Dear sir/madam, we are residing at ellai amman koil street, s. Kolathur. We would like to bring your notice that we are facing frequent power cut problem daily in the night time. Its going in the mid night and half an hour supply is going off and 2 minutes supply is going on. We are really got suffered so much during this summer time. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest it's happening for last 6months. There is no response from eb person.

    In manjuvilai, kalakad. Mr. Paramasivan trying to get eb. Connection through my property. (V. Rajamani) i already given a opposition to ae. Ad. Ee. Se. Offices. But without considering my opposition they trying to proceed the work. The above said house has no town panchayat approval. And no layout approval. The way they are selected is purely my land. The town panchayat given no approval to that house because the land is agricultural land....

    Service connections [protected] and [protected] provided in my name seshadri k disconnected this year due to demolition and reconstruction. Single phase connection requested in the name of my wife, one of the owners of the flats promoted.1 month passed.
    Deposits for the above service connectionsrequested for refund. No action. Billing for the vacant house from october 1st, 2015 charged by adding average units in the bill dated 28.01.2016. Neither proper reply provided nor refund of excess billing confirmed.
    No reply to the email sent on 16.07.16 to [protected]@tnebnet.org.
    Action for the above grievances with solution requested.

        Hello Sir / Madam,

        I am Jayshankar from West Mambalam - Rajaji Street. Past 2 years we are living in West Mambalam. For past 2 - 3 months very often & frequently power cut in Rajaji Street which is very annoying and disturbing. 2 days back night at 9.45 power cut happened, i called 1912 customer care nearly 10 - 15 times, they said power will come in another 30 minutes & so on.

        Finally power came next day morning only. But now again the power has gone and i called 1912, they said they will look in to it. If this is the case kindly look in to the same and do the needful at the earliest.

        Please ask wireman to check supply in all three phases in taylor estate 2nd street kodambakkam since one phase does not have power from yesterday night. Thanks

          Every day after 6'o clock we have so much voltage fluctuation that we cannot use any appliances in home it so difficult for use.only for not this problem for our whole street this problem persist.so please keep a separate transformer for our area or change the transformer to a new one.so our are peoples are so pleased to build a new transformer for our street or take necessary step to stop th voltage fluctuation

            In velachery section eb reading not taking by assessor when given compliant to ae/east, ae/west and to ade by letter also no action taken. Through letter also we given compliant to ade given letter also attached sir so please take action for to take reading to assessor they are not taking reading how we can pay amount correctly when we takes reading and gives the reading only they are entering the reading that is also not doing properly.

            Our land line number is not working from 1st August 2016, and we have lodge the compliany on 2 nd august 2016 and get the compliant no. as[protected].
            where as we have just received message as solved is not corrce.

            I am staying at 26C, PTC quartres, thoraipakkam. Today night 11.30 pm the single phase was cut. I informed to 1912 toll free number, the compliant number is 39.
            I was informing every half an hour, but the issue was not resolved till 3.00am
            Monthly 4 times is happening like this.
            I request you to look into this.

            EB pillar post is very dangerous condition, It will be fell down at any time. We informed to EB office many times, but still it's not rectified. It is there in below residential area, Kindly request you to take action and rectify this problem ASAP.

              I have already gave so many times complaint in tneb n called in 1912 registered so many complaint but no response is taken... Der is always 1 face doesnt have current this occur always in 3-4 days and so many times der is power for then 8-9 hours per day in aapprox every week... I have complaint in near office always and i will provide u the numbers in which i have called so many times but still no response is taken for tis permanent issue

                Perungalathur eb service is a crap. Our tn government is totally waste..
                There is no power in our area from past one hour. I tried to contact eb office but i couldn't.

                Why the heck you guys are toururing us by cutting the power by midnight. Don't you think of people who are sick??? Or what old aged people will do..
                This happening for many days.

                  In our eb line the wire is submerged under the tree and it is in very crucial condition.
                  The tree will fall down at any situation along with our EB line.
                  We have raised many complaints but still we did not get any help from local line man.

                        Paid our electricity bill of Rs. 299 today. Gave the cashier Rs. 500. He gave me back Rs. 200. I said, you need to give me Rs. 1 more. He said, do you want that?!

                        He was taking my Rs. 1, and asked me if I want it when inquired for returning proper balance. Imagine TNEB stealing like this from every other customer!

                          Tneb connection number [protected] puzhuthiwalkam eb office chennai is displaying faulty reading for the last two months showaing a bill for 1920 units this month reported to AE OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES THEY have not rectified and the bill remain pending for payment contact number [protected]
                          They are so lazy to do what they have to do. I went to ask assistant engineer to come and check the meter.
                          Normally I consume 740 units/2months but now is 2490 units/2months. I do not understand why can not they fix this kind of the problem. Are they qualified people? Are they qualified engineer? I paid 15kINR for this bill.
                          It is shame.

                              I am from tuticorin and i am complainting about chidambara nagar eb office... my service number is swb 251... when i am compalinting about power off in my house they usually ask us to wrote the complaints in particular note and tell us they will come... but they wont come when we go and call them in our vehicle also they wont come and they forget their duty and speeks like we are asking to do that work... here lot off pepoles suffer with the eb wire mans... some of the wire wont come to correct time of duty but they will go for lunch before the time... so kindly take action for this and sollve the problem for lot of pepole those who suffers..

                                Complaint about villupuram eb office

                                This complaint is about eb office villupuram
                                As we got new service for our house
                                But for billing information it's still pending from past 4 months
                                We did not paid yet because we did not received any reading information for our service
                                Since we keep on asking them and complaining them but they are replying the same as they did not received any system updation. I don't know whom to complaint...

                                Respcted sir,
                                Upto 26/3/16 the reading were taken correctly by the mr. Elagovan. The reading taken on 23/5/16 is 8380 consumption point is 1040 cc charge is 5694rs. When i gone to pay the amount on 15/6/16 mr. Elangovan said that on system this amount is not showing and the showing amount rs 140 only. At that time i said to him that this amount is wrong. Then i paid that amount. When i asked the bill he said that the bill system is not working. Upto today i didn`t get the bill. On 18/7/16 the reading 1000. At the time meter reading show the metar 10200. Consumption is 1620 cc charge is 9172rs. When i asked him how this much amount came at that time he said that on previous reading a mistaken happen. That`s why that mistaken reading is also added with this reading.
                                23/5/16 the amount is rs 5694 and paid amount is rs[protected]=5554) balance amount 5554 rs. Current reading amount is[protected]=3618). Rs 3618 this amount only i will pay. The mistaken amount i will not pay. Mr. Elangovan should pay that amount. Sir pls takes action against him. If you are not responding to this i am going to file complaint against it in the consumer court and civil court.

                                  Excess units being calculated, for my service no.[protected], for the period 30.04.2016 to 30.06.2016
                                  As per statement - previous reading - 3120
                                  - present reading - 4250
                                  - total assessed unit - 1130
                                  - total amount payable - 6060.50

                                  But, on verifying the meter physically on 04th jul'16, with the doubt, we found that, the present reading is 3600 units (That is 480 units only, as on 04.07.2016). Where as the bill collector from tneb, have wrongly mentioned the consumed unit.

                                  On complaining with them, they are telling me to pay the entire amount (Rs. 6060.50), failing which, my connection will be dis-connected.

                                  Need your intervention, to sort out this issue, since, for the mistake done by tneb person, i can't pay the entire amount.
