The problem to be solved is the repositioning of the lamp post which is being a barrier to park our car and also the light provided by the lamp is shadowed by the tree near-by.     one of the person at sf no: 70 in maravankulam village (thirmangalam), madurai dt is trying to lay eb wire and service wire through a residensial patta land sf no:65/3 i have objected this act on 25.9.13 and 29.4.15, but they are trying to do this forcefully.objection letter is forwarded to A.E and E.E with evidence of documents..There is service line passing through this patta land so kindly do the needful as per law Thank you

      wire men from Sembiem office, disconnected electric connection of my house with out any information on 20th April 2015, we don't even know this was the disconnection. then it was found that, disconnection is due to non payment (Rs. 142). i have payed it on the same day, till now, they have not yet put the fuse back . It is already 8 Days, the house is with out current even after paying ... No proper communication and huge delay in recovering the connection... Appreciate early action on this. consumer no.         CONNECTION - 168:004:989 LAST READING DATE - 17/2/2015 CURRENT READING DATE - 27/04/2015 THERE IS A GAP OF 10 DAYS DELAY AND DUE TO THIS EB READING CROSSED WANTEDLY 500 UNITS AND SO ABRUPT INCREASE IN EB BILL. READING TAKEN IN NEARBY HOUSES ONE WEEK BEFORE ITSELF AND IN MY HOUSE ONLY 10 DAYS DELAY AND I AM IN THE HOUSE ONLY AND GATE OPENED ALL DAYS. I COMPLAINED THIS TO THE CONCERNED "AE" BUT HE TOLD NEXT TIME HE WILL SEE TO IT . BUT WHY I HAVE TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL BILL AMOUNT BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO IS TAKING EB READING DIDNT DO THE JOB. ALREADY SAME PROBLEM HAPPENED FEW MONTHS BACK. I HAVE TO FILE A COMPENSATION AND ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST EB PERSONNELS WHO ARENT DOING THEIR JOBS KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER THANK YOU

          I have a shop in hanumanthrayan koil street sowcarpet, in a dissapointed mood writing this. we in sowcarpet earn and generate income for the govt in the form of tax and other sources and we are facing electricity problem. My father is 60+ age and we purchased an ac for him but we are unable to run ac because of voltage issues When we face such voltage problem in a business hub is such an embarrassment for our nation/state/city. I want to know what govt taking/will take steps to finish such small issues Kindly revert me soon and prove it not being a fake website.

              Respected sir/mam, We are in meenambedu, ambattur from last 6 years every year we are facing the same issue which is current cut in night especially. When we call them tbey are saying due to hike voltage o[censored]sage of ac use, and lack of transform there is no place to create new tranform, we dont why they are not taking any action, every summer facing the same issue but no action taken for preventing the issue. Pleae take serious action and try to resolve ASAP. Because kids, old people and officers and who working hard not able to sleep then how ill go to office on next day morning.

                I have made complaint thru on line on 28/06/2014 vide complaint number ID :[protected], stating charged 3 times higher than previous bills when display was not working when our consumption rate is low, 6 months before as well as after, . Dipaly failure two times during Jun 2014 & Feb 2015. Average wrongly charged as 700 units considering 2013 and 2014 consumption Further to that official letter given to New perungalathur EB office on 18th Feb 2015 regarding this issue.                   FREQUENT POWR CUT AT PUZHUTHIVAKKAM (HINDU COLONY)

WE TRY TO CALL AT MADIPAKKAM EB OFFICE NO ONE PICK THE CALL. SOME TIMES NIGHT 10PM POWERCUT HAPPENS MEANS IT WILL COME BY MORNING AT 7AM ONLY. IF ANY ONE TOOK THEY SCOLDING US....

                  Sir, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I am a local resident of Medavakkam(Kancheepuram District, next to Pallikarnai &amp; Velachery) and I have been residing from 2010 to tilldate @ Vaishnavi Nagar &amp; Neelanagar ( these 2 are adjacent localities) From the day1 we have been facing power issues and everytime we register a complaint with TNEB Customer Care) 1912) Most of the times we used to get good response and some willbe at the ignorance. First let me discuss about yesterday power failure, thePower was taken Off by 7:40PM since there were heavy thundershowers and rainand it stopped at 08:38PM and Medavakkam EB Staff’s tried to Power ON but itgot TRIP and again they tried for 2 Times @ 9:30PM, it TRIPPED (the worst thingwe couldn’t reach both Medavakkam EB Office &amp; CC 1912) Later we had the golden opportunity to reach Medavakkam EBOffice @ 10:45PM and it was informed it will take next 30 Minutes to Power ONsince there was a TRIP, I also asked them why this is happening every time whenthere is a power failure and I received the same old answer (hearing it fromthe Day1) When it reached 11:30PM and we tried to reach Medavakkam EBOffice &amp; CC (1912) but couldn’t. Later at 12AM I was able to reach CC ( and I shouted at themand I am extremely Sorry for that, b’coz they are the restless guys who get thehit from Public) and I asked, the rain has stopped long back and WHY STILL THEPOWER IS NOT TURNED ON and I was told ( same Old answer the shocking answer) that the local EB Staff have SHUTDOWN the power since it is getting TRIPPED and theyrefused to give the complaint number, I tried to reach them several timeswaiting for a long time over the phone every time for each call and when askedfor complaint number, the answer will be (Wait for a Sec and then the linewill be disconnected) and I tried till 12:30AM, No luck I was not answered whenI was 1st in the queue after waiting for a long time( THIS IS THEFIRST TIME I GOT An IRRESPONSIBLE ANSWER and was able to smell the guy whospoke to me may be drunken( b’coz he couldn’t answer and I could hear only the tongueslippery words from him and sometimes with silence. This answer of the Power were shutdown was heard by us everytime from the past and till date. We know that during rain, obviously the power will be shutdown, but this is happening for every time and this is NOT ACCEPTABLE, when weask for the reason the only answer is it GOT TRIPPED AT SS and b’coz of low endtransformers it will burst and will have huge failures. Our Queries are 1. When we met Medavakkam AE, It was Informed by (2012)Medavakkam AE that they are in the process of changing the Low End Transformerssince the new connections are getting increased- SO FAR NOT DONE 2. We could see this is happening only to partialareas of Medavakkam and rest are fine, so changing this Low End Transformers atthese partial areas would have been done long back but it is NOT INTO ACTION. 3. And in 2014 Again we met Medavakkam AE (now NewAE) and Informed the above query, got the SAME ANSWER. Nowadays Medavakkam is occupied by Middle class families andthey never worry for the power failures since everyone has the Power Backup(INVERTORS) and this leads to Medavakkam EB staff’s to act less, since they arenot worried about the public who are local residents of Medavakkam for so manyYears who runs their life in poverty who depends on this EB Power and not withthe luxurious life PLEASE CONSIDER THEM (even though WE are not weightage foryou but still We are LOCAL RESIDENTS) ALL THESE WERE REPORTED TO MEDAVAKKAM EB AND WE HAVEN’T EGTRID OF THESE SORROWS HENCE REGISTERING THIS COMPLAINT, HOPE THIS WILL BEADDRESSED.

                      I, Dr.N .Soundararaj. R/c no.2, 9th cross, Kumaran nagar. Trichy.-17 wish to complain about the lamp post in my street.It has been damaged for some time now.The bulb id fused . The lineman refused to climb the post saying its not safe.Kids are playing nearby the post. Hence I kindly request you to arrange to change damaged post at the earliest.                         respected sir/madam as myCONSUMER NAME:SREE CHANDRA PRABHUJI SADHARMIK JAIN TRUSt.CONSUMER NUMBER: [protected]..for the last 5 years my meter reading comes 200 to 280.so i use to pay 500 to 700 per 2 months...(for the last 5 years...)on the month of january 2015 i got meter change...feb 2015 i got 210 units and i have pay Rs460...but this month april 2015i got 690 units...and the amount Rs 3384.its equal to 6 months units of my home..i request you to change my meter immedately...and take fare desision in this...

The common area power consumption for residential flats comes under LA1A once the building construction is over. PRINCE FOUNDATIONS, the builder has completed their construction activity.. Even though most of the residents have moved in and started paying their property tax with the government and maintenance charges...

                          Respected sir. I have obtained one additional service on23rd February 2015 in my name M.Thirunavukkarasu No, 12(1) Silambani south street DEVAKOTTAI 630302. As the service number is noted in my EB Board 3378. Yesterday one lady was come to my house and noted the reading in the service No3378. He told that the service number is in different name instead of my name. Today, I was checked my additional service number through online THAT THE NUMBER IS 3379.So, please I REQUEST YOU TO kindly change the reading in your regards and advice me to remit the amount in time My mobile No.[protected]

                              Respected Sie / Madam, My name is Shyam Sundar and am residing in R-39 3rd Block Muthamizh Nagar Kodungaiyur Chennai - 118. In our Area there are around 1000 Families are residing and around 5000 people are there. In our Area we have over the ground Current wire connections, For the past 2 years these wires are frequently cutting down and falling. We are facing this problem frequently. For the past one month the wires got broke down for 5 times. We have raised this problem to the concerned authorities and no proper action is taken. Many children are there and we are afraid of happening of any danger. We have contacted the Assistant Engineer Devaraj of Sembium EB branch (Mobile number[protected] and no proper action is taken.                                     Last weak one EB person has taken the reading in our home and keep it in a electric caboard..after that, we are going to check the reading..he was mentioned it wrong..reading comes only 180unit, but he was mentioned 280unit..100unit he has wrongly note down..there is no response in our near by eb office..pls take it as a high priority Address:No.64, Thiruneelakandan Nagar, 4th Part, East Kavangarai, Puzhal, Ch-66
