Frequent power cuts in velachery

Frequent power failure

Cable in front of home

We reside in K K Nagar, 12th sector, 78th street. Electricity junction box is in front of the house. And the cable is going round the home which is kept open. Every time cable is bursting and its being repaired. Cable seems to be very old and there are lot of patches. Regarding current bill

Request for EB post damaged

Dear Sir, I am residing preiyasamy at nachiur, pottananm (po) namakkal . as my house is located at the corner, the EB post damaged ..i complained about it in the EB Person in puthansanthi, But kindly take immediate action before any unforeseen incident happens. Main Fuses are removed regularly even after payment of bill online

We are staying in Thoraipakkam. EB staffs are removing the main fuse and asking us to pay the bill. But the bill was already paid online. We went to EB office near Chennai One-IT SEZ, Thoraipakkam. There is no response from them. They are not behaving in a good manner and carelessly speaking. We are facing the issue once in two months. Please check this issue and ensure that this issue will not be repeated in future with other consumers....
