Hi sir,
I am jeganathan door no 255B, kallupatti colony, thatchankurichi post, gandarvakottai taluk, Pudukkottai.I have some agriculture land with bore well. Now I am doing sugarcane forming. Here one local person ( murugesan s/o azhagan) continuously disconnect my bore well power conection. Without any information. Inclosed attached my land conditions. Please solve my as soon as possible.

    Sir,

    Iam residing in Kundrathur, chennai. TNEB has notified that meter status as defective but have billed for really high sum. Not sure on what basis the sum was arrived at. We have last 3bills covering (6 months), that does not have this much high value. My consumer number is[protected].

        I hope this complaint finds you .I am writing this complaint to bring your attention a recurring issue of frequent power outage in my area. For the past one week we are experiencing a frequent power outage whenever weather changes slightly. Over the past couple of days, we have experienced a frustrating and inconvenient disruption in our electrical supply. It appears that the power outages consistently occur during the evening hours, starting from 6 PM and lasting until midnight. These outages have left us and many of our neighbors in a state of discomfort and inconvenience .It made the students life more worse since all o[censored]s were struggling with our professional works due to power cut. While we understand that power outages can occur due to various reasons, it is particularly concerning that these disruptions seem to be associated with rainfall. As we are in the midst of the rainy season, we are worried that what will happen during the heavy rainy season. We kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and seek your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. We understand that maintaining the electrical infrastructure can be challenging, especially during adverse weather conditions, but we believe that proactive measures can be taken to prevent or minimize these disruptions. We trust in your commitment to providing reliable electricity services to our locality and hope for a swift resolution to this matter. We look forward to a timely response and resolution.

          TNEB COMPLAINT 01.09.2023

          I am having eb connection to my address named R.Kesavan consumer no [protected].
          Earlier there is fault in my meter reading and I made a written complaint at AE MGR NAGAR EB OFFICE in July and request them to send a person to inspect the meter.
          Until now nobody came to inspect, again this time again the eb amount is high. When I checked with the EB personnel who came to check the eb meter he told me there is a fault in the meter and ask me to complain at the eb office.
          Kindly do the needful.

            Almost everyday there is powercut during night. No reason at all. Not even rain. And if it rains even slightly, whole night power cut. No other areas have such a frequent power cut issue.
            When we call to get the status, they'll immediately turn it on. But the phone number stopped working since last week. So yeah can't even get update on the power cut.
            I'm pregnant currently and starting to get into depression due to this night time powercuts. Well done TNEB (NANGANALLUR)

                  Hi

                  I'm a resident in Tamilnadu pincode 629501 around these areas its becoming so usuall to lose electric power for half a day unannounced or uninformed. Due to this all the businesses running here and Hospitals are suffering a lot there is no proper responses from officials sitting local chairs.

                  It's really more frustrating to see people who held zero responsibility and accountability for their jobs are sitting in places and making desicions to take random cuts in any time of the day.

                      Dear Sir

                      I am the holder of consumer number [protected] of my agricultural land near Elumalai in Madurai District. I was served a letter by the AE in the month of July 2023 stating that I need to pay an amount of Rs. 73907 on account of BOAB Audit average shortfall for the period Oct 2017 to Feb 2023.                           Myself Saravanan J - a tenant using above eb connection number has been highly charged with higher units - month on month continuously.

                          I am having only a friedge, 3 fans and 3 lights at my rented house, but eb consumption units were marked at rocket speed abnormally.

                          My previous complaint reference number - 1700498 dated 14th Jun also not responded properly.

                          EB reading calculated today - 31st July at 11:30 hrs, but it has been wrongly reported in eb card as reading taken on 30th Jul.

                          If reading taken on 30th Jul as per process, our eb units won't exceed 508 as reported now.

                          Hence, need to check on high speed faulty meter immediately and eb units needs to be revised as within 500 units, as we are not supposed to bear high cost due to the delays made by eb reading staffs

                            As per the last bill, it was mentioned as door locked.but because of height of the meter installed, they are mentioning as door locked.if anyone available/shop is open they are asking us to tell the reading after putting chair.but if the shop was closed, they are doing the same.
                            meter is also in normal height and there is no possibility of lower height installation due to children's may touch it and it is in the roadside too.

                            2) I have noticed that the Branches from Trees are touching the live Electrical Wires and during mild rains sparks do come which is dangerous. This is putting the pedestrian life in danger.

                            3) I wish to put TANGEDCO on Notice that any loss of life is the responsibility of the officers in charge.

                            4) On 15th July 2023 I did bring to the attention of AEE on this Mobil number [protected]. As of now no action has taken place. Whatsapp evidences can be provided if required.

                            5) On 15th June 2023 I did bring this to the attention of TNEB Whatsapp complaint number [protected]. As of now no action has taken place. Whatsapp evidences can be provided if required.

                            6) On 20th June 2023 I did bring to the attention of AE on his mobile number [protected]. He refused to act saying it is not his duty. Whatsapp evidences can be provided if required.

                            7) May I request you kindly look into the lack of responsibility of the staff of TNEB and why lives of the public is not given value.

                            8) Some persons not know to me approached me to offer help to cut the branches on the public road but have demanded Rs 3000 to do so. I am not sure if it was sent by TNEB or they approached on there own.

                            9) I am bringing to the attention of the Management of Trees in the public Roads, Park located in Ward 10, of Medavakkam.
