In koothanur near saraswati amman temple, kumbakonam main road, voltage is very less and fluctuating due to large no of connections and only 3 electricity lines are there at present. Kindly make arrangements to get 5 lines from the post
Large no of bores are running hence all these happens. Kindly make arrangements separately for home electricity supply and for other purposes

      I paid the bill through online on 6th may'17. The first transaction was done through icici debit card with an amount of rs.2319 paid;transaction no: 974610 which is shown in the bill history also.

      But by mistake, i made another transaction through hdfc also - ref no :[protected], same amount of rs.2319 paid once again.

      Pl refund the amount since the payment was made twice.

          I am from 3rd cross street Adaikkala Annai nagar, Ponmalaipatti, Trichy-4.In my street the electrical post is highly damaged. Even the concrete of the post often falls. I am scared of the children playing near it and it might fall on them.There are 10 connections from the post. Sometimes the neutral wire gets loose and it is really difficult to solve this.             Electricity board line service man always ask more than ruppes 100 for per service, if anyone rejects to give money to him he did not respect for another complaint from a particular man. So i request you to take action on it. Not only a particular man any one came as a line service man he ask money to do their work. Lot of people think that is legal that money is required for that service but it is not legal he get money from our goverment as a salery, so i request you to take action on it.

                We are staying in nagore perusal East Street. My complaint against metre issue frequently get feescare issue.till no one bother about issue include JE. My father above 60 year they are understand about issues. I really nagore which is located Nagappattinam dist. Next i will move consumer if i am not any rectification because my father upset this issue. Really badly treat Nagore EB office

                  I have paid Rs 2484 instead of 2168 on 28/1/20171 TNEB authority included 300 as Reconnections charges for the month of november 2016 - december 2016.Once again the amount of Rs 300 was included in Tneb bill for the month of janurary 2017 - feburary 2017 paid on 31 march. The bill amount is only Rs 50 but they collected Rs 351 on 31/3/2017 for one day late fee. Later i came to know that dc charges is only Rs 60 for domestic connections .Hence i request you yo kindly credit the excess reconnection charges for the two bills. The above service is working via over head lines only.

                    I'm from sowcarpet having patient in my family. Your office is cutting power without prior notice that is very irresponsible on your part. Power is cut during night for example on 26.4.2017 which is even more irritating.

                      In kuttalam mekirimangalam there is a continuous power cut for every one hour. As this is a farming area the people here are facing many problems like water motor continuously gets off because of which crops won't get regular supply of water. As you know that farmers already are suffering a lot. So please consider the above and do the favour. Thank you

                          Hi iam residing muthu mariyamman kovil street sekar nagar saasthiram pakkam here daily having a two problems 1. Day time every two hour once power cut and 2. Evening time after 6:30 low voltage around 1.60/1.69 voltage only supplying this activity's regular so we cannot possible to this much heat every homes are having small childrens they how can sleeping so kindly solve this problem

                            Sir to day 28.04.17 we made the payment of eb of rs.34954 thro indian bank bank padi branch on line. My name sr. George. Cell [protected]. My service number is[protected] it located at 241 sidco estate pattaravakkam comes under korattur division. But our net accoutns does not shows the payment details. But our bank says it deboted. Kinnldy look in the matter and settle the issue

                            In RGP Nagar I, Veppampattu, No Street Lights last 10 days and always showing low voltage and Power disturb in night hours particularly after 11.00PM last two days.
                            Location Opp: Perumalpattu Panchayat Office Road.
                            Please look into the matter to rectify the same.
                            We resident of aani st chinmaya nagar virugambakkam Chennai 92 we r facing frequent power cut and fluctuations in our area, senior citizens and children are suffering . It is highly inconvenient for the public due to power cut especially in summer.

                                Hi i'm from kolathur teachers colony, santhosh nagar, annai theresa street. Chennai-600099.
                                In this area the electric supply is irregular every night they are shutting off the electric supply after 11pm. The local eb office they are giving some reason and the person is abusing in local language. You people should have a curtesy how to behave. Kindly recruit people who respect there job.

                                  Sir there is daily power cut in our area if we try to contact eb members they don't respond properly I'm from Srinivasa reddy street t.nagar Chennai we pay our bills properly then why u ppl disconnect daily for 3 to 4 hours this is ridiculous if I'll call customer care number they say there is some main supply problem pls take this as serious issue and rectify it

                                    Dear sir, im staying in vasantha nagar 1st street in kaladipet.. There was a power cut in our area on 26/04/17.. I was called the mentioned both no's. [protected] & [protected] more than 50 times but they cut my call.. Not even a single time to respond. I have a 6month kid and she was not feeling well. Pls ask them to respond customer/public queries..

                                      *My issue with the electricity customer care is, not that they are resolving the issue,
                                      *but is there nobody to even answer the call, they are showing as if they are busy always, why is it so? Are they not patient enough to answer us?,
                                      * we are paying our taxes isn't it, if there is an issue we have the right to speak to the concerned person at least!! I consider this as a DISRESPECT to all my area residents. *Of course we accept late recovery that's OK but, by hearing us what's wrong in that, how we will know that they are taking steps to it?

                                        Respected sir,
                                        We are residing here Annai Sathya Nagar 4th street, Vyasarpadi-39. Our area EB box get damaged and we are facing power cut daily. The main thing is only one cable is working other cables got damaged said by AE and LINE man and also EB box is always open. Kids are playing and walking near the EB box. We raised complaint with AE before 8 month, till now no action taken. If power get failure we are calling EB office but they keep the phone switched off. I request you to please accept our request and take immediate action soon.
