I don't see my online EB bill generated for this month, I have paid my last bill on Jan'22. It should have generated for this month already. I don't want to pay extra money as fine amount for the issue happened from TNEB website. I am not responsible for this delay in payment. I have paid all my dues for the Consumer No [protected]
Suddenly there is an ask to pay the arrear charges for no reason with
[protected]- [protected]a-Cc Arrears[protected].
My bils will range from 2k to 5K and this arrrears has no meaning.

I have Paid EB bill for my connection 52, 557 in TNEB website via UPI payment using Google pay. Attached screenshot for my transaction. Payment went to successful status but the payment is not reflected in to TNEB. This happened on Match 1 around 9.30 PM. Status is not reflected yet in either in TNEB nor in my bank amount. Can you please check on this issue and help me to get the amount back to bank? Kindly do the needful.

Frequent powercuts are happening in puzhidivakkam as a part of maintenance from 9.30AM to 5.00PM. causing more difficulty to the old age people and working people.please avoid this situation...

Hi Sir/Mam, I have paid my Eb bill on Tangedco app via Phone pe. The payment went through and money got debited from my account. But in Tangedco app it still shows me payment failed. And the app still showing like i haven't paid the bill. I have attached the screenshot. Could you please help me with this issue.

Eb pole near by my house is not in good condition and damaged very badly. We raised complaint in nearby EB office twice but we received no proper response. Request you to get this sorted out as early as possible.

I've recently transferred the EB service connection to my name. but they have wrongly mentioned the spelling of my name. It is supposed to be "N.Feroz Khan" instead of N.Ferozh khan. My EB Connection number is[protected],[protected],[protected] M.K.B. Nagar. Hence i requested you to correct my name as N.FEROZ KHAN. (Remove the letter "h" next to the letter z)...

My consumer number is[protected] and this month bill they mentioned Cc arrear as Rs.795 as average shortfall. I paid all my bills regularly and no arrers. This is too high compared to my past bills...

My consumer No is [protected].. I regularly pay my bill on time without any delay.. This time the EB person came for reading and informed that our meter readings are not visible properly and will bill us an average amount.. the bill amount was 695 rs. Now an additional amount of 405 rs is reflecting as Average Shortfall.. Kindly look into the additional amount charged and cancel the Average shortfall amount....
