Measures voltage in the phases using a multimeter.
The voltage in the 3 phases are 236, 187 and 209-Volts.
The air-conditioners are not working properly as a result.

    There is no response from EP team. The problem is informed at 8:00 pm. No proper action. EB man asking pribe to solve the problem.

      Hi,
      I am from gandhinagar, pollachi town, zamin uthukuli thaluka. In my home past three no power. Keep on calling line man Murugan. He attended two times but no proper response. And other time he is telling looking for person who climbs electric post. Why govt giving job to person like him.pls give it to some one who can fit and server people's like their own. This imapacting day to day activities and work as well.

          Power supply is not coming for the single phase portion. I have already raised a complaint through customer care support call, also visited personally to TVPET EB office and informed regarding the power supply issue, but there is no response till now. Don't know how many times we need to visit to request them. Please do the needful.

            Dear sir,
            This is Prabhakaran from Echoor village I am submitting the regarding low voltage issue that’s going on around my village.

            Because of this issue we couldn't run machine as well as water motor also not working properly.

            This problem has been started since march 12th 2022 and from that day till now I am contacting concern eb department and they always keep coming but not fixed this and whenever we ask, they replying we are not able to find out the issue where that’s in and we said there might me problem in the transformer but they never listen our words.

            And yesterday we have gone to Eb office and spoken with AE and he said today we will come and solve this issue but no one had come and, in the evening, I had contacted AE and he said tomorrow we will come and solve it but after they checked the transformer, they said it has a problem and need to be replaced and after passed 50 days now only they are saying like this but when we were saying they refused to check the transformer.
            And in the after noon 12pm we contacted AE again and he said I will contact AD regarding the transformer issue after AE contacted to AD he said me like this that after AD checked the transformer he will let us know will the transformer wants to be replaced or not so that I asked AE that will he come and checked it by today but he said really we don’t know when will it check and replace.

            Almost 49 days gone and so far no action taken place even don’t know when will it be solved and by hearing their words we could understand it.
            Because of this low voltage we could not operate the machines so that not doing work in our company and paying salary to the workers per day 2000 inr as well as we had affected financially with out income.

            Even EB bill also will be coming soon next month but really, we don’t know how can we pay it as well as with out doing work how to manage our family as well as how to pay salary to the workers even lost regular orders due to not delivery the good’s at the proper date.

            Here we are facing so many problems because of this low voltage but very easily the EB department saying don’t know when can we get transformer and replace it.

            So that we don’t know when will it be solved and start our work and manage our life.

            Without working we had paid about 70000 inr and for our self no income because unless we make products then only, we can get income however we had tackled this issue since 49 days but now from today its impossible to manage it because no money mange our family.
            But EB department never hearing our problems
            They said today we will solve but so far no one had come and at 12pm got call from AE and he said please check the voltage in the meter and we checked but the same low voltage coming and today he changed his words that is since 2 days they were saying its problem in transformer but now saying we don’t know where is issue in so that I asked then how to fix it and he replied don’t know even he said its village so cant look proper voltage by this reply we had understood that they have no idea to look after the issue that in transformer

            Sir I want to ask you one question in village and city there is no different in unit rate but why is there a big difference in the service.

            Therefore, we are very kind request with you to solve our low voltage issue.

            Dear sir
            Yesterday they had visited and looked after issue but issue not been solved and still its low voltage and I have checked voltage and R 176 only.

            Kindly fix it soon.

            Just now we have checked voltage and its R167.
            yesterday AD and AE visited our company and told us to install Capacitor and as they advised we installed but no use.

            Still facing the same problem.

            Morning we had informed about to to AE but he said that's all we can't any thing.

            Now kindly let me know is it possible to solve or not.

            Hello, i am vipin from 119 syamala illam, kvr Mahal near, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore, my home is single phase line but my area side low voltage issue I faced this problem one year fan run very slowly, ac sometimes suddenly off, lights filkring suddenly my home EB meter display i cheak voltage 183v only come how to ready my area low voltages issue

              Respected sir, please find the solution for low voltage problem 160-200volts with wide range fluctuations, even triple booster for airconditioner is not with standing the repeated high fluctuations from 7 p.M to 3a.M in the night times for the past one month.The personal written compliant also given to asst.Engeener in the office in prestige group of apartment in ayyapanthangal near porur.Please rectify the problem and do the needful.-dr a damodara velayudham, chennai.

                The new system of placing the Transformer on an elevated concrete platform has been started at MTH Road Annexe, (Near Slaughtering House) in Villivakkam and the civil work is completed 1 year back. The soil dug for the work is lying on the road blocking the routine traffic almost daily. The old metal elevation lying there has to be removed and the Transformer has to be moved to the Concrete work which is ready for 1 year. Photos of the same has been attached herewith.

                Kindly do the needful at the earliest and enable easy traffic on the road, which is the only nearest way for workers of ICF Furnishing.

                Hope it will be taken care expeditely.

                        Hi,

                        This is regarding my bill payment with TNEB - Feb 2022 bill. My bill amount was Rs.2374/.
                        I have made a payment using tangedco mobile app using icici gateway via gpay on 1st March 2022. Even the transaction got failed but amount has been debited from my account.

                        however, I have waited for 7 days... and then nothing seems to have happened.

                        I have meanwhile consulted the local EB office (Kovilpathagai, Avadi) and they said they have not received the payment, and they cant help on this issue and asked to consult the bank.

                        Also, raised a dispute in GPay / ICICI bank, they are clearly saying that this amount has been settled to TNEB

                        But I have also paid the amount using 2374/- on Mar 9, 2022 again and it was successful.

                          I'm raising this request to shift the current pole as in the year 1991 they have placed an current pole infront of my shop and again on 19th April 2022 they have placed an another current pole next to it so we are finding so difficulty and we have children's too if we get any injured by this then the tneb government will be responsible and the distance between 2 pole is less then 7 feet so please kindly do the needful... I'm requesting for change it immediately as I have children's

                              The low voltage is causing so many problems in the village named chinnabelagondapalli 635110 which comes under hosur taluk krishnagiri district ..we are facing this issue from the past 2 years..we kept complaining in tneb office but no one responded…the voltage is so low in summer it wont even reach 150 volts ..the refrigerator and washing machine and other appliances wont even run

                                    Iam Fredric vivian from kottur (thiruvarur district)between thiruthuraipoondi and Mannargudi road, I send you this mail because iam facing some issues ...i have applied for a new connection on 13/04/2022 and one person named sathyaseelan(CA) came to visit the site and he want me to pay for the new connection amount 2808rs and i have also given that money on 15/04/2022 ... After that I have contacted him daily till today but he doesn't give any proper response to me and i have also visit the EB office Kottur ... But not proper response from the person (Sathyaseelan) today i have recieved a msg that my amount for new connection due is pending... Still he haven't pay that money and doesn't give proper response ... Please take any action to that person and please make sure that they have to provide a new connection ... For the past 13 days I feel very terrible with the TNEB service ... Please take any action and provide a service as soon as possible sir and my only hope is you please take this seriously ... Thank you
