude behavior by the staffs of TNEB. Very worst service
                No proper response if we make a call to the number[protected] in case of power cut at night. People suffered because of power cut in the poat PH59 from 5.30pm, since we made a call to the avove number. No one is available in station to pick up the call.

                      Excess reading enterted for our con. No.
                      Our noted reading is 5065 on 23.07.17
                      But the reading taken and entered on 15.07.17 as 5880,
                      More than 800 units entered. Please consider this and clear this issue for us

                      The post light which was in correct position is turned towards one side. it is at crossroads. It should focus on all 4 roads. now its focus is on three sides. I have informed the panchayat leader and launched a complaint at EB office. Nothing has happened for 2 weeks.

                          Eb junction box which is using for public service was installed in our own land survey limit on 21/06/2017. This junction box is very next to our bed room wall. While installation of junction box itself, we conveyed to eb staff about our discomfort and requested them to keep it in a safe public place. But in my absence, they installed it and connected the power supply too.in last one month several times, i directly went and met eb staff for requesting them to replace it.                             Redhills eb service is very very worst. That are not providing power supply properly they shut down the power daily more than 3 times sometimes they cut the power at night times more than 1 hour. People's can't tolerate this kind of service. This problem is being routine for daily. So many times they are not caring about power cut they solve the problem very slowly even in night times also.

                              The eb lamp post in south sivan koil street (One way), near shakespeare school, vadapalani is under dilapidated condition which may crack down at any time. It is a serious threat to public life especially school children. A tree near electricity post and parallel to live electricity wire may pull down the wire on the road side where movement of public is high.

                              Please arrange to resolve the issue before any untoward incident happens.

                                I'm from k. S. Nagar, kavangari, redhills-, chennai-66. Local eb service is not good. No power in night times. We have been trying to reaching local eb. But they are not responding. They are not pick up the call. They kept the receiver on the table. Our people are facing lot of trouble. We have lot of children, students, workers & aged people. We all need to go school/office/work. We are in struck. We can't sleep in the night. We see that so many changes in our great india. But still the eb department doing the worst service. Please resolve the issue now.

                                  As i am residing in vanagaram, adayalam pattu we are of power shutdown for more than three days and i have complained it eb office, and the asstiant engneer is not even picking up the call and he cutting the call. No body has the response to attend the complaint and the eb office is located in nolambur mogappair west. As i need a resolution for this and i dono were to register the complaint.

                                    I made a same complaint on july 6, but it was good for a week and the old low voltage issue started again. I've registered a complaint in person but no one came to check. It's been a week since i complained. The ac trips off and then turns on. This happens through out the night and occurs for a moment for every 10 minutes. The ac and the stabiliser are working good. The problem is with the power supply. Kindly do the needful

                                      Hi sir,

                                      Our service number is[protected], my last bill was pain in the month of may 2017 of inr 6352 for the consumption of 1220 units.

                                      Recently we got one more bill which mentions that we need to pay 14056 for the consumption of 2360 units which is high in consumption. I request you to please check the meter and the consumption o[censored]nits.

                                      We are sure that we had used same as previous cycle only but we are highly surprised to see this bill with consumption of the units 2360.

                                      I request you to check the meter and the consumption details for the service number[protected] and let us know the actual bill amount to be paid for the bi monthly cycle of july 2017.

                                        Description - three phase electricity board is blasting outside the home. Metro water new connection is providing in our street. Due to this, electricity is blasting from night onwards. Still nobody from electricity board is not coming to see this issue. Kindly solve this issue immediately.
