It was the morning of August 27th, at around 6:30 AM when this happened. There was a sudden sound when I was sleeping. When I came out of my room, I saw the doom light of my hall which blasted and fell due to no specific reason. Please Check, This happened in two other flats of the same location.     Dear Sir.. We find the electric meter shows abnormal reading. There seems to problem in the Electric Meter. Kindly depute your person urgently to inspect the same. We also feel the pillars of the Transformer infront of our house is in very damage condition and it may fall down at any point of time. It may cause serious damange to the surrounding. Request to install a compact transformer and it would be nice if it is shifted.

It is very danger position.This current box close on small polythen cover. This street living so many childrens and samll baby. We want to change this current box location and set very safely.And i attach this current box stills also. so please kindly recover this problem. Thanks

              This is Regarding frequent disconnection of Power Supply in Ramapuram, Manapakkam Main Road Area (Parthasarathy Nagar) in Chennai. Atleast 4 times in a day Power Goes off. There is no specific times, Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night etc This is major place in a city were u have DLF IT park and L&T Companies, not a remote place. Can there be any Permanent Solution for Power Cut. During Summer it is acceptable but throughout the year without any time, it is really unacceptable.

                For the past three occasions your assessor not came to my house for billing.After my intimation she create the bill, then I have remit the same by net banking.In this regard I have made so many complaints in your web site, but it was vain.On 27.08.2014 I have received one alert in my email about one bill for my ground floor connection with notification of door lock, but my wife was available in my house on 26th and 27th August 2014.I came to understand Your assessor Smt.Indhumathi is newly recruited and not having sufficient awareness about billing.Every time of billing we should intimate the meter reading to smt.Deepa another assessor, because Indhumathi is having a habit of non attend the phone.I am having two connections 1.                   Dear sir, I have been served with a bill of INR2, 565/- for using 626 units of electricity for service no:[protected] at 90 Lake view road west mambalam, Chennai -33 by Tamil nadu electricity board. The house is locked as my wife and child have joined with me in Lagos, Nigeria where I have been working. I do not know when a house is locked, how such a crazy bill can be demanded when there is no usage. Please revise the bill which will be paid immediately thro online. As me and my family are away, we cannot give any complaints personally in India, till we come back. In view of the above, please send nominal charges for keeping the electrical connection to my house, till we come back. Billing details: Service No :[protected] Name :C.RAJAGOPAL Amount Due (Rs.) :2565 Due Date :30-AUG-14 Reply to earlier complaint No[protected], asking for contacting the local EB office is something impossible due to the territorial dislocation of me and family.

                      Sir, I am a resident of Nehru Nagar, Kajamalai, Tiruchirappalli-23.For the past 1 month from evening 6pm till morning 10am there is serious low and high voltage power fluctuation in our area. All the electric equipments are getting damaged and during night, even fan could not run due to very low and high voltage supply.This happens especially in the evenings and stays throughout night. The situation continues. This has led to faults in many of household appliances. In some instances the appliances have even burnt out. Before something worse happens please take immediate action.                         This complain is in regards to regular electricity failure in sanyassipuram 1st street medavakkam tank area, kilpauk, every day there is either cable fault or cut down of electricity for hours( 12 -13 hrs) no response from the electricity board to sort the problem repeated calling and informing also has no result i have a family old mother in house every night we cant sleep because of electric failure what is the govt of tamil nadu.doing sleeping or having inefficient people in the board Pathetic condition never seen in any city worst electricity board and govt is sleeping i request the chief Minister to take a step to stop this issue and help the local public to have a peacefull life to live

                          I m a resident of mgr nagar, velachery. We are facing very frequent power cuts that too during night times when compared to day. As per the confirmation from our CM, we are not going to have any power cuts further more. But we can see the situation getting worse every day. As you know velachery is located near IT parks and most of them residing here are working class of people. It is very difficult to manage work at office after sleepless nights. Please help to resolve the issue on power cuts during night times at the earliest

                            Misuse of common EB connection in the apartment - Reg

                            Sir, My consumer details are consumer name M.Thirunavukkarasu NO.12, Silambani south street Devakottai-630302 contact no[protected]..Our meter is not working properly sine the new electronic meter has been fixed from my house since october2013..I Wish to inform you that i am newly construct my house Ist floor.At that time i have changed my tariff No I To TARIFF No V .Due to my mistake i have not changed from tariff no V to tariff no I From February 2014 I had changed the tariff no V.to tariff no.I . I had remit the EB charges Rs.3494. We gave the complaint to the AE of our area.But he refused .Next time April 2014 reading medam told the meter was not functioning, Immediately i came to EB office and contact the concerned clerk he says please pay the amount Rs.2071. I was remit the amount on7.5.2014.Next again the June month 2014 reading Rs.3450.Again i was met the AE of our area .He says please pay the amount Rs.3450/.I was remit the amount Rs.3450 on 04.07.2014 Till date the matter was not solved for the past four months. I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM IF NECESSARY CHANGE THE METER IMMEDIATELY. Thank you with regards M.Thirunavukkarasu

                                  Dear sir/ Madam, I am Gopinath.D working as a sales manager in Health care company, and am living in below adress from last 25 years, my adress is v.kaikatti, pirampatty post, manapparai taluk, trichy district - 621305.( comes under the Thuvarankurichy EB circle) here i mention the problem of my area Electric post was very poor condition. In my area there are 10 families are living and more childrens are playing in that place. In the year between[protected] the NH -45 process was undergone that time the EB work also gone, but the process is not performed as well as, bcoz the officers are doing a iilegal work and put the transforms in a normal land and put some amount sand to stand that the transforms that time our people's are given the warning the officers, this transform post was a not good condition so please do the work in proper condition, but the officers are not heard our words and do a careless work. Now a days we are given more complaints to the local AO officers but they are not show the interest. But they are ask about the money for changing the transform. Is there any fees need to pay for that changing the transform, if it present in road side. Long time we noticed its very damage condition, in the raining season it will cause the very sever problem, its also a childrens playing area. if any death caused by that transform, the Electricity board only full on full responsible for that. please do the needfull reply to me and take severe action also otherwise it will cause more death. p[lease take action.
