    There has been a power cut in my area since 11 pm. Now it's 4 am still we didn't get the power back .Have called three eb persons but no action has been taken.

        Dear Sir,

        Electricity bill was paid for consumer number [protected] of Rs. 919 on 03-Mar-22 by using my credit card. But the payment was failed and the amount was debited Rs. 926.81 (including payment charges). Since the payment was failed, I was reattended the payment and again the payment was failed and again the amount of Rs. 926.81 debited to my account. Total Rs. 1853.62 (Rs. 926.81+926.81) was debited to my credit card and still (as of 21-Mar-22) I haven't reversed the amount in my credit card account. I have attached the payment details for your reference and doing the needful please.

        I haven't received any update during the 30days from the date of issue. But finally the 30th day, the amount was credited to my account. I have sent so many request messages to TNEB on the available whatsaap number 9445850811. Every time I 'm getting the blue tick, but no response from TNEB on the whatsapp. I request TNEB to reply to the customers if any issue has come to them for resolution. Anyhow I have received my amount in my account, hence I'm marking it as resolved.

          My Native Place is Vanjinapuram at Ariyalur District, Tamil Nadu.
          In My Place There Is Very Low Voltage at Rating (Below 120 volt) at All Times Till also in Night time.
          We are suffering lot due to this voltage problem. We can't able to manage during summer days. Please take necessary action.

            It has been confirmed that my EB meter is faulty and it needs to be replaced. The current bill amount needs to be made zero and previous bill amount (12.9k) needs to be refunded immediately.
            Pls look into it and refund my amount.

                Hi madam/sir, I do live in banu nagar west, pudur, chennai 53.. There is a frequent power cuts in the night time and day time for past few days, since it is being summer it is very difficult to manage. There are very little kids and elderly people whose sleeps are interrupted. Kindly look into this is.

                          Behaviour of lineman and foreman are to much ruggard and unsentimental attitude
                          because of vengeance these guys are cutted small growing trees in my house but those trees are well maintained by me not even a single leaf is touched in the line ...as a consumer we are questioning them these guys were saying "u just go and give the letter where ever you can ... u dont have the rights to question me" this was said by the foreman...these guys doesn't cut the any other big trees in our area...while we are question about this these guys are misbehaving.. i have attached the images of the trees which has been cuted

                            Last month, I have paid a whole sum of 12800k as the current bill fo the consumer number[protected] in the tneb office.
                            1. I request for you to take an enquiry for this amount. Though I have not paid for 1 year, the only reason being, the consumer number was not active for payment in online. The tenant only has only 1 induction stove and there is no other items that can cause this amount.
                            2. The consumer number is still inactive for online payment even after paying the bill. They said it should active in 24 hrs. But it's already been 3 weeks.
                            I seriously doubt these strange issues and what is causing it. Pls investigate and provide me with a solution. Thank you.

                                Monthly EB bill - Average shortfall included

                                I have been raised consumed unit of 140 for the month of JAN'22-feb'22 and the bill amount was 80Rs. now i tired to pay the amount in usual practise in TANGEDCO portal but here it is showing as rs.884 to be paid ( CC 80rs + average short fall Rs. 804) i dont know what is this average short fall?
                                8months before only there was an mfg issue in energy meter and replaced with the cost of rs.6000 from my side. i dont know why this much charges...

                                    I do have 2 connection at my location, one is the domestic connection for my home and the other is a commercial connection for my petty shop attached to my home, The bill which i used to get for the commercial connection was (Rs. 5K), which was way beyond my consumption for using just a fan, light and refrigerator in the shop, for which i had given a written complaint to the Foreman who accepted the letter without any acknowledgement and there was no action taken, hence i had not paid and the service was disconnected and i was constantly being harassed by the authorities, hence applied for a new connection as the earlier commercial connection was disconnected and account closed. The new application for the new connection was accepted and the meter sanctioned but i was not given the meter stating the payment has to be cleared for the old meter, and also they had disconnected my home connection, and now that i have paid the pending dues the meter has been issued to me but no one has come yet to fix the meter. Also as i'm constructing on the first floor for which was again harassed saying that i need to get a separate connection for the construction work with Tarrif 6, hence i had argued with the Foreman stating that Traffic 6 is only if the construction is only above 2000 Sq Ft, then he handed over the commercial meter which i had applied for but they have changed the Tarrif of my home connection to 6 without notice or what so ever,
                                    I would also like to bring this to notice that though there is an online application process, the form once filled needs to be handed over at the desk in the office and they asked me to pay above and over the normal application charges, and was informed that it is mandatory to pay the amount to get the connection, i would like to know why it is mandatory to pay an amount over and above the connection request charges, would like to get vigilance involved to investigate and punish the concerned person so other consumers are not harassed in the similar way
