Dear sir, we are building house but street current wire is closer to house so that we con't able to work its very dangerous to work here, we have contact tneb department to cover the current wire using plastic pipes, pipes aslo we have given but they are asking 2000rs, if anybody affect by this current wire tneb nly responsibility for this issue... Please help us to slove this problem... Thank you

    Now I find the Lamp post 224 /188/14 is alsonot burnibg.

          We didn't got current connection for past three days from 6pm to 6am in the street of o. siruvayal road (opp to *aavin* karaikudi), near kalanivasal, karaikkudi, sivaganga district...
          They cutted the connection for a very small rain and lightning...
          We are unable to sleep and beware of theives...
          Also school children are affected and they couldn't prepare for examination...
          So please do the best...

            I am going to construct a house in plot no:2, rajkumar nagar, kumbakudi majra, velayuthamkudi village, Trichy. I given a request letter to provide EB connection to my plot to construct house on 22/06/2016 and also paid the fees of Rs.8000/- towards the connection. Even after two months had gone till now we did not get the connection. I went so many times to EB office in Navalpattu, Trichy regarding the connection but there was no proper response. I request you to kindly take action and provide connection.

            Iam staying at padur, today the power cut has been more than 9hrs ...and we had no power at ni8...its really frustrating...tthe maintaimence has been bad...no propoer wires ...no proper transformers...its really frustrating...we r having exams now ...and it became very difficult to study now...i urge the authorities to take action asap...

            Dear sir, I am Ashokkumar M from plot No:6 Thirumal Nagar, 17th Street, Puthagaram, Chennai-99, I have been applied New 3 Phase connection 2 times for first floor, first time i missed to pay the deposit(When I am asking only they told after 7days from the date of application will expire), After that i applied again, After 2month i called, They said will process after one bill payment After payment i called, They said Paper not available.             When I was submitted the required documents to concerned office, they demanded 1500/- and they refused to say actual fee for name transfer. Also they told without Rs. 1500/- application will not be processed.

            Also please convey me the Correct FEE required for name transfer for the above EB Number.

              In Thiruverkadu, Swamy Nadesan Nagar, 1st street full of power cut in today[protected].30pm onwards till now power shutdown is continued above 3 hours without any information. In this street many old people's and children's and sickness people's are living they very struggling to this power cut so please give current to this Street and mostly many time without information power will be disconnected in this area so kindly give important to this issue and resolve it.

              On 13.08.16 EB officer came to our house and took calculation. In our EB card there is Rs.380 for 250 unit. but in online she entered as Rs.890 for 420 units.

              on 13.06.16 reading calculating total unit is 4890 up to today (25/08/2016) total unit is 5184.5. How she entered 5310 unit?

                In our area we are having electricity problem from past 3-4 months and anytime out of three phase one/two phase will not be there. Before two days full night power was not there so we gave complaint in EB, the EB person came and fixed some wires through other electric box and took rs.500 from all the houses. So, I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.

                  In santhospuram parkstreet east tambaram chennai. Single phase is not working i registeredcomplaint to santhosapuram tneb office morning 11am technician from santhosapuram tneb office came 1.30pm nd solve the issue... But he asked money 200 for his work. Tamilnadu jaya government not giving salary to workers? Then y that techinician asked 200rs money from me.. I gave 50rs but he is not satisfied. He scolded nd leave the place but he received that 50rs with his pocket. This type of government workers go nd beg money to streets, temples etc.. Santhosapuram electric board nd his workers is very worst they act like gundas asking money for every small works.. These kind of works his duties nd responsibilities only.. I thought jaya government is very strict nd loyal but this type corrupsion continue in all goverments.. I faced like this first time in my lifetime if iam chief minister means i terminate this type workers on the spot...

                    There is always low voltage in nolambur phase2 area near mogappair west. daily we face this issue and also power outage. we already gave complaint many times in mogappair west-nolambur TNEB office but no action taken. Low voltage starts from 6pm to 6am for 12hours continuously from past 6months same issue. kindly fix this low voltage issue ASAP in our area.

                      There is a low voltage in our area (Madipakkam near lic nagar) always low voltage frpom 9pm till 3am early morning. And frequent power cut during night time. Many time complained to the eb department and no proper action taken till now. Please let me know whom to complaint for the same further.

                          In manjuvilai, kalakad. Mr. Paramasivan trying to get eb. Connection through my property. (V. Rajamani) i already given a opposition to ae. Ad. Ee. Se. Offices. But without considering my opposition they trying to proceed the work. The above said house has no town panchayat approval. And no layout approval. The way they are selected is purely my land. The town panchayat given no approval to that house because the land is agricultural land. Hence please considering my grievance as should not provide eb line through my property

                          The above said land is also pending with two civil suit. OS No 120/2012. IN sub court vallioor and. os no. 125/2012 in District munsiff court nanguneri. now the way selected for providing EB Line is purely my land as per the sale deed and revenue records but the TNEB Officials were threatened by the local town panchayat president P.C .Rajan

                            Service connections [protected] and [protected] provided in my name seshadri k disconnected this year due to demolition and reconstruction. Single phase connection requested in the name of my wife, one of the owners of the flats promoted.1 month passed.
                            Deposits for the above service connectionsrequested for refund. No action. Billing for the vacant house from october 1st, 2015 charged by adding average units in the bill dated 28.01.2016. Neither proper reply provided nor refund of excess billing confirmed.
                            No reply to the email sent on 16.07.16 to [protected]@tnebnet.org.
                            Action for the above grievances with solution requested.

                                Hello Sir / Madam,

                                I am Jayshankar from West Mambalam - Rajaji Street. Past 2 years we are living in West Mambalam. For past 2 - 3 months very often & frequently power cut in Rajaji Street which is very annoying and disturbing. 2 days back night at 9.45 power cut happened, i called 1912 customer care nearly 10 - 15 times, they said power will come in another 30 minutes & so on.

                                Finally power came next day morning only. But now again the power has gone and i called 1912, they said they will look in to it. If this is the case kindly look in to the same and do the needful at the earliest.

                                  Every day after 6'o clock we have so much voltage fluctuation that we cannot use any appliances in home it so difficult for use.only for not this problem for our whole street this problem persist.so please keep a separate transformer for our area or change the transformer to a new one.so our are peoples are so pleased to build a new transformer for our street or take necessary step to stop th voltage fluctuation

                                    I was informing every half an hour, but the issue was not resolved till 3.00am
