In my area 1 electric pole was damaged, so it will fall down any time, I already gave complaint, but still they are not replaced.here I have attached compliant copy also kindly find it.

Hi,
We are staying in Siruvallur High Road, Perambur.
There is a live wire lying very low near #18 and 19.
This is very dangerous and can fall down anytime causing casualities.
Please look into it at the earliest.

Requesting your support on getting our street lights to work properly. Past two weeks street lights are not functioning Kinldy support on reslove this issue. Many children and old age people are facing issues on non functioning of Street lights. We are into 5th cross East, Nanjappa Nagar, Singanallur, Coimbatore-641005 behind child trust hospital.

From the last about 15 minutes power getting switched off and on about 10 times. Right now no power supply in our Alagapuram, Salem area...

We have faced with faulty meter during June-2020 month bill cycle and slapped with arrears charge as computed for that period 380/. We have paid dutifully in that cycle itself. Now in Dec-2021 bill cycle again charged with 10980/ as CC arrears charge, no details provided. When enquired in corresponding EB office in our town (Mannargudi, Tiruvarur Dt.), reply came in cryptic as charge slapped by head quarters for the faulty meter period of June-2020.
Need help here to resolve this problem, kindly share any guidance.

I am residing Chepauk Area, Chennai and raised a complained on 10th Oct 2021 for No Meter Display and it is not yet resolved until today 6th Dec.

Total complaints raised 5 and each time support team closed the tickets as " Completed" without being taken any action. Hence, raised multiple tickets during this period. Complaint # [protected]

Sir,
One phase is not working at our apartment complex. The EB number there is no response pls help. It is exam time for students need access to Internet.

Here, kalavasal - near keelarajakularama sub divison, since 2:45 hours lights Not available on this area ( due to the rain problem they shutdown) but rain has finished yet not on the power.
Could u pls issue the matter as soon as possible.
It's very urgent to rectifiy the Problem.

My consumer no.[protected], my bill for the month of Nov 2021 is added with CC arrears of Rs. 5949 (including Rs 100 late fine).Though I am paying my CC charges regularly I am getting unnecessary extra bills. I kindly request to please remove this excess bill of Rs. 5949. I am paying all CC charges which will be used but this is 3rd time I am getting CC arrears this year. I do not have much income to pay unfair bills, I am responsible citizen and ready to contribute what is transparent.

I am B. Deenadayalan Balasundaram S/o Balasundaram, residence at Perumal kovil Street, Andarkuppam Post, Kadapakkam, Chennai, Thiruvallur-103. Opposite to my house there is a Street Post Lamp which was located in the middle of the street on west side of the road. It cause several problems such as accidents and unnecessary difficult while conducting wedding procession and Funeral Rites on the road. The main cause of the road is there was a bend behind the Street Post Lamp which makes difficulties to the pedestrians/ walkers/riders to cross the road and sometimes it leads to severe accidents and also there is a chance to cause death. So I kindly request to replace the Street Lamp Post at the end or corner of the road, which may lead to prevent the accident and also reduces the unnecessary difficulty which causes to the peoples who are resident in that street. So I kindly request you to take action and replace the Street Lamp Post as soon as Possible.

I applied for a new service connection through online, the staff from town 3 visited our house, and told this is not eligible for a new service connection. He said, build two more rooms.

Now I have 1 bedroom with kitchen set and sink for washing, 1 store room, this is enough for my family... Y should I build two more rooms for connection.

I seperately have ration card for that.. and I applied gas connection too..

Kindly take any action regarding this..

This is Jerin staying in Medavakkam Royal garden.. From yesterday 28/11/2021 till today current time is 4 Am 29/11/2022 we are not having power due to which I couldn't able to get sleep. For the taxes and bills we are paying we need a proper explanation from EB office if we give them a call which is not happening nowadays.
