Unannounced, Unplanned powerCut

I am from Shenbakkam, Vellore District, tamilnadu. Last two days there are so many times unannounced/unplanned power cut, even in mid night also. Today also there are around 2 hours power cut in mid-night. If we call customer care elctricity, there are no proper response. many times all numbers are switched Off.....

excessive charges
